Old cat approvedNormally, my cats don't like cat trees, but they really like this one. They used to be indoor-outdoor cats, but now that they've grown up, they've transitioned to an indoor cattery. This cat tree is in the room leading into the cattery. They like the highest top perch, and they like the square box, and they like the scratching board and the scratching post. My cats don't care much for the hammock, and to be honest, I thought it would be a hit, but I'm not a cat, so I probably don't understand that. The price was low, so I feel like I got the most for my money. My chubby cats are 12 and 12.5 pounds, so this cat tree should hold up, not to mention my 70 pound son keeps putting his weight on it just to see the cats on the highest perch. The cat tree doesn't seem to mind that either. I really like the color! One of my silver gray cats is older, and he's always hiding in camouflage, so think about that if your cat suddenly disappears and you scramble to find the cat tree, that's something to think about! My cats sleep well and full on this cat tree, and it's stable, load-bearing, and comes with wall anchors to keep it safe! My kids are older and they love to lay down and rest, this cat climbing frame is perfect for them and us.

SolidFor my cat, it has held up pretty well! It wasn't too hard to set up and my cat doesn't really like lying on it, but he does occasionally jump off when he's darting around, and it hasn't fallen off or broken at all!

The kitten agreedThis cat tree is a great value. It is very sturdy and supported by thick planks and sturdy poles. It was very easy to assemble. All the screws are the same size, so I didn't have to worry about choosing the wrong length or width. Everything fits together perfectly. The height is perfect for placing near a window so the cats can climb up and look out. The cat bed is a good size for most cats. I have a smaller Maine Coon and a medium Maine Coon (about 3 1/2 feet when fully stretched out). Both cats can curl up in it individually. However, both of my cats are slender, and I can understand that this bed might be a bit tight for a larger, plumper cat. The plush fabric is very soft and the dark gray color is very attractive to my cats. We have several cat trees, but for some reason, they prefer the dark gray one. I think the dark color makes them feel comfortable and feels more private and enclosed.

My cat is awesome, he loves itThe parts are clearly labeled, which I appreciate. Once I put the stand in the cat cage, it was much easier to assemble. The bars fit tightly in the cage, which is good, but the holes don't line up very well with the holes in the carpet. Maybe it moved during shipping. The cat has explored it a bit and generally likes it. My cat is 15.5 pounds. I feel it is stable enough for him. I only have one cat in my house and no children to bother. I think it could use another bar under the center of the top box and lower the height of the front base. Maybe I'll move some positions. Still: this tower is nice.

AffordableIt was pretty easy to put together - the only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that usually the letters on the parts are labeled with stickers, but this one was printed on the end of the part. The cats are already loving it. Now they can have their own space in the office

Five stars – our cats love it!You'll feel like you're performing for an audience—because you are! Both of our cats sat and watched us intently while we assembled this thing, as if they knew it was meant for them. It took the two of us about an hour to put together, but the end result was absolutely worth it. Our cats have used it every day since we put it together. They nap in it, play in and around it, and seem genuinely happy about their new favorite hangout. It has become a comfortable place to rest and play. We're impressed with the quality and design—and apparently, the cats are too! If you're still on the fence, remember this: it's cat-approved in the best way possible.

Good buyIt was fun to put together because the instructions are all drawings and numbers. I didn't expect it to be so wide, so as you can see in the first photo, the flat scratching post was easy to trip over when we put it where the old cat tree was. We had to move it next to the fireplace so it wasn't in the way of anything. If you move it side to side it wobbles, but if you try to move it front to back it is a little more stable. Overall it was a good purchase and at $59 it was a no-brainer. Our Romeo is very happy with his cat tree. *PS I plan to use thicker sisal on all the posts because the thin posts just don't hold up to his claws.

Soft and durableThe instructions are hard to read. By hard, I don't mean they are difficult, I mean they make absolutely no sense. You have to look at the pictures on the box to understand. It is super soft though. The scratching post is in a perfect location for the cat and comes in a variety of colors, which I love.

Great cat stand!Love this cat stand! Great price and easy to assemble! This is my second purchase because my daughter broke the ramp and one of the brackets last time she climbed up. It's not toddler proof but it supports my two cats, one of whom is a big cat! Super super super recommend!

Love itFor the price, we only paid $54 after discount and it was awesome. Our cat loves it. He is still small but enjoys playing on it and I am sure he will like it more when he grows up. It is very sturdy and easy to put together. My 11 year old daughter understood the instructions. So glad we bought it.

Looks good, durableThe instructions are a bit vague, but the whole package is very good. It is sturdy, beautiful and reasonably priced. My cat fell in love with it as soon as he used it. I have been using it for a few weeks and there are no signs of wear and tear. I don't think you will regret buying it.

Nice, but smallIt was very easy to put together and it feels very sturdy. I think it is great quality and a good value if you are looking for a small cat tree. I bought this as a starter cat tree for my kitten. She is 2 months old and weighs 2 pounds. The size is accurate, but from the listing photos and photos from other reviews, it just gives the illusion of being a little bigger. So my illusion was that I didn't get out the tape measure to measure how small it really is. I have another cat who is 11 pounds and there is no way he could play or lie comfortably on it. It is narrow, so it would be a good choice if space is tight, but I do think my kitten will outgrow it quickly.

Great value for moneyBought this for two large cats. Loved that the three-pawed cat (missing a back leg) was able to climb onto the top bed without any trouble. It comes with a strap to secure it to the wall; I will be installing it soon since both cats weigh about 15 lbs and are known to bounce around. I recommend placing it near a window for more comfort. Wish I had ordered it sooner.

It's a hassle to assemble, but the results are stunning.Awesome cheap cat tree. Would have cost over $100 elsewhere. Only problem is it is a bit fiddly to assemble. Requires patience. I recommend smoking a joint while watching a good movie when you have nothing else to do. Once assembled I was very happy with my purchase.

Good Househave 17 cats and a lot of cat houses. My cats love this cat house and it is one of their favorites. Even though it is simple, they spend a lot of time on it. It is easy to assemble and it is not top heavy and will not fall over. It is the perfect size for any room.

A bit small for a big catMy cat is a Bombay and is already 11 pounds and quite long. The houses are too small for him, he loves the tree and tries to lay in the house but he just can't get comfortable and can't stretch out. This house is great for play though and he loves to go in and stretch his paws out when we run around and play with him. He will also lay on it. The scratching post is a little low and my cat likes to stand up on two legs and stretch out fully to scratch but he still uses this one. It wasn't hard to put together and the material is better quality than some I've used in the past. The fabric is soft and fluffy. Now it doesn't move, it's stable, and I'm not afraid of it falling because the base is heavy.

The cat loves it!replaced a regular table by the front window with a cat tower and the cats couldn't be happier. This is one of three different cat towers I used. We rearranged the cat towers to use all three and make them the shape we wanted. This cat tower is one of my cat's favorites. He always sleeps on the top one, but we actually used some other accessories to make the top perch twice as wide as it should be because he's a bit bigger and a small round perch wouldn't work for him, so we put a cat tower of the same height next to it and now he's much more comfortable perching.

Whoosh effect!!!So cool! I'm so excited and can't wait to see my cats playing on it, they are just as excited still assembling it. I'll post some pictures once it's assembled and hopefully a video of my cats playing on it too! I just want to buy it quick because I've ordered it twice before from other places, well, the third time has to be great, right!!

Absolutely wonderful!!This is awesome!! I love the design and soft material. It was super easy to put together and it is very sturdy. My little ones loved playing on it (they are a little scared of hammocks). I am sure they will love it when they are older and start exploring new things. The style is well made and the features are great. My two new kittens loved playing on each level and I am very happy with this purchase.

Very beautiful cat treereally like this cat tree. It has pretty much everything a cat would love: lots of scratching areas, a little space to hide and look out, and lots of places to lay down and rest. It is well designed, with all the attachment points pre-drilled and the corresponding points in the fabric pre-punched. Installation was easy, but I had to watch the video several times. All the necessary hardware and wrenches are included, no tools required. Once assembled it is very sturdy. It is a little over three feet tall, so it is not top heavy or too big to move. The only problem is that it wobbles because the fabric around the edge of the base is not strong enough, so I had to order some rubber bumpers to lift it up and prevent it from wobbling. Not a big deal though. It was a good purchase and I would buy it again.

Perfect for small cats.Love this! My cat jumped right in after I built it and played with me with her eyes blinking slowly. I consider that a win. She's a bit smaller and this is perfect for her. The stability issue is probably because the screws connecting the bottom two pieces stick out a bit. This is a very sturdy and durable set. I somehow forgot to tighten the bottom screws and with them on, the set is not as stable on the ground. Since these screws aren't really necessary for stability and the bottom pieces are already attached, I'll probably remove them tomorrow.

The fabric covers the holeIt's really great and easy to put up, I recommend it! Great product at a good price, the only thing I would say is that the house is so big that the fur covers the support points and I had to hammer nails into it so that it doesn't fall out when I put the pillars in. But otherwise it's great!

A cat treeThis tree is so appealing to cats! I would recommend putting something heavy on the base to prevent it from toppling over, but other than that, this tree is a great buy. It was also quick to assemble.

A shaky start, a perfect endPutting this together was a bit of a puzzle (but I love a challenge), especially because one of the rods (part 40) was missing a little threaded metal piece that would allow it to be screwed into a bolt. I managed to wedge it in with perseverance and some effort. It wobbles a little in that position, but hey - it stands! The real win? I messaged the seller about the defective part, and they responded almost immediately - like superhero fast. They are sending a replacement part, which is a relief because I really don't want to have to unpack and rebox the whole thing. There was a bit of a chemical smell when I first opened it, but it went away quickly. My cat has only used it a few times so far, but I don't blame the tree - it was more of a "I convinced him not to scratch the stairs anymore" situation. Catnip is about to join the chat. All in all, it's sturdy, looks great, is affordable, and has great customer service. May the cat choose it over my carpeted stairs!

The price is very cheap!Affordable price, easy to assemble (although I'm not very handy). I was able to do it by myself. The instructions don't explain, so you need to look at the pictures, but you can understand it just by looking at the pictures. Although it is a bit heavier for the price, I highly recommend it and the cats love it. Good quality. Pleasantly surprised!

My cat loves this. The upper perch needs a second support though.bought this 2 years ago and it's been a steal. My cats love the hammock and perch on it. They love running around the house and jumping on it. It's wobbly right now from all the play. It would be perfect if they could add a pole to stabilize it and a hammock or two. My cats never touch the bottom hammock, it's too unstable. This is the perfect height for the cats to jump on. I have another tower that's almost twice as big, but the cats love playing on this one because it's easier to climb up and jump off.

Heavier panels make it more robustI've built more cat climbing frames than I can count. This one has definitely stood up to all the jumping and climbing that my cats have. The wood panels on the base and blocks look thicker than other similar size and style cat climbing frames. It was easy to assemble - all screws are the same size, and there's an Allen wrench included, so there's no misplacing the hardware. As soon as I put the frame together, my cats immediately started exploring their new frame. The cat bed on the upper storage compartment is a comfortable place for my 15-pound cat to lie down.

The cat loves it!My cats love this! There is no nasty chemical smell. The cats were unsure at first, but now they love it. They fight over who gets to sit in the rectangular litter box! One cat likes the bottom one, the other likes the rectangle and square one. The top is a little wobbly, but that's probably because of the height and center of gravity. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The cats love this!My son brought home two kittens! In addition to the sandbox, food, and toys, we bought this cat tower. They love it and climb and sleep on every level. Each cat has a favorite spot. One of the levels has a great hiding spot and one of the cats spends most of the day and night there. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The price is not bad compared to some other products. I would probably buy this again if the need arises. Good product.

Pink LadyI have four cats and one of the older cats loves the bottom hammock, while the other three love the top and side hammocks. This hammock is cute and perfect for my fur kids.

Perfect! My 8 pound cat loves it! I put weights on the bottom for more stability, but it feels pretty solid. And there's plenty of room for multiple cats at once. This litter box might not be as ideal for larger cats because some sections might be too small or they won't have enough room to climb to the top, but it should work for most cats regardless! My cat sleeps in it for a few hours a day and uses the scratching post regularly, and it's very supportive. He jumps up and down on it quite often, too. For maximum enjoyment, I recommend placing it by a window - my cat loves watching the birds at the feeder outside the window!

Good value for moneyOverall, I really like this cat tree. When I originally bought it, the apartment building decided to build some solid walls around the patio. I bought a taller tree so my cats can continue to look out. It was very easy to set up. I have been using it for several months now and both cats are able to stay put. This tree is also suitable for larger cats. My only minor complaint is that part of the fabric of the hammock fell off the support pole. The cats can still use the hammock and I was able to sew that part back on easily. The basket on the side is definitely too small for the cats, but I have been using it as a basket for their toys.

Great productMy cat loves it, it doesn't take long to put together and is very supportive and very soft, my cat can climb up the cat tree, I tried to take my cat out but she was scratching her claws so she couldn't get out. I think she loves it.

Soft and strongThis is a soft yet sturdy cat tree. There are lots of things on it for the little one to play and relax. I saw reviews saying it's not very sturdy. From what I understand, it can hold one cat at a time, or two cats. The cats would have to be pretty big to knock it over. The only thing I'm a bit dissatisfied with is the paper instructions that come with it. I finally figured it out by going through the instructions and the assembly video on Costway.

Great quality, worth it!Love it! The kitties love it even more. They run up and down on it and love to stare at me from above, which is very stimulating for them. Also, I love that it has decorations and color combinations instead of a single single color. Good quality and sturdy, but remember to twist the pole occasionally to tighten it.

Easy to install, durableArrived early, too many parts at first, looked confusing, but instructions were spot on, every part was labeled, or the only one of its kind that fit the instructions. Assembled in 20-30 minutes, looks well made, and very soft. My new cat will love it. All screw holes line up nicely. Very happy with the quality.

A cat tree with good structure and small footprintwas very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this cat tree. I am not an expert on pet supplies, but I have used several cat trees over the past five years. When assembling this tree, I was surprised by how thick and nice the wood was. They are not thin particle boards that break with the slightest amount of force, but a thick, heavy piece of wood. The next thing that impressed me was the nuts on the posts. I expected the threads to be rough and that one or two of the nuts would fall out. I was able to hand-tighten them easily and then tighten them all with the included hex wrench. The wood is nice and thick, and I didn't have to worry about the screws sliding off the board. The screws on the posts were a little more difficult to tighten because they are so tight. But it was worth the trouble to see the nice, neat sides of the finished product. I was again pleasantly surprised by how clear and easy to read the instructions were, and the parts were clearly labeled. Our new cat is almost 15 pounds, so he is a big guy and almost broke the tree. He likes to curl up in it, but definitely doesn't stretch out. So, other cat owners with "big bones" can consider it. The jute cat scratching board is very supportive and almost free of debris. This cat climbing tree is well balanced, well laid out, and made of high-quality materials. It is definitely a good choice, but, meow, don't take my word for it!

Cheap and worth itThis is awesome! I searched all over Costway for the cheapest cat tree. This one is under $40, the best deal on the market right now, and believe me, I've been looking for a long time. The little cat stool on the top doesn't look like it's easy to jump onto, but the tree itself is tall and has a lot of personality, and there's that long tunnel compartment to hide in. I've seen the same tree from several sellers on Costway at different prices, so it's really well made. It only took about 20 minutes to put together, and it looks beautiful. Can't wait to see if they like it!!!

Perfect size for small spaces and viewing through windowsI brought this to a friend's house for their cat who doesn't have her own space. The cat loves it. She took to it right away and has loved sleeping on the top floor looking out the window ever since. It was easy to assemble, everything is clearly labeled and tools are provided. Even the hanging toys were a hit. The size is perfect for a small apartment or bedroom, it's very sturdy and looks great too. The padding is soft and comfortable for a cat to nap on. I feel like the placement of the sisal scratching post isn't ideal though, it's more of a support and doesn't give the cat enough room to stretch out and scratch. But the cat loves it and that's all that matters.

Amazing small/medium sized cat-friendly towerBought this for my two cats as their first tree, one is one year old and one is six, and they are very happy with it. Perfect for small/medium sized cats, my six year old barely fits. Was a little difficult to assemble, luckily all my screws came as I noticed this is a common problem but building two huts takes some work. The carpet covering the wooden boards that make up the boxes kept sliding on the holes I needed to put the screws through which was a huge hassle. There was also one screw that wouldn't tighten all the way which worried me a bit but it seems to have held firmly in place. The cats got used to it very quickly and love the scratching post. My only issue is that it had a smell when it first arrived and can be a little wobbly but that's no big deal. Arrived the next day at no extra charge.

It’s a really good deal and the product is great.am very happy with this purchase. The negative reviews were worrisome, but considering the reasonable price ($40 at the time), I took a chance and it was well worth it. Assembly took about 45 minutes, with only a little trouble lining up the screws for the two housings. To be honest, it was a little tricky to line up the screws correctly with the fuzzy fabric in the way. But I had no assembly issues or missing parts. Stability was an issue, probably more so on carpet. My cat didn't seem comfortable on either, most likely because she had never been exposed to this kind of verticality at home before, but also because the tree swayed or rocked when I put her on it. I ended up removing two of the three posts/platforms because my cat also had trouble climbing without a flat enough surface to jump on and off. Now she has more room to climb and will spend a lot of time sitting on the areas where I removed the posts. She occasionally plays with the hanging toys, and while I'm sure they won't last forever, they seem to be doing fine now after a month of use. I took off a star because as originally designed, all three posts were used, and a less agile cat might have a hard time navigating this thing. Luckily I only removed the two raised platforms, but there is actually a lot of potential for modifications or different configurations if you are creative enough to drill holes in the particle board.

Suitable for kittens and slender young cats, but not for heavier catsProduct is not as big or as tall as I thought it would be. But it will fit the kittens perfectly when they are old enough to play on it. They are 12 days old now. It was fairly easy to assemble following the photo instruction manual. We did have one part to figure out but we got it in the end. It took us about 20-30 minutes to put everything together. For the scratching piece on the front I wish it was tilted a little more than it is. I would rate it a 6 for sturdiness but if it is not against a wall it will fall over if there is a heavier cat on it. My 2 year old cat tried it and it looked cramped in it but he loved the hanging toys. So I wouldn't say it is for heavier cats. The exterior looks cute. But overall it is worth the money for a growing kitten.

Good value and mostly stable, just wish the climb was more natural. This is a great cat tree for the money. My cat likes to be on the top shelf all day, which is the most important thing. He likes the texture of the fluffy synthetic covering and doesn't seem to mind that the fabric is thin. It folds up in the top nest, where he spends all the time, so that's good. I'd deduct half a star if I could for two reasons. One, it's very stable front to back, but a little wobbly side to side. It's not too bad, but it made my cat wary the first few days. He did get used to it eventually, but the design could use another stand or something like that. I guess it wouldn't be hard to do it yourself, but it's just something to be aware of. The other thing is that the design, while stable enough, isn't really conducive to climbing. There isn't really a natural path from the floor to the top; there's a small ramp leading to the lower shelf, but the upper shelf is only an inch or two above the lower shelf, so only the skinniest of cats would be able to naturally climb from the lower shelf to the upper shelf. It might be a little easier to climb if there was a corner cut off on the middle shelf. There is an easy path from the middle shelf with the hut to the upper nest, though, so that's good. Luckily, my cat is a pretty good jumper and has no problem jumping right up to the middle level and climbing up to the lookout from there. If your cat isn't a good jumper, you might need to place him next to another piece of furniture that's a bit taller. Otherwise, it's great. The cat is right at eye level when he's on the top level, and he seems to like it that way. It's noticeable now that he spends all his time there, even when the radiator is warm. He does like the little pom pom with a bell hanging from the cat bed to hold on to when he's bored. He completely ignores the hammock and rope; I think they're a little low for him to get used to, but he doesn't hurt anything, either. Overall, the cat loves it. So do I.

It has some advantages, but...We have four kittens who just turned one. Two of them are much larger than their age, and there is a Maine Coon. I also have a cat tree in a box in my storage room. We decided to give it to the kittens as a recent birthday gift. The tree is a beautiful charcoal grey and made of very soft material. Our kittens jumped right on it, but we noticed that the larger ones couldn't fit through the very narrow area between the post and the floor, and one of them almost got stuck. This was obviously frustrating for the cats as they tried to climb up to the platform from the side. This brings me to the next point: Stability: If you have energetic cats, larger cats, or more than one cat, be sure to secure it to the wall with the included straps. If you don't want to secure it with straps, that's a downside, but it's not sturdy enough for them to run and jump on it. If you don't make sure the cat tree is sturdy enough, it will definitely cause more mess. The platforms are not actually that big. There are three of them, and the top one has cute kitten ears. We love this. They are just for decoration, not toys or anything like that. I was disappointed that my cats can't sleep on the cat tree. I was hoping they would have a place to jump up and sleep in the sun if they wanted. In reality, they sit on one platform and then put their front paws on the platform below and then straddle the two different platforms. It doesn't look very comfortable and they don't stay there very long. I was really disappointed that the platforms weren't big enough. Even my normal sized cats couldn't curl up and sleep. I think the design could have been better. I don't think they could have gotten up to the platforms at all and they aren't big enough for normal or larger cats, making 85-90% of the tree unusable. * Pros: In the first photo is one of my larger cats. They have a small area that the cats can get into and it's large. It's big enough for a large cat. The problem is getting in. It's hard for the cats to get in and out, especially the large cats. It's so weird, but the large cats do get in. * Second photo: That's my smallest cat and you can see how big the platform is and she's like sitting when she's laying down. She can't move on the platform at all.

Cute, small, but practicalSo it's a little smaller than I expected and definitely not for larger cats. My 10 pound cat can barely climb up but as you can see he now loves the little basket and we sometimes feed him in it just to keep his food away from the other cats who can't climb up. The stitching on the basket is a little weird which is obviously not a problem, just a cosmetic issue. I thought the square house on the bottom would be all solid but it's really just like a piece of fabric that you pull over which kind of detracts from the quality for me. I like the fabric on top, it looks and feels nice, I like that it has a screw on the top to hold it in place instead of like a spring and overall it's pretty solid and hasn't fallen over. It was pretty easy to put together. The cats will scratch it but not much. I don't think they have a lot of room to scratch, more just for climbing. Overall I think it's a nice cat tower for smaller cats. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a cat over 10 pounds but definitely for smaller cats or kittens.
