Actually 66\" TallEasy assembly. Use the box it comes in on it\'s side to support the trunk when attaching the trunk to the base. Attach bolts evenly and tightly.;Upper trunk is solid IF twisted tight enough. Use the fluffy washer (see picture).;Can\'t twist the platforms too much since it feels like it\'ll break if I over torque them. They seem solid though.;The thing is NOT 70\". It is only 66\" tall (if you measure to the poof rim). One star off for misleading height.;I really wanted a 70\" cat tree, but they were adding the weird hood on one of the poofs. Not a fan of the hood poof. Its too small. The cat won\'t fit in there. Might cut it off.;The poofs fit tightly and have a fluffy padding on the bottom and around the rim. Seems very nice.;The base slides easily on my wood floor with no scratches to the floor. The kitty cat loves the scratching pad on top of the base.;Overall, aesthetically pleasing and functional.;*Update* 1 week later;Had terrible sinus / allergy issue from this product. There was a lot of off gassing or something, and I was sneezing up a storm! Another star removed for that. The allergy reaction would stop when I left the house. You could tell the air was polluted as soon as you entered the room it was in. The gato yelled and jumped off whenever I placed him on it.;After about a week, it was getting better, and the gato tentatively sat on the top with the poof removed, and even rubbed his face on the wood. I suggest if you purchase this to wash the poofs immediately and leave the tree somewhere with very good ventilation for 2 weeks.;I was the only one in the house with the sinus reaction, so this may not happen to you. I still reboxed it and will return it. My sinus issue cleared up an hour after it was boxed and sealed again.

Kitty havenMy boys absolutely love this tree. I was surprised by how they took to it. They love the height and being up high, like most cats do. It is a durable tree with a heavy base, though still a little wobbly because of its height. Nothing a good anchor to the wall didn’t help though. Great product.

Worth it!!!Fantastic cat tree! Very heavy and sturdy and the cushions are soft. Easy to put together and considerably cheaper than similar trees of this size. Took our cat a while to go on it but after enticing her up with her favorite toy she loves watching out the window of our 2nd floor apartment from it

My cats love these.I have 5 cats and they all get on these trees. I think they are nice and more artfully pleasing to the eye than an ordinary cat condo. The perches are very soft and comfortable. They love to lay on it in the sun by the window. They are, by the way, also easy to move and I move them to different rooms, or wherever we humans stay. :)

assemble correctly is keyI see these reviews about difficulty assembling and I understand that may be the case because the instructions were pictures. That being said, I assembled this myself alone - I’m new to assembling things like this and it took me only 45 minutes (again I’m new at this).

Pretty but difficult set upI don’t recommend setting it up alone, especially if you are a woman because it is incredibly hard to hold two of the heavy objects at once in order to screw them together….. took me over an hour just to do the bottom half. But if you have someone with you, I’m sure it’ll be easy. Just wish it was easier to set up, but it looks beautiful even though I’m not fully done with it yet.

Exceeded expectations!!Came quicker than anticipated, very sturdy and easy to put together (if you follow the instructions).;So classy looking. Some complaints were that the platforms were not very big but if you flip the edges of the mushroom covers under the platform, there is plenty of space for bigger cats.;Although I hesitated due to the price, in the end, it was worth every penny.;I hesitated due to the price but it was worth every penny

Sturdy TreeRemarkably heavy base and sturdy construction. Very little assembly required compared to normal cat trees. Each “bed” comes off (isn’t attached) so that they can be taken off and washed or replaced - which was a brilliant idea. I’ve usually thrown out cat trees after my cat wears them out - but this one would only need new sisal glued to the branches to freshen it up.

LOVE!!!My cat has an ear infection that’s why she’s wearing the cone (so she can’t scratch) but this tree is perfect!! It’s 10x bigger than expected which is amazing because trees are usually too small. People are complaining about it being loose in the middle but someone uploaded a video in the reviews of how to fix that issue so it’s very stable. It’s really pretty and my cats jumped right on it. I am very pleased!! Definitely worth the money

Attractive Cat TreeI mostly wanted this because it wasn’t ugly. It’s hard to find a cat tree that isn’t something that you really, really don’t want displayed in your house. All of my cats are large, 12 lbs +, and I was somewhat concerned about the sturdiness of a cat tree this tall but it seems pretty stable. I’ve had three cats on each perch without issues. The base is extremely heavy and hold it in place well so I have no concerns about it falling over. The only thing I don’t love is the strength of the branches themselves. They’re made of discs that are glued together, and then wrapped in sisal. There is some slight wobble there, but so far we haven’t had any problems.

Cats like it and it\'s stable after 1 monthAfter ~1 month, it\'s doing well. Putting it together was a pain because of the design and fittings used. I suspect this might be partly the reason behind some reviews complaining about stability.
It took more time and effort than I would have liked, but it does go together well enough and is stable (we have two cats jumping on and off it).Posted on

Beautiful and stableI want to buy my cats a stronger cat tower/tree than they already have, which is really pretty and strong. It looks better than all the others I\'ve seen in this price range. It\'s the right size for my apartment and my cat loves it. They love to nap at the top of the tower, and it pairs perfectly with my fluffy kitten, making it look like a cloud.

I thought it was great until I noticed top peice is wobbly asfHoly moly this thing is taller than me!! I\'m 5\'5. It\'s heavy asf too. Took 30 mins to put together by myself but I finally managed.
I thought it was great but NOPE top part wobbles SO BAD!!!! and I absolutely CANNOT get it to tighten. It\'s damaging the tool. Top 2 shelves or beds whatever wobble so bad!!!!Posted on

Boujie CatsThis cat tower is high quality and so pretty! Purchased for my daughter because she wanted something aesthetically pleasing but also functional and this tower is everything she wanted. The cats love it and it looks great in her living room. Easy to put together and very sturdy. An added bonus is that the fur slips off so that it can be washed.

GORGEOUS but with one small issueSaying a cat tree is gorgeous is not something you say or hear often. Cat trees are big, obnoxious and not pretty to look at. This cat tree is the exception. It’s really really pretty. Most of my friends don’t even realize it’s even a cat tree.
Here’s my only complaint……I wish it had a ledge / landing / perch lower on the tree. The first perch is approx. 36\" up and the second perch is approx 50\" up. If a cat is on the first perch its hard for another cat to get to the next perch. Plus my cats are a bit older. They are not as agile as when they were younger. So far only one of my cats has taken a liking to the tree so far. I did move it closer to my dresser in hopes that they will come around and use the dresser as an easier way to get on and off of the tree.
That said the tree itself is stunning, sturdy and excellent quality. It is very heavy.
Despite the cats not being overly thrilled with the tree - I am lol.Posted on

Overall worth it.Putting it together was a little funky but I still managed to get it done under a half hour by myself, resulting in the proper outcome. It’s beautiful and worth the momentary struggle. My cats love to scratch and jump/climb up the posts. Good materials, pretty straight forward instructions, good materials.

Our Cats Love This!Our cats absolutely love this tree. It took them a bit to get used to how to climb into the beds, but once they got the hang of it, they\'re constantly using it. I really like how there is no carpet wrapping, as the plastic threads on the carpet get chewed on / ingested by one of our cats. Really aesthetically pleasing as well, so I do not mind this tree being in common areas where guests can see it.

Beautiful and low profileLove this cat tree! It’s super heavy and sturdy, so no worries about it falling over etc. I had to place my cat in it so that he knew it was safe and fun. Now he’s up there all of the time! Highly recommend. Our house is on the small side but it’s still a great piece that does t command all the space in the room!

Not your typical ugly cat treeI agree with other reviewers that the base and main structure are stable, that the main joint between the top and middle segment doesn\'t tighten fully (its not floppy loose but I can move it by hand, I don\'t think cats can move it, though) and it\'s very attractive. My two young kittens loathe the fluffy covers and wouldn\'t use the tree with them on, so mine just has bare platforms. I may replace the covers later with something else. I think the issue is that they\'re so fluffy they\'re slippery and don\'t offer good purchase with claws.

Unique! Attractive! Very sturdy!This tree reminds me of a Truffula tree in Dr. Suess The Lorax. It\'s a very unique and functional cat tree. The entire tree is sisal. The cats can climb it like a real tree. The tree is very sturdy. It even holds our 20lb. male cat! I did have some difficulty assembling the tree. I would advise two people assembling it since the bottom of the tree is somewhat heavy for stability. When inquiring about an issue the company and customer service was knowledgable and helpful with resolving my minor issue. I would highly recommend this cat tree. It is not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but a conversation piece. Very cool cat tree!
