AmazingThe car took less than 30 minutes to put together, quick and easy, battery works great and it even came with a wire Bluetooth so you could connect music to the car. It has lots of functions for a kids car but overall everything is great.

Nice pickIt takes me less than an hour to install it. All the parts fits together easily, and the car is at a good size and good shape. My little one really likes it, while she is too young to drive it perfectly. What I like the most is that I can use the remote control to help her with it.

Love itGot this for my two year old. We are currently using the remote because he's still to distracted. He loves the dump bed and the shovel. Finding the charging port was difficult at first but once I knew where it was... everything has been fine. It can be hard to get the charger in at times. We live on a dirt property and it runs just fine. Holds a good charge as well.

Surprised meWe’ve had this for a couple of months now and our daughter loves it. She is very tall for her age (7) so when she asked for a Barbie Jeep for Christmas, we told her they didn’t come big enough for kids her size as she had outgrown the usual power wheel type ride one. She was not deterred and kept saying that Santa could figure it out, so the internet deep-dive began. This one had the weight capacity we needed, so we decided to try it even though we don’t know the brand and were skeptical.
It works great for her! Her legs are long for it, but she happily leans her knees to the side and fits (imagine a tall person on a standard airline seat these days - knees poking into the seat ahead or turned out to the side). This thing even drives up the hill of our driveway with her - it’s a steep hill so that’s impressive. She loves the power lift gate so she can do landscaping work with us, too.
Company service: we though it was broken, it wasn’t charging correctly. I contacted through Amazon seller customer service and got a response with tips within 24 hours. It turned out to be an issue with our outlet (all on us) and once I realized the breaker had flipped (oops) it charged overnight and is running perfectly. Thumbs up for their response time and friendly troubleshooting help. While we didn’t need a repair or replacement I had the feeling from the service rep that they would do what was needed to make it right if troubleshooting did not work.Posted on

Great Truck!This truck was recommended by a friend! It was easy to assemble. It works great and battery has a lot of juice and last a long time. It is a little difficult to get to the charging port. Easier access would be nice. Our grandson loves it!

Pretty cool and easy to assembleThis was very easy to assemble, just took about 15 minutes and a screwdriver. My daughter isa smaller 7 year old and fits in it. My daughter loves it and uses the dump feature to feed her horses hay at our ranch, that was my favorite part. You can play the preset music it has or connect a device via aux cable. I got it in red so it's unisex and her baby brother can use it in the future.

So far we love it!I haven’t used this often but so far we love it! The kids love using it in the backyard and out in the street. My husband said he could control their speed and steer from them (I wasn’t there) either the remote. I tried it in the back yard. When my son used the gas pedal on his own (he’s really young) it kept him going in circles the whole time which worked out because I didn’t have to constantly stop him feom running into things. When he gets older he will know how to turn the wheel Right. We charge it after use and haven’t had any issues yet. We keep it in the garage for storage. I got this model because it has a seat belt. I wanted to be able to strap his sister in the seat with him. Only wish it had two seatbelts instead of one that goes across the whole seat.

Much higher quality than I expectedI am glad I bought this for my grandson, and he love it!!! This riding toy truck came with remote control, so the parent can drive it/control it if your kid can't drive on his/her own. It moves on any surfaces, include grass, snow and gravel, up and down the hill.

Cant beat it for the priceThe quality of the car is very good for I’ve paid for, it is hard and sturdy. However the assembly was a bit on the confusing end and the battery life last for quite a long time before needing it to be recharged again. I also like the remote control that it comes with which allows me to control the direction of the truck freely. I also like the music player that it comes with.

Very cool toyLove the remote it helps me to control when my kids are speeding, love the color red, assembling took us 1 and half hours, and battery usage for an hour my kids just love playing it. Nice looking, good value and sturdy truck.My daughter and son love their new truck. It is big enough to fit both of them comfortably. The remote control works well with the truck, I just had a 2 hour walk today with two kids in it, I did the remote controlling with no problem at all. The ride was comfortable and the truck felt sturdy, there are three speed levels and I mostly used speed 2, and the battery is still running strong, amazing!

Amazing Customer Service!!I think I did a review last December after purchasing this car for our grandkids. It is an amazing little car that has created awesome memories for our family. The battery isn't great but if you charge it every time they use it, it is okay. May upgrade in the future. We did have a problem 2 weeks ago. It just stopped working, wouldn't turn on with the on/off button and my grandson was devastated. I contacted the support team and after sending them a video showing the problem, they sent up a replacement part with a video on how to install and the car is running again. Everyone is happy!! I highly recommend this product and can't say enough about the customer service.

Exceptional Customer ServiceI can’t rave enough about this company and their customer service! I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it! Unfortunately after a few months the start button started to stick. I thought I would have a difficult time getting it repaired but couldn’t have been easier. I emailed the company late one evening about my problem and they responded by morning stating they would send a new part. It was delivered within a couple days and the toy is as good as new. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Costway has it mastered. I am so pleased with my purchase and their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction! Will definitely be purchasing from the again. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Nice sized truck!Works perfect for two kids. My granddaughter is almost 6 and there's plenty of room to grow. She can not wait to drive her baby brother when he's old enough. Each side has their own seat belt. My husband is very handy but it took him a while to put together. The instructions were not good and the pictures of the many, many parts were very small.

Kids love it!My kids love this so much!! Can fit a 5 and 2 year old or a 5 and 4 year old. The 4 wheel drive is great! It wasn’t too bad to put together, my 5 year old and I (a stay at home mom not overly handy) put it together. The charge lasts decently, at least a couple hours.

This car is super coolMy 1 year old son and his 2 year old cousin love to “drive” this car around our neighborhood. It is actually remote controlled so even though they think they are driving, we are the ones steering it - this is my favorite part! The car is super trendy and even has an aux port to plug in a device for music. It reverses and turns nicely. The car stays charged for awhile and the kids love it

It's a lot of fun for kids.It's a beautiful toy for my son's third birthday, and he loves it. This will take a while to assemble, probably around 90 minutes. The battery takes a while to recharge, but can last a day or several days after that. I like that it drives well on grass and is still a lot of fun for a 3-5 year old.

Super fun and great for helping grandpaThis wasn’t too difficult to put together and once it was ready our two year old couldn’t wait to take it for a ride. It has a parent remote which is so helpful so she can safely ride around while we get the satisfaction of controlling a giant RC car. It is 12 volt so has a decent amount of speed. The included shovel is cool so she can help daddy with projects. Definitely the coolest RC car out family has ever had.

Assembly takes two people, but my kids love it.This car is a little hard to put together, but once everything is assembled it's a good little car for two toddlers. My girls love it and it has good power even with both of them riding in it. The only complaint I would have is that there really isn't anywhere to grab it and lift it if you want to load it up for trips. It feels like you're going to break the plastic if you grab it wrong, the music is also horrible if it gets played on repeat, but that is just an opinion, lol. We did have a part malfunction and we contacted the seller who helped us troubleshoot the problem and replace the broken part asap. Their customer service is awesome. Overall we are happy with our purchase.

So cute and amazing customer service!I bought this for my 3 year olds birthday. Warehouse sent the wrong box the first time but customer service shipped out the right one ASAP. They were very apologetic and helpful. It took a little bit to put together but all the parts were pretty self explanatory and we figured it out fast. Haven’t tested it out yet but it’s so cute and I can’t wait for my daughter to see it!

Excellent ChoiceI did a ton to searching to find an electric car for my grandson. This ended up being an excellent choice. The assembly was straight forward (instructions are not the best so need some mechanical aptitude) and all the parts were included and high quality. It was a huge success at the party. 1-2 year old toddlers were able to be seat belted in and the remote worked great. Blue tooth connected for using your own playlist, but don't expect much from the speakers. LED lights are cool, kids love the horn. I would definitely buy this again.
