Beautiful tablecan't say enough about this center table. The wood is durable and well made, yet still has a rustic feel. I have a small space filled with my kids' toys, but this simple table brings a touch of warmth to an otherwise crowded space. It was very easy to assemble, and it comes with all the tools you need to put it together. It even comes with its own screwdriver. I put a few sofa cushions under the table, which is really handy for storage.

Great coffee tableI have had this table for about three months now and it looks beautiful in my living room, as does the matching coffee table I bought. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were great. It is very sturdy and has good storage for the blankets on the sofa. The tabletop opens and closes easily too.

Great tableSome of the reviews had me a little worried but I'm glad I decided to buy this table. I like the size, color, and functionality. It's pretty sturdy but I don't stand or sit on it. I think that would eventually cause it to come loose. It was pretty easy to assemble although I was pretty sore (like I did an intense workout haha) and had blisters on my hands. For the most part I could have assembled it on my own. All the pieces lined up pretty perfectly. There are no gaps or loose joints. It comes with everything you need for assembly including a nice Phillips screwdriver. It's heavy and I couldn't easily move it myself. I could push it but it's still heavy. Obviously the top isn't solid wood but veneer but it's not flimsy at all. I'm not sure I like the fact that it only opens partially. (see pic 4) I would probably remove the hinges in it so it can open all the way. It would be nice to have them so it stays open when you sit in it. My only other issue is that the gap in the top is too wide. (see pic 3) Now, this isn't really a design flaw, you need the gap to open the top, I just wish there was a way to make the gap a little smaller. The whole reason I wanted a table like this was to keep the blankets from getting a lot of cat and dog hair. The gaps allow dust and hair to fall into the storage area. But it was by no means a big deal, I still like the quietness, and it works great. This coffee table is both beautiful and functional, and I'm glad I decided to purchase it.
