OKVery small but should work for me, I use it to keep my umbrella in the pool and I always take it out of the pool. Not sure if it would stand up to high winds but it works perfect for my needs.

It works perfectlyI have two now. This is the best stand I have ever used. The wheels and locks work great and both have been personally tested for wind resistance. If you are looking for the best stand this is definitely the one to go for.

Very good, we have bought 3 nowThese mobile umbrella bases are great. They don't move unless you deliberately want to, and the two mounting screws ensure it won't spin around or tip over from the base. We tried one from a big box store that only had one screw and it was annoying. It would spin around at the slightest breeze. We've bought three now.

So glad we chose this base.Very happy with this one as it holds up even in strong winds. Very easy to fill with water, about three quarters is enough, then dump it out at the end of the season for storage. The lockable wheels are a plus, allowing us to move it anywhere we want. The details are really impressive. The pole has two fixing bolts, the water plug has thick rubber pads and the wheels lock very securely. We have no regrets, we paired it with an umbrella from this company and everything fits perfectly. Very commendable product!

This patio umbrella base has many advantagesThe second time was a blessing. costway replaced the missing parasol base within a day. I love the base because it is easy to handle when empty and even when filled with something heavy (water in my case). The lockable wheels really elevate the base.

Yes, that's it.Great umbrella stand. Very heavy and all steel (but that's the point). Previously, my 9 foot diameter umbrella stand had a plastic base filled with gravel that would tip over in the slightest breeze. Thankfully, that is no longer the case. Now, my umbrella does not wobble at all in the breeze. Very easy to assemble. I really appreciated the little wrench that came in the box. Two support knobs (instead of one) also help to keep the stand steady. I really appreciate the effort and materials that went into designing and building this stand. Hopefully, it will last longer.

Thick and thin! Perfect!I've used a lot of different types of umbrella bases over the years, and this one is my favorite! The ones that you fill with water are a pain because you have to drain them before winter. You can fill them with sand, but then you have to spend all Saturday trying to cram hundreds of pounds of sand into a 2.5 cm hole. Plus, you always have to kick them under the table after you fill them. Why didn't I know about this sooner? Great quality, heavy, and thin sheet metal. Not easy to break or have problems, heavy enough to stay in place, but thin enough that you can't kick it under the table. I love this thing.

Stylish umbrella standThis is a great base, it has a clean modern look, much nicer than those old round bases you see with scrolls and stuff all over them. It goes with my decor and is simple to make so it will last a long time with a little care. It's just a big square steel base and a pipe so nothing can go wrong with it. It works great and looks great, no complaints.

Umbrella stand is sturdy and durableMy old umbrella stand needed to be weighed down with sandbags during inclement weather. This one is very durable and has kept our umbrellas safe during the past few California storms. The stand looks great, but it's also very heavy! I was surprised at how hard I had to haul it from my front porch to my backyard after delivery! The stand can be adjusted to different angles, but I only needed the standard size holes to fit my umbrella. The umbrella can be securely mounted to the stand with the two heavy-duty screws that come with it. It's also nice that the stand has rubber pads on the bottom corners so that the stand doesn't rest completely on the ground. I love the look of this stand and hope it lasts a long time.

It is worth buyingThis is definitely worth the money. You have to have 80 pounds to hold a 9 foot umbrella steady. This will hold up in all but the strongest winds. For the past 20 years I have been reluctant to spend $100 or more on a stand but now you have to or you are chasing these umbrellas around the backyard. I have even had one fly off and hit a glass table and shatter into a thousand pieces of glass. That is no joke. Get this one...it does a great job holding a good sized umbrella steady.

Decent weight, with rod adjustment insert and dual set screwsThis one doesn't come assembled, but it was fairly easy to put together. It comes with a wrench, but I recommend using a socket wrench. It's pretty sturdy once assembled. The bolts stick out of the bottom, and I suspect they'll eventually rust. There are rubber stoppers to lift the plate off the ground a little so the bolts don't rub, and to raise it a little for drainage. There are different sized collar inserts for different sized poles, and two set screws to keep the pole secure. The base is just a flat piece of metal. That's fine for concrete, but it'll leave marks on grass. My old one was doomed to crack and puncture. This will prevent most of the grass from getting ruined.

Works great, good priceI looked for every base I could find because the regular plastic ones were a bit overpriced. This was the cheapest and it works great. I stuffed it with sand because water expands when it freezes and I didn't want it to crack. I used an oil funnel to tie it to the pole to keep it steady. It was very windy the morning the cold front came through but it's still standing. I'm so happy.

It turned out to be an excellent umbrella standThis is a great umbrella stand that works with most sizes, up to 11' commercially available umbrellas. The only problem is that two of the stands have missing plastic screw caps. Other than that, this is a great stand to have!

Perfect for my RV lifeSo I live in an RV! I love being outside in a hammock! But this campground doesn't have many umbrellas!
