Holes weren’t big enough and installation was time consumingInstallation was very annoying as the holes in the poles were not big enough so my husband had to use his drill to make them big enough to fit the other parts and putting on the springs one by one all away around the whole trampoline is time consuming and will hurt your fingers

Broken pieceThe assembly process was exceedingly time-consuming. After finally completing the assembly, I discovered that one of the pieces were broken. I requested a replacement part, specifically a zipper replacement, but only allowed me to ship the whole trampoline back. Given the amount of time and effort already invested in assembling the product, I find this resolution disappointing.
