Durable and safe for my two year oldIt looks great but was a little fiddly to put together, it would definitely be easier with two people, took about an hour and a half to put together, I love it, it feels safe for my son and he's definitely letting off some steam, I find it durable and great quality for the price, it's huge in my living room but he's going to have a blast playing with it so that's all that matters

We love our trampoline!My kids love this trampoline. We've had it for about three months now, and it's perfect for the Arizona heat. My two-year-old can already get up and down the ladder on his own. Fast transportation and easy assemblyThis is a very high-quality trampoline. Note that it ships in three separate boxes. The customer service is excellent. I sent an email and someone responded quickly. The instructions are easy to read, and all the parts are included. A tip: They provide two hook tools to help with spring installation. Use a third hook tool to attach to the spring so it can be secured to the triangular ring. I used a motorcycle exhaust spring hook.

Family funI have to give this company a thumbs-up—any trampoline that can withstand 60 mph winds in Arizona is my favorite! It's incredibly sturdy and can safely accommodate at least three high school boys without them banging their heads. The price is also great. We used longer steel bars to anchor the bottom crossbar to the ground for safety, but it's held up surprisingly well. I'm guessing it was easy to assemble, as my 15-year-old had it assembled before I got home from get off work. The kids loved it!

Best TrampolineI got this for my kids for Christmas, and they love it! The quality is amazing! My dad, who weighs about 190 pounds, even jumped with my son. Of course, it definitely takes more than one person to assemble it, but the instructions are very easy to follow. The net and foam are starting to break a little from the heat, but it's been working for 8 months. I highly recommend it for kids.

Great trampoline!I bought this trampoline for my 3- and 4-year-old. We've probably bought four trampolines in the past few years as parents. This one is literally the best I've ever purchased, and it's a fantastic value. It's sturdy, has a great ladder, is easy to assemble, and comes in a beautiful color. Provide safe and fun for childrenIt's fun, bouncy, and holds more weight than we expected. It was a little difficult to assemble, but overall, it's worth the money. Our son has special needs, and this mattress allows him to adjust safely thanks to the fully zippered door. It's also perfect for our small living room. The downsides are that the foam is easily damaged, and the spring cover in the entryway tends to fall apart easily when our son crawls in and out.

Outdoor funThe trampoline itself is great. It took me about three hours to set it up, and my husband helped with the netting at the end. It looks beautiful and is very sturdy. I love the ladder that comes with it so my kids can climb up on their own. There's one piece of foam that's messed up, which I'm 99% sure was caused by bad FedEx shipping. The box itself was also badly damaged, with several holes in it. It arrived two days later than expected. My husband was out in the backyard when the FedEx driver pulled up in front of our neighbor's house (their address is on a different street), opened the truck door, rolled the box onto the ground, and sped off. We live in a rural area, so my husband had to carry the box to our house. But our kids really loved it!

Beyond satisfactionThe quality was better than expected for the price, but I want to highlight the company. We purchased the trampoline, it arrived on time, and installation was easy. However, that same week, we experienced strong winds, which damaged the trampoline. I contacted the company about getting some poles to support the net. They replied that it was no problem and would be delivered as soon as possible. Not only did they deliver it promptly, but they also sent us a brand new trampoline. Great unit, best customer service everThis company is amazing! We had an incident where one of the side supports buckled. They immediately sent us a new, upgraded model with a stronger support and better spring padding. We couldn't be happier with the experience! We received the product and assembled it without any problems. The key is to read the instructions carefully. If you don't, you might assemble it incorrectly and have to start all over again. We assembled it with a mother and two teenagers, and it took only two hours and twenty minutes. However, we're only giving it a two-star rating because the entire right side of the trampoline is buckled after only 42 days of use. We're not sure what happened, but we've requested that they send us two new right-side parts. We're hoping for a quick replacement by just disassembling the right side. Hopefully, they can fix it for us. This was a birthday gift for our daughter, and she's loved it since the day she received it. I almost couldn't bear to take it out of her hands.

After reading the reviews, I knew this was the trampoline we were looking for. I researched for months, hoping to get the best product at the best price, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This product has everything we wanted: the ladder, the net, and the quality. My daughter is 5 years old, and we wanted something she could continue to play with even as she grows. The 12-foot size is perfect for our yard, and she'll be able to play with it for years to come. I love that the net's poles arch outward, so you can't hit them if you fall into it. The springs are safely nestled behind the net, preventing twisted ankles. Everything about this trampoline makes children feel safe. My nephews (ages 8 and 10) love it, too, and there's plenty of room for all three of us to jump. My husband even jumped on it with our daughter, which shows how stable it is. It was incredibly easy to assemble; it took the two of us about an hour. The hardest part was the net, but that was because we missed a step in the instructions. I was able to bounce around with my little one, and there was plenty of room for both of us to play. My baby loves to chew, so I removed the foam from the pillars to prevent choking. P.S. I also bought a foam ball pit with a set of foam stairs so my baby can get on and off the trampoline on their own. Any stairs will work, as long as they help your baby explore independently and get where they want to go.

Best buy,pondered this trampoline for months before choosing it. It was a fantastic shopping experience. Assembly was incredibly easy, and the instructions were clear. It's 16 feet tall, so be sure to measure your flat area. I had to dig a little dirt at one end of the hill, pad it with sandbags, and then level the lower end with leveling blocks. It held up well, and the safety net is taut and sturdy, with a curved spring design that can actually hold a 240-pound adult (usually not recommended). The weight capacity was as good as promised, if not better. We had four kids and two adults with no problem, and we've had up to eight kids in it, though I had to remind them it's not a battle dome because they loved bouncing off the sides and each other. The frame is sturdy and thick, and the trampoline mat and safety net are also sturdy. The basketball hoop uses non-slip tension straps, so the worst mistake the kids make is pulling it down a bit; I just have to re-tighten it, and it's easy to reposition between any two poles. As with any trampoline, the biggest caveat is assembly. I had no problems because I ensured the base ring was stable, then loaded the reverse spring in a four-quadrant pattern, then in a reverse star pattern, until it was secure. If I were moving it with fewer than four people, I'd recommend disassembling it, which is fairly easy given the design. It's fun for adults, too. I didn't use the sprinkler feature, as I'm aware of the growing popularity of children's orthopedics with trampolines and was concerned about the increased risk. (I did fall prevention training with my kids first, which was helpful, as they're more comfortable falling here than on a martial arts mat.) Excellent quality and excellent value.

Quality and designbought this trampoline for my kids last month and it's been fantastic and a blast for the whole family. We've been through several storms, including strong winds and hail, and it's held up well. We even added some straps and cinder blocks to keep it from blowing away. I love the quality and design. Highly recommended.

Great product, everyone loves itThe company I bought the trampoline from seems to absolutely uphold their warranty; when I contacted them about a bent/broken safety net pole, they sent a replacement within a week. My kids love the trampoline, and I like the outward-curving poles, especially since my 2-year-old loves running toward the net like a wrestler and never bumps into them. The ladder is perfect, and the lights I bought for it look beautiful at night. It's easy to assemble—it only takes two people to put together, and it's not difficult at all. It's fun for kids—as mentioned, my kids absolutely love it. It's the first thing my 11-year-old daughter runs to when she gets home from school, with my 2-year-old right behind her. They spend hours on it every day, and it's great exercise. The 12-foot size is perfect for my kids to have friends and family over to play with them. Everyone loves it.

12-foot modelLet me start with the cons: - All the ladder sizes shown in the pictures aren't what you're looking for. Unless you buy a ladder 14 feet or longer, you'll end up with a cheaper, flimsy ladder. I chose this brand because I preferred the ladder in the pictures for my kids, but it wasn't included. This was my biggest gripe. - The hardware provided in the instructions didn't match the pictures during installation. The placement of bolts, screws, and nuts was confusing. One page showed one type of bolt, the next showed another in the same location. The descriptions weren't very detailed, so it took some time to figure out how to assemble it correctly. - The QR code link to the installation video didn't work. I just went to the costway sales page. Pros: - Looks worth researching. - The frame and platform materials appear to be high-quality. - I like the extra support bar at the bottom connecting each set of legs. - The curved mesh support bar helps prevent bumps. - After reading the instructions, it was fairly easy to install. While the instructions are a bit odd, the pros outweigh the cons, so I would recommend it. I was just a little annoyed that the ladder in the pictures didn't look like the one actually sold.

Very satisfied with this purchase, the trampoline is very solid overallOverall, this seems like a solid trampoline. I basically assembled it myself in about two hours. My wife was supposed to help, but she admitted she wasn't very useful; I only needed her for small tasks. It seems sturdy, although for the stated 375-pound capacity, it seemed to stretch (sag) a bit more than expected when the kids and I were jumping on it. I weigh about 210 pounds, and my kids weigh about 95 pounds combined. It certainly fit all of us, and I was able to play with them, so no complaints there. It includes a ladder and a nice rain cover. It's only been installed for about a week, but so far, everything is going great. Now that we're in the coronavirus lockdown, it's a much safer bet to keep the kids entertained. Most trampolines sold at big-box stores are cheaper and have a much lower stated weight capacity, which is why I bought this one.
