Well priced, sturdy and a good size.It's actually nearly 71 inches (183 cm) tall, a bit taller than a standard construction tape measure. The wood is high-quality and durable. The color is beautiful, the grain is crisp, and there aren't any minor blemishes. Once assembled, the panels are quite heavy, so be careful. All tools are included in the package, and it took me 1.5 hours to complete, as I'm very meticulous and strive for perfection. Overall, this is a great product and a better deal than buying it at IKEA. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

Great for displayThese bookshelves now sit in our study. Although they weren't custom-made and fit perfectly, I'm very happy with the finished product. The price was right, and it was a great value. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. They're sturdy and hold a lot of books. We bolted them to the wall to prevent them from falling. We just need to install the cabinets underneath, and we're done.

Beautiful but unstableIt was easy to put together and looks beautiful from a distance. I'm just not sure how secure it is. It wobbles when I push it. I didn't bolt it to the wall because we don't have kids around here, but I think I might have to.

Sturdy, attractive bookshelf...well madeI have at least 50 creative writing books that need to be readily accessible. This bookshelf is very well made. The manufacturer really put a lot of thought into making it very sturdy. It also looks great, feels strong, and has a strong load-bearing capacity. I also liked how quickly it was assembled.

Sturdy, affordable bookcasesI recently bought three similar bookshelves, and this one is the best. It's sturdy, easy to assemble, and cheaper than the competition. It doesn't wobble at all (unlike another brand I bought). It's very sturdy. I wish I had bought three of these bookshelves.

It's perfectThe quality is perfect, and the price is absolutely fantastic! It was pretty easy to put together; it took me a little over an hour, but I'm a bit clueless and managed it by myself. So if you're smarter than me and have someone to help you, I'm sure it would be much quicker.

Very good and easy to assembleI'm a seasoned furniture assembler, and as a 70-year-old woman, putting it together was a breeze—I finished it by myself in less than an hour. I didn't need backing, so I'm not sure how much extra time it would have taken. It looks beautiful, is sturdy, and pairs perfectly with the bookcase and sideboard I bought seven years ago!

Sturdy bookcase with a nice finish, but fragile without the cardboard backingThe bookcase arrived quickly and was well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow, and assembly went smoothly. As others have mentioned, the nails securing the back panel were a hassle. I initially tried without the back panel because I wanted it to be open at the back. Unfortunately, without the back panel, the bookcase was very fragile and easily wobbled from side to side if any pressure was applied. I ended up cutting the cardboard back panel to about half size so that the upper shelf could remain open and I could operate the light switch where the bookcase is located. This solution worked very well, adding stability to the bookcase and making it a sturdy piece of furniture. I love the Linen White Oak finish and design. It's now a perfect addition to my living room.
