Very happyThey are vacuum sealed so I was curious to see how they would expand and I was not disappointed! I remember it took a few hours for them to expand to their full shape. I didn't get a sweaty head lying on them and they were light and comfortable.

Hotel qualityVery happy with these pillows, probably one of the most comfortable I have ever purchased. We will definitely buy again. They are fluffy and soft, medium firmness but not too firm, not too good for side sleepers as they don't retain the loft.

The blue pillows are very comfortable and worth the money!Love them! They fit perfectly on my king size pillowcase! They feel just the right amount against my neck at night and are exactly how I like my pillow to be (1 is a waterbed, 10 is firm, 7 is very firm). The color is exactly as in the picture, very pretty, and a great value! Highly recommend!

Good priceaccidentally washed our down pillows before our guests arrived. Needless to say, we had to urgently order more pillows! I bought these for the price and washability. They are fine, but they don't feel like down at all. If you like fluffy, they are! I wouldn't buy them again, but they work fine for the guest room.

I don't use these to sleep...I use them when I'm in bed or on the couch. I've had memory foam pillows for years and buy a new one every year, but I wanted to try something different. I decided to try these pillows and they are really great, but too soft for me, even when I sleep with both. It took about a day for them to fully fluff up because I don't have a dryer to throw them in. They are very comfortable and I can see why there are so many good reviews.

Finally, a pillow you don’t have to fight over!Better than expected, probably one of the best pillows I've ever used. It doesn't collapse like other pillows do, and you don't have to flap it all night. It's cool and comfortable, and the material is very soft. I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble with pillows.

Don’t be put off by choosing white or grey!The great reviews convinced me to buy this pillow. I didn't want the white hospital one so I found a grey alternative, which I like but not for pillows. However, I bit the bullet and bought the grey one. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the color of the pillow cover is a beautiful one, somewhere between "sage green" and light grey. Aesthetics aside, the pillow itself is great. I'm a back sleeper, but I was confused that I woke up on my right side for the first three nights! I'll update on this. All in all, my head and neck love this pillow, it keeps my head and neck in line with my spine...

Fluffy pillowThese are huge and fluffy! They come in teeny tiny packaging...you'll wonder if you bought them from temu, they are half the size advertised. But, I followed the instructions exactly...and when I pulled them out of the dryer both pillows took up the entire dryer...they are huge and fluffy. Don't let the packaging size scare you.

A bit too fluffy but nice pillowsA little too fluffy for my taste personally. I thought they would be a little firmer. I'm worried they'll get too flat after a month or so of use. Other than that, a good quality product.

like!These pillows are vacuum sealed and I thought they were too flat and gross. But I bought them back the next day and they are huge, soft and thick! They feel great to sleep on. Not flat at all! You can move them around, support your head easily, and don't get dirty easily. Supports my big head.

Pretty good heightThese pillows have the perfect amount of loft! I would have liked it to be a little higher, but these pillows work really well, especially considering the price. They hold their shape and form really well. If I ever need more pillows, I'd probably buy these again!

It may take a while for them to grow fluffThey are fluffy and soft, and although it takes a little time to arrive, they are enough to support my head and are comfortable to sleep on. When I first took them out, I waited for them to expand for a while, but they didn't, so I thought the size was just that and was a little unhappy, but one day I woke up and they were fluffy and soft. Haha

Supportive pillow to keep your shapeThese pillows are very supportive without sinking too much and aren't too firm. I like how supportive they are on the bed and how they keep their shape well. They are quite full and I think they might fit better in a queen size pillowcase as the standard size pillows tend to slide around.

Nice pillows, good value for moneyI bought these pillows for my guest bedroom. They seem to be good quality, especially for the price. They are quite full, which makes them perfect for decorative pillow cases. They are thick and fluffy. I haven't slept on them yet, but they seem to be very comfortable. Best pillows ever. Love them.I've bought so many pillows in the past few months. I used to have terrible neck pain and woke up with headaches. Then I saw these pillows had great reviews and thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did. These pillows are the best purchase and I love them. They're so comfortable to sleep on. If you have neck pain, read this!These pillows are a great value for the money. I say this because I suffer from chronic neck pain for a long time and have been looking for ways to relieve the pain that made me feel uncomfortable and even nauseous. I have tried all kinds of devices, including red light, massage, and even an electrical stimulation neck brace, as well as some other very expensive pillows! However, I recently switched to a firmer mattress to reduce the sinking of my lower spine and hips. And, once I started using this pillow, the neck pain I woke up with was gone! I sleep very well, I don’t toss and turn like I usually do in the morning, and my neck can turn easily. This pillow is very fluffy, and if you put it in the dryer on low heat for about 25 minutes, it will become fluffy and provide soft cushion for people who sleep on their back or side. It provides just the right amount of comfort, softness, and support. Also, it seems well made and the weight is just right, not too light and not too heavy! I would honestly recommend this pillow to anyone who wakes up with neck pain. I hope it helps you too!

Great! So fluffy and comfortable, almost like a hotel quality pillow.Excellent! I needed a pillow that was fluffy and comfortable but firm enough so I could sleep on my side and support my body and lungs so they could breathe better. This pillow is amazing! It does exactly what I was looking for and works great. I haven't washed it yet but from the look and feel it should last a long time and be easy to clean. Some people say it has a smell but I didn't smell anything. The loft is also great and not thin like some others have said. Overall very good!

Into the CloudsSeriously, man. These are the softest, most comfortable pillows I have ever purchased. My husband and I played rock-paper-scissors to see who could sleep with four pillows at once. No sharing, no caring. These pillows will turn you into a pillow hoarder. They come in a compression package and then you can watch the pillow slowly expand into a happy cloud right before your eyes. Pillow comfortMy husband has neck problems so I was hesitant to buy one but couldn't find a pillow that was truly comfortable for him. He loves this pillow! It looks well made and he sleeps very comfortably! I give it 5 stars but I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is.

AmazingI was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews, but these pillows are amazing. They fluff up easily and feel just the right amount of soft and firm, comfortable yet firm. They support my head without being so firm that my neck hurts. I love them! This is the best pillow I've ever used, definitely hotel quality.

Stiff neck, no more.These pillows are exactly as described, which is rare on the market. They fluff up quickly right out of the box, and if you're a side sleeper like me and need extra neck support for a good night's sleep, they're a great choice. And, for the price, you won't find a better quality pillow.

These pillows are LONG!!!The first thing I noticed about these pillows is that they are long! In fact, they are a full 30 inches long, as the description suggests, but they are longer than other standard/queen pillows I've purchased. They are too long to fit in the pillowcase of my flannel queen-sized sheet, but they fit in most pillowcases of my other sheets. As others have said, they are compressed in shipping and need to be "inflated" for a day or so, and they recommend tumble drying them in the dryer for 15-20 minutes to help with the pressure relief, which I did. They then recommend "flapping" the pillows vigorously to help them fluff up, which I did and it did work. All in all, these pillows are your typical fiberfill pillows, but I will say that they are by far less prone to "dogboning" than some other cheap pillows, and are very comfortable and don't bulge. The first photo shows that they are even fluffier after "flapping" than before. Finally, the packaging of the pillows is not one, not two, but three layers of plastic, which makes the pillows feel pretty bulky. Rubbish, wonder when I'll finally find the pillows themselves!

This is the pillow!!!My old pillow was out of service. I started having neck pain that lasted all day. One day, I had a headache from it and decided to start looking for a new pillow. The ergonomic pillow supported my neck but was uncomfortable. Then I bought another pillow that had rave reviews on COSTWAY, but it didn't work at all. Not to mention, these pillows are ridiculously expensive. After two failed attempts, I was having sleepless nights for another two weeks and was ready to give up. I stumbled across this pillow. I read the reviews and it looked great. I previously had a duvet from this brand and loved it. I figured why not give it another try this time. Not only was the price much cheaper than my previous purchase, but it was also a trusted brand. Let me tell you, I didn't even have to fluff it up, it worked great right out of the packaging. My first night was amazing. I slept great and woke up with no neck or shoulder pain. It's been two weeks since I bought it and I have no regrets! The pillow doesn't flatten out. The filling is soft and supportive (I'm a back and side sleeper). It's very durable. A few days after I bought it, though, I felt it was a little high for my neck. If the pillow was an inch lower it would be perfect. Even so I slept well without discomfort. Maybe after a while the pillow will flatten out a bit and it will be perfect for me.

High end product on a budget!First of all, let me say that I'm one of those people who is very hard to please when it comes to pillows, comforters, etc. I'm basically the princess and the pea haha. I get really bad headaches, especially in the mornings. I've been looking for a good pillow for years, but I haven't found one that doesn't make me toss and turn all night. I'm in menopause, so I have really bad night sweats. So I'm always on the lookout for something that will keep me cool. This is probably the third set of pillows I've bought from COSTWAY in the last two years, and I have to say I was reluctant, but initially I saw some on TikTok and thought I could get them cheaper on COSTWAY! They actually sell two king-sized pillows for $26, which is a pretty good price for me! They come very nicely packaged, as you can see, with plastic wrap and vacuum sealed. I took them out, let them expand, and then threw them in the dryer to fluff and sterilize. The white on white color is really vibrant. The material is soft, not super ugly, but not cheaply made either. I'm sure they'll last long enough to wash. The pillows are very comfortable. They have just the right softness. They don't fit my head shape, but they don't make my head uncomfortable. They support my neck and back very well, I still wake up with headaches but I think that's because of other issues I have, though I will say that the headaches have been less severe lately since I've been using these pillows for a week. I wanted to give myself some time to try them out before writing this review. My other half also said they were very comfortable and like sleeping on a hotel pillow, which is exactly what we wanted! Overall I think these pillows are great. I would definitely recommend them to others. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because I've seen better pillows in hotels, but this one is very similar to some of the others and is definitely good quality.

The pillow is too hard and the softening effect is not goodThe pillows are well made and are fluffy and soft, but on the firm side. We have had them on the bed for at least 2 weeks and probably longer and they have not softened at all. I have not washed them yet so I don't know if that makes any difference. They are definitely firm and if you need to sleep sitting up they will help you do that. I would not buy them again just because I am always looking for a thicker and softer pillow and this one is definitely thicker but also firm.

I am so excited to have finally found the right pillow for me after spending so much money on pillows that never worked to relieve my sore neck and shoulders! After so many years of tossing and turning, I finally get a good night's sleep. These pillows are amazing! I kid you not. I've spent hundreds of dollars on pillows and got nothing. I mean, those expensive hotel pillows that say they make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, only to give me a stiff and sore neck. Let's not even talk about the "infamous" pillow that was advertised as the top pillow for combating neck and back pain. Shhh, forget the name, uh... crap. Okay, I'm back. I was on a whim thinking about all the money I spent on so many pillows that claim to be "pillows". Haha... what a joke. Okay, back to the pillow I was talking about earlier. The first night I slept on it, I admit, I was a little skeptical when I laid down. Afraid of waking up with a sore neck and a headache. I ripped open the packaging, inflated the pillow, fluffed it with my hands, and left it alone for a few hours. I didn’t wait the allotted time because I was so anxious to try it out and it was almost bedtime. So, I excitedly jumped into bed and buried my head in my pillow and immediately one thought flashed through my mind: “Oh no, these are too soft. This isn’t going to work.” All I knew was that I was going to wake up with a sore neck. I carefully laid down and waited to fall asleep, fearing that I would wake up the next morning with an even stiffer neck. (Laughter) To my surprise, I actually slept through the night as well. Normally I would wake up a thousand times trying to adjust the position of my pillow to find my comfort zone. Wow, not that night. I slept like a baby and then I waited… I woke up the next morning and there was no pain at all! Hallelujah! I couldn’t believe it. I literally had no neck pain and no headache from the pressure in my neck, shoulders, and back. Oh my god, is this real, I asked myself. This can’t be true. Wake up, wake up, girl. You’re dreaming. But no. I was wide awake and my neck and shoulders were no longer painful. I jumped up and started getting ready for the day. I had finally found the pillow I wished I had found years ago. This can save a lot of money and not go down the drain. I can't thank all the reviews I've seen that shared their positive experiences and encouraged me to make the purchase. I'm so glad I took a chance and bought these little pillows. They have saved my neck and my sanity. Thank you EIUE Hotel Collection for inventing this reasonably priced, functional pillow. Wasn't sure at first, but oh then - YES!!!left it loose in my spare bedroom for a few days before using it. It looked thick, but when I laid on it, it collapsed properly. I touched the inside and could feel the gel lining mixed with the fluff. Nice design with clear sleep lines. Definitely higher quality materials and stitching. Both felt screened. Cool to the touch. I knew it was going to be different the first night because I had been using harder memory foam, which was not good for my neck. Then I bought softer regular pillows that turned into pancakes after a few weeks and were also not good for my neck. Haha. Then I bought my pillow and it felt like sleeping on a zillion foams, but better than the other two, but it was not smooth, soft, and comfortable at all. Strike 3. I was just tired of the pillow roulette game at that point. So I started researching online what pillows were available and why they were better or worse. Research showed that a hybrid gel fiber filled pillow was the best. Gel fiber fluff, or foam fiber fluff, or any number of combinations. Density is a big plus. But a lot of pillows are overstuffed, so not really recommended. Down pillows are also a good choice, but I don't like the occasional feather prick in my face and I don't like sleeping on a bird, so I haven't bought any more. Down pillows make me sweat in the summer. It seems that it's difficult to find a perfect pillow. Everyone is different, some like it fluffy, some like it fluffy. Of course, the options and solutions are endless. But from survey data from all over the United States, after sleep tests, most people seem to prefer pillows filled with down and gel fibers. I thought they might cost a lot of money, but for now, I'm willing to pay for the rest. So I went to COSTWAY - my first choice for everything (I love COSTWAY) - and this pillow has a lot of great user reviews, and then my friend told me that many hotel chains use it, and then my daughter said that all her beds are covered with it. Who knows! But spending $40 on two nice pillows, I guess what's the big deal! The first night of a new pillow is always weird. I learned a long time ago that you can't make any comments about a mattress, blanket or pillow based on one night of sleeping on it. At first I thought it might not be thick enough because I was used to a firm memory foam pillow by then. But it is really nice, but I need to wait a few more nights to know. It has a nice weight when you pick it up. Not heavy like my memory foam or down pillows. On the second night I was moving it around a lot and burying my face in it and it felt so good. After a while I dozed off and woke up a few times to get comfortable with the new pillow. On the third night I was so tired I just laid down and fell asleep and woke up thinking, oh my god this is a really good pillow. The fourth night was perfect. I got enough support but not too much. It is a firm pillow but not bulky like a memory foam pillow. It does press down to conform to the body but it doesn't flatten out. It feels cool to the touch and doesn't feel hot. It still holds its shape after a night's sleep. It fluffs up when you make the bed and leave. I don't sink in but I don't feel like I'm lying on a giant rubber mound either. It's almost the perfect pillow for me personally and I'm a very picky person about pillows. Haha. This is just my objective review, others may or may not agree, but for me, it's 5 stars! If you're looking for a super supportive, firm pillow, this isn't the one for you. If you're looking for a softer, no-fill pillow, this isn't the one for you. It's somewhere in between, perfect for all positions. I switch between all positions during the night, so this pillow works for me.
