My kids love itIt's great to have the height adjustment. I have 2 girls aged 5 and 8. It's stable on level ground. I suggest buying a mat with it just for the metal on the bottom.

Perfect for my daughterThis is exactly what we needed for our daughter to practice at home. The unit is very sturdy perfectly capable of supporting my weight, I have about 200lbs on her. Anyway, it’s well made, easy to assemble, easy to adjust and the bar seems to be standard or competition size. If you’re wondering it will fit two 2’ mats between the supports.

Super fun for my aspiring gymnast!Overall, this is a great product. As others have mentioned, the black plastic pieces were broken upon arrival. It doesn’t compromise the integrity of the bar so we didn’t mind, but it certainly adds to the clicking noise. My 7 year old plays on it daily and is pretty aggressive on it - doing flips, swinging, etc. and it has held up great! I love how it is adjustable so various ages and skill levels can use it!
