A: Your item will be normally dispatched from our warehouse which i located in the Truganian within 24 hours after you ordered. And the shipment would normally take 2-6 working days to metro areas and 4-10 working days to regional areas after you place the order. Most of our products are flat pack and it needs to be assembled. As for the assembly time，there are the instructions manual for your reference and the assembly will not very complex. But we could not guarantee the specific time it will take，since it depends on everyone's hands-on ability.
