it snapped in halffirst the up and down mechanism broke then all of a sudden it snapped in half

OK dThis chair is OK for the price. The massage function isn't all its cracked up to be and like others have said, I feel it reclines way too far back and there is no way to adjust it.

a fair chairFor what the product cost, it is a great chair. Pros and Cons below:Pros:1. Thick, comfortable padding2. Nice long armrests3. Fits adults nicely, i'm 5'9" 200lbs4. Smooth Rock feature5. Easy assemblyCons:1. Vibrate function is very loud and not effective on the back because it sits so low2. The lumbar support is not effective because it sits so low3. The backrest does not sit up straight enough, so the chair is not comfortable when sitting upright4. It does not lock in place when you have it reclined back all the way; only locks when forwardOverall, i'm happy with the chair, but will likely invest in a better one in a year or so. If you need something temporary or something that isn't used daily, I would recommend this chair as it is well worth $90-$100.

Great chair overall!This is absolutely perfect. I have short legs and the seat is the right size so my knees hinge correctly. The lumbar support moves up and down so you can get it to the correct height. The neck support is very helpful. Makes those long days sitting at my computer a lot more comfortable! It was more money than I wanted to spend but it is worth every penny! I was thinking about buying another one for my work cubicle! I highly recommend this product.

Exactly what I expectedThis chair is the right solution for our needs and our budget. Comfortable & supportive it helps to keep you alert for the working hours— ideal for management and task-oriented desks. A solid alternative to the similar high-end ergonomic mesh chairs in the "sitting machine" category. If you have the money to go with the higher-end in the category, you won't be disappointed. All around a great decision and an excellent values. I would buy these again without hesitation.
