It\'s OK, but I don\'t feel it\'s for beginnersThis was a lot harder to use than I thought it was going to be. It needs a lot more upper body strength than I thought it would. I only used a few times and then gave it away.

stay consistentthe product is great, easy to know how to use but is definitely not as easy to actually use. at least for me. you can feel the burn in your abs. but i don\'t workout much so that\'s probably why its a little harder for me. you just have to be consistent. it has 3 different level you can set it to and it count how many you\'ve done each set or in total. it folds up for storage and surprisingly doesn\'t take up much space at all. it is a manual machine so it wont move your legs for you. you have to put in the work. I\'ve had this for 2 years and it still work perfectly.

Easy to use, easy to put away, results fastI love that I can fold this up and store it under my bed and pull it out daily. Already noticed results in a weeks time. I also love that it counts my reps for me until I reset it. I’ve done 60 reps each day and it’s been totally worth the money.

Very intense ab workoutI really love this product! I bought this product because
I find that doing ab exercises on the floor hurt my neck or my spine. This is a killer ab workout. You have to work your way up to doing 5 sets of 20 which i do everyday now. Really recommend this product!!!!

Can feel the burn and folds smallI put this together while my dad was in town so we were both using it to see if different sizes can use and you can. Actually even my son can use it. The assembly was super easy- the only part that took some time was the screw to hold on the red piece. Maybe a total of 20 minutes. My whole life I’ve been petite but hold my weight in my middle and its always been “soft.” I have gained some weight recently and started a more rigorous exercise routine. I love my exercise bike but wanted something to target this troublesome area. I am pleased that I can feel the butn after just a few crunches. This also gives you a good arm workout and the monitor keeps count for you. Best part is it fold and doesn’t take much space when not in use.

Works really wellGives you a great workout and lots of variety for different exercises you can do with it. It wasn’t to difficult to put together. We are using it in a smaller room and it’s a pretty good size for the space.
