It’s pretty!The planter is very pretty and very easy to assemble. I bought two and was able to build them both in about 10 minutes. It felt very rewarding and I’m so excited to plant something in here - since I’ve yet to plant anything in here I cannot comment on it’s durability with water. It looks to be in treated wood.

Excellent Planter: Well-Designed and Easy to BuildI just finished building this planter last evening. It took me all of 10 minutes to put it together and I was taking my time to ensure I did it correctly. Clear diagram showed how to assemble and the pieces were securely wrapped within the box. They even included an extra screw for me to drop and lose on the floor. I didn't, but I could have. I actually just threw an old blanket over the dining table and built the planter up there, sitting in a chair and watching tv at the same time. Pre-drilled holes and a cordless drill and BAM! The measurements were exactly as described and it fit into the designated space on my deck exactly. I already had purchased two wooden trellises whose wood matched the planter exactly. I plan to screw those to the back inside of the planter before I fill it and plant 4 Passion Fruit vines. Looking forward to a lot of lovely vines, flowers, and fruit and less of my neighbors' yard.

Nicely made, easy to assemble.These are excellent planters, precisely made and can be easily assembled. I went ahead and treated them with 3 or4 coats of marine varnish which brought out the color of the wood and help protect them from rain and sun. I found them too deep for the pots I wanted to put in them, so I put in a couple of runners to raise the bottom pieces about 4 inches. Look beautiful, and I get many admiring comments
