This filter and faucet are very easy to install. We've been using it for a few months and are very happy with the taste and clarity of the water. We use a municipal water system, and we can clearly tell the difference between the taste of the water coming out of the faucet and the water coming out of the filter. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

We live in an area with hard water. The water tastes terrible and has a fishy smell, which I hate. So I decided to try this, and it's amazing! We have two dogs and two cats. My dogs won't drink tap water; they always go outside to drink from the fish pond. I installed this amazing little filter, and my dogs and cats finally started drinking from the water fountain. I swear, they know it's better for them. We also have an ice maker, and the ice cubes taste even better. It's a lifesaver! We never have to go to the water fountain again. This is our second one. I highly recommend this to everyone!

wasn't sure it was working properly the first time I flushed it, because after the third flush, there was no water. I later realized that the kettle didn't completely fill the refill tank. After that, I flushed the tank and then the kettle remineralization filter, and the machine worked properly, and the water tasted great. I was able to add any extra water in the tank to the kettle with the filter.

This filter is fantastic; it instantly and noticeably improved the taste, smell, and clarity of my tap water. I live in a small, isolated town, and our water comes from a local lake. Twice a year, when the lake overflows, the water takes on a strange taste and smell (almost like mold). This filter completely solved that problem! Installation was incredibly easy—all it takes is a drill, a crescent wrench, and some vise grips. It installed neatly on the cabinet wall under my kitchen sink and connected to my water line and faucet, with absolutely no leaks (no Teflon tape required). Everything else you need is included in the box, and there's even a little reminder button that's programmed to let you know when the filter needs to be replaced. It's rated for about a year, but you might be able to extend it a bit longer. From what I understand, if you want to extend the life of the filter, you can simply get a larger one, as they all use the same adapter (I think). Therefore, I recommend installing it a little higher than usual in case you need to upgrade the filter size. After rinsing for 5 minutes, the cold water from my tap started to run clear and crisp, with no noticeable taste or odor. A huge upgrade! I only use it for drinking water, making ice, and even my morning tea has become much better. It's a bit bulky, but for something that's completely invisible and lasts so long, I don't think that's a problem. It's much less intrusive than a faucet filter or refrigerator pitcher, and you don't even have to think about it until it's time to replace the filter, which is about once a year. It also slightly reduces the water pressure in your cold water line (I'd estimate about 15%), so if your water pressure is already low, this might be something to consider. It wasn't a problem for my setup, so I barely noticed it. Overall, I highly recommend this filter! For the price, you get clean, great-tasting water from the tap at all times, with minimal maintenance and a simple installation process.

This filtration system is amazing! Installation is easy, and the filter cartridge is easy to replace. It filters quickly, and the water quality is excellent. Their customer service is excellent. My water pipe broke, and they responded quickly and sent me a replacement right away.

This machine is a great addition to my kitchen. It looks like a large coffee machine and feels like its own home. It's easy to use and offers quad-filtration. If you haven't tried a reverse osmosis water purifier, you'll be surprised at how bad your tap water is. You can taste how clean it tastes. First, measure your countertop and cabinets (or wherever you plan to use the machine). It barely fits under my cabinets, and when I turn it around to reach the waste tank (which happens several times a day), I have just enough space to reach it. It works great in my kitchen. The designers did a great job sizing it, making it suitable for most kitchens. However, you might encounter a problem, so please measure before purchasing. Using this machine is simple and pleasant. Despite having a built-in pump, it runs quietly. All the parts fit together perfectly. The glass jug is nice, though a little thin. If you break it, you can replace it for $30. However, I do have one major concern about its longevity—so I strongly recommend opting for the optional 4-year warranty. My biggest concern is the water tank. To use this machine, you'll need to lift the water tank, drain it, and refill it several times a day. You'll probably also need to clean it from time to time. Given all this activity, I'm concerned about the water tank's durability. The crucial valve, which keeps the water in the tank (rather than sitting on the counter), is built into the tank and isn't user-replaceable. The tank is made of an attractive but easily cracked plastic. The valve itself and its seals deteriorate easily. It would be nice if it were made of a more durable plastic and allowed users to replace the valve themselves (though it's a bit industrial/unsightly). Or at least offer replacement water tank assemblies as replacement parts in the "Maintenance" section of the website. They don't, and I suspect the one-year warranty is almost up and it might leak. Amazon offers a four-year warranty at a reasonable price, which I recommend. I've used quite a few reverse osmosis water purifiers over the years. Most rely on tap water pressure. Good reverse osmosis water purifiers use high-quality hoses and stainless steel fittings. So, seeing a metal pot and thin plastic inside a critical component makes me a little concerned. However, as far as the out-of-the-box user experience is concerned, so far, it's been good. 4/24 Update: Two years have passed, and I've changed the filter twice. This time I bought a "mineral recovery" accessory to see how it works. The machine still works just as well as the day I bought it.
