Made for climbingI give this a 4.97. Most of the tower takes minutes to assemble but the top platform was a bit of a pain. It was trial & error to find the right fit & pieces for the ceiling finish. FYI: if you have an 8\' ceiling height or lower, the long extension bolt screws into the sisal post almost completely. It also didn\'t come with the safety strap for the wall listed in the manual, so I need to figure that out. This is a sturdy tower & my chunky monkey thick cat at 15+ pounds doesn\'t put a strain on the platforms. They\'re also comfortable & big enough for my 32\" long & lean Bengal.

Huge Cat Tower that Cats Love!!This cat tower is my cats\' favorite place to hang out these days.
The quality seems good and all parts were included for proper assembly.
I played around with placement of the different beds, leaving the small wicker basket at the very top. Since that bed is so small, I didn\'t think my cats would like it. Boy, was I wrong! Both of my cats fight for the \"penthouse\" level!
While my cats and I love this tower, some important things to note are:
1) Two of the beds are really small. My cats are of average size and continually have legs and tails hang over. It doesn\'t seem to bother them, but if you have a large cat, two of the sleeping areas may not work for them.
2) the pole does not include a tension rod. Thus, you\'ve really gotta screw it once the pole is extended as much as possible. IMO, it would be great to have a tension rod at the top, to ensure a tight fit.
3) the top part of the pole slips and slides a little. I placed a non-slip jar opener at the top to prevent movement. However, I\'m still concerned about the entire thing tipping over when my cats climb and hop on the tree.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase, and my cats are, too.
My suggestions to the manufacturer would are:
1) make the beds/resting areas larger;
2) add a tension rod so that installation is easier and more secure, decreasing the chances of the entire tree tipping over.Posted on

Absolutely love it!So easy, and a solid piece. When you get to the last tube, insert the long screw in it and then the other end in the flat disc. That way it will fit a regular ceiling. Use the nuts to make sure the screw is tight on both ends. Also, use the strap to secure it to the wall.

Very stable, cat approvedThis is the “luxury home “ I prepared for our newly adopted cat. Assembly was super simple, my daughter put it together in 10 minutes.
The top section is adjustable in height, allowing it to press firmly against the ceiling, making it extremely stable. No matter how much the cat jumps around, there’s no worry about the cat tree toppling over. I’m very impressed with the quality, so far.
At first, our cat just wandered around the base, but after a few days, he started sleeping in the second-level basket. Now, after three weeks, his favorite spot is the third- level perch. He naps there every afternoon for one to two hours. The thick cushion on that level makes it extra comfy for him to curl up and relax.
If you have enough space at home and want to give your cat a fun and comfortable place to climb and lounge, I recommend it. It looks great, is very practical, and truly makes your money well spent.Posted on

Love it, the cats love it.The cats love it. The cushion that Velcros on comes off sometimes, I might add some more Velcro that I have but other than that, it\'s easy to assemble and works great. It\'s nice that it has a wide bottom so I don\'t have to worry about any tipping.

Highly recommend!The quality is really good. You can take out the fabric cover to wash. Before I just wondered if I should buy it. After I got it, I felt I made right decision to change this one. My old cat tree only can use vacuum the dirt and hair, however this one is make by wood. Also the wood and the fabric cover is separated. Very good design. Love it and my cats love it too.

Nice cat tree, but not for 9\' ceilingsThe can tree is well made and sturdy, but not built for 9\' tall ceilings. I mean, it works...but barely. I would also say my cat\'s are average size and some of the \"shelves\" were quite small. Assembly would be very difficult for one person, so keep that in mind. Overall, a good cat tree for 8\' tall ceilings and small cats.

Does not fit!I took the measurements of my room from floor to ceiling multiple times to make sure this would fit and well, I think you can see for yourself from the image it is taller than stated. I had to remove the small piece on the top which is 4 inches so that it would fit. I was a little unsure of how stable it would be without that piece but it’s stayed in place for the last week. If anything changes in the future I will be editing my review. Over all I like the design as do my furless babies. It’s been a hit over here over all, the two baskets are used frequently! I love how minimalistic it is over all and that I can clean the entire tree; all cushions are washable and surfaces can be wiped down! We will keep it but do think that the high description needs to be adjusted!!!!

Super well made cat tree just beware if you have ceilings on the taller sideThis cat tree is truly gorgeous. Well made, very strong shelves, the basket is sturdy and able to support our cat\'s weight. I wish it was JUST a tad bit taller. I\'d say if you are near the height limit to be wary, other than that, all around a great product.

Quality cat towerI was nervous to buy this because there weren’t any reviews, but I am SO glad I did. After looking at floor to ceiling cat trees for days, I finally settled on this one as her cat tree for when we stay at my boyfriend’s. It is a piece of cake to put together. It took maybe 30 minutes. The most time-consuming part was sticking the pegs into the top tier balcony. This tree has everything I was looking for. My BF is allergic to cats, so I wanted a wooden one so it would not trap as much cat dander. This is also so easy to dust and clean. I also wanted something that did not take up a huge amount of room (lest it look like my Kitty and I are taking over ha), but was also sturdy enough for her to play on. To my relief, this tree holds up! She loves to get a running start and throw herself onto the tree and climb up very fast. It does not shake and she feels very secure on any level. This tree is adjustable to fit the height of your ceiling. It is easy to adjust too. I thought this tree would fit, but it was too tall, even at its shortest adjustment. I guess the ceilings are more like 7.5’ tall? So disappointing! And all my fault for “guesstimating”. BUT! We discovered if we removed the top part below the wooden circle that goes on the ceiling, it fits! Removing said part does not impact the sturdiness of the structure, but I did use the included nylon strap to anchor it to the wall just in case. The pole was just as thick as I had hoped-definitely not “flimsy” or cheap. The rope is quality too!
One of the biggest draws of this tree compared to others, was the basket feature. My cat does not like the circle bowls that seem to be prevalent on most floor to ceiling trees. She is not crazy about anything that is hanging actually. But I knew she would feel ok in a felt basket and might actually use it. This felt basket loops in through wooden slots and Velcros over itself. This makes cleaning easy. Not only that, I was pleasantly surprised to find out the basket came with a solid, wooden bottom that has a cushion covering it. Even better! My cat LOVES this. She feels so safe and secure with the hard bottom. She also loves to be able to peak through the sides, in between the Velcro when she is just waking up or getting ready to nap.
She finally got a good “path” down and can easily climb to the top. I wasn’t sure she could at first, and she does bump her tummy a little as the balcony is not flush with the pole (but having it that way makes it sturdier and more spacious). The top tier is also roomy enough for her to walk around. It also comes with a padded cushion perfectly shaped to fit the curved wood. The bottom basket is sturdy and also padded, though you can not remove that padding. The second tier also features a removable cat bed that is secured with Velcro. I thought I may remove this and swap it with a warm blanket or leave it bare, but she loves the cat bed!
I can’t tell you how happy my cat and I are with this tree! She is so much more at ease visiting my boyfriend now that she has this tree! She also loves looking out the window from this, each tier giving her a different angle and view. You can’t beat the price either!Posted on
