Very comfortable. This mat is easy to install and put away. It is thick enough to be a soft sleeping surface, yet thin enough to be rolled up and put away. I use it in my RV with my hard couch. Top quality.

It rolls up big, but the comfort is worth it.I bought two of these mattresses to use for car camping and kayaking trips and have slept on them for two nights and they have been fantastic. When I first received them, they were a little difficult to inflate on their own and I had to use a vacuum to get them to fully inflate, but when I took them camping, no extra help was needed. They inflated on their own. I found them to be very comfortable to sleep on. Never had a leak. They also didn't make any noise when sleeping on them. My only complaint is that they are a little too big when rolled up, but for car camping, they are great. The extra size they take up is totally worth it because they are so comfortable to sleep on. It's a trade-off, but well worth it for me.

The size is right, very comfortable, and it's easy to inflate and deflate. Not meant for backpacking, but ideal for a tent or camper shell. The foam inflates automatically as it expands, and any extra firmness needed can be adjusted with the bladder-style inflation mechanism. Note: The foam lining may harbor mold and bacteria if inhaled by mouth. This pad is very comfortable, even for larger side sleepers like me.

Comfortable and supportiveWe use four of these "cot size" mattresses in our tent trailer and they are very comfortable. We have the blue one and one of them doesn't match the others (it's a darker color). This is not a big deal for us though. We leave them outside and don't need to roll them up or try them. They work great for what we need. They are the right firmness and support. Wish they came in more colors.

Easy to install and very comfortable.loved this sleeping pad when I went camping recently. The air in it is adjustable so the foam can be adjusted to your preference. I slept really well while camping in Bishop, CA. The size is perfect. Wish they would make a full size sleeping pad for two.

Double bed sizeI just bought my third one. We used two when my three kids were little. Now that they are older we need more room for another. The only downside is the bag but I wouldn't take a star off. After a year the inside of the bag started to peel and got all over the mattress. I ended up throwing the bag away. Mattress is fine though. No complaints. Kids love it.

This mattress is highly recommended for your comfort.Used it on a tour bus. Great quality. Mattress and cover are very soft and comfortable. Cover is easy to remove for washing and easy to install. Storage bag makes it easy to store and transport the mattress. Storage bag comes with straps for easy carrying/transporting of the mattress. The thickness of the mattress pad/mattress pad makes it comfortable in any sleeping position (prone, side, back) - no back or neck pain at all. Perfect length too (tallest person is 1.93m tall). Highly recommended.

3 inches of excitementSoft, sturdy, comfortable, supportive, well padded, lightweight, and the green looks vibrant and serene. I recommend using a soft cloth to remove stains as it is too large to fit in the washing machine. The matching bag is sturdy and looks like it can withstand it.

Finally, pain-free camping! As a 44-year-old assistant scoutmaster, I proudly considered "glamping" a hardscrabble lifestyle, surviving countless sleepless nights on rocks, roots, and even the occasional Legos (don't ask me). For years, I pretended my butt wasn't plotting revenge after every camping trip. But this pad—the 3.1-inch Ultra-Thick Memory Foam Sleeping Pad—changed all that. Lying down on this magical foam feels like sinking into the embrace of a thousand well-trained scouts. It's like someone said, "What if we took cloud technology and applied it to camping pads?" and then actually did it. I'm not a camper—I'm a less-than-outdoorsy adult with bug spray and a sarcastic mouth—but this pad has me seriously considering setting up a tent in my living room just for an excuse to lie down on it. It rolls up small, unrolls big, and has more cushioning than a PTA. If you're a tired scoutmaster, a grumpy parent who's been dragged into nature, or just someone who thinks "hardscrabble living" shouldn't include spinal injuries—do yourself a favor and buy this pad. Your back, hips, and rapidly fading patience will thank you. Now if only they would make a memory foam tent… — Assistant Scoutmaster Karen, Comfort Defender and Popcorn Stock Manager

Well structured and easy to useThis pad is durable and super easy to use. While it might be quicker to use a pad that requires a battery-powered pump, it's also worth mentioning that it doesn't require anything other than the pad itself. The entire installation and removal time only takes a few minutes, but it's thick enough and very comfortable even on uneven surfaces, allowing you to get a good rest and wake up without any discomfort. Highly recommended!

Plump and beautiful (like me)This thing is so comfy. It might be a little pricey for some, I understand, but the money I spent on those always-leaking, disappointing air mattresses is a far cry from the money I could have saved. I'm 5'11" and 200 lbs, and this mattress has plenty of room and is thick enough.

Happy Camperlove this sleeping pad! It's lightweight, good quality, and comfortable. It folds and rolls up easily, but it's a little hard to put back in the bag, but the more I use it, the easier it gets. I can just fold it in half and put it in the corner of the fire tower where I sleep, so it's out of the way when I'm on fire duty during the day. I got the 3-inch thick blue one, which is thick enough for me and the color is beautiful. It also comes with a small portable pillow and a very nice bag, which is awesome. I look forward to having it in the back of my truck for easy use, or in my tent! I'm a big fan of camping gear, and I have to say that I'm very happy with this one for a reasonable price! I definitely wanted it to be compact and portable, so it's the perfect length and width for me. (I'm 5'6" and 140 lbs.) It also comes in a variety of sizes for larger people, which is great!

Quite comfortableFairly comfortable. I'm heavy so it doesn't feel very thick when I lay on it, but I've been sleeping outside our little glamping tent for weeks now and have no problems falling asleep. If I sleep on my side, I occasionally need to adjust my position and my hips start to hurt after a while. Make sure to let it expand for 48 hours before deciding on comfort. When I first opened it up, I thought it was a big mistake, but then it adjusted itself and it felt fine. It attracts hair and dust a bit, but I have four dogs (and they love it, too). We bought two and they take up almost the entire floor of our tent, which is fine. We love sleeping outside in the summer.

Comfortable and right sizeThis mat is perfect for camping. It's the right size for moderate comfort, but not too big as a single bed to take up too much space. It's not quite as good for backpacking. More suitable for camping or "glamping" because it's so comfortable. A perfect balance between comfort and space in the car.

The mattress itself is of good qualityThe mattress itself is of very good quality - firm, supportive, and made of durable, well-made materials. Unfortunately, I underestimated its actual size when packing it, and it didn't fit in the trunk of my car as I had hoped. I ended up having to cancel my original plans and make other arrangements. A word of caution to future buyers: always double-check the dimensions before planning to transport it yourself, especially if you drive a sedan or compact car. Other than that, this is a very good product.

Great sleeping pad for camping!I used it on a camping trip over Memorial Day weekend. Slept like a baby. I sleep on my side and although my butt hit the ground it wasn't uncomfortable. 10/10. The cover is removable and washable and feels nice to the touch.

High-quality padding and soft, comfortable coverI bought this to put on my bedroom floor when the kids want to come in and watch a movie with us; I can't fit all of them in my bed so this is perfect! The padding is thick and soft and the cover can be removed for washing. It has sturdy straps so it can be rolled up and secured and put away when not in use. I think this will definitely come in handy when camping or when you have guests over. The padding provides great support. If I had to say one downside it would be that I wish I could roll it up so I could put it back in the included carry bag. I had some difficulty with this but maybe that's just user error and I need more practice. Overall I recommend it!

Great mattress. This mattress is so damn comfortable. I slept on this mattress when I let my parents use my room while they were visiting for a few days. I ordered the twin size and it really felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I'm not a camper at all because I always sleep on the floor, but with this mattress, I'm sure I'll be able to do that. I was actually looking for an air mattress before ordering this and I happened to see this one. This mattress is so much better. It rolls up for easy storage, but it's still a little big for a twin. To help it fit better under the bed in the guest room, I put it in a vacuum sealed bag. The next time I need it, I just open the bag and it's ready. A super comfortable bed that doesn't need to be pumped up or blown up.

Matches well with the base surface.Definitely best paired with something else rather than just laying it on the ground. We bought two of these sheets and put them on top of a queen-sized air mattress and they are perfect. Not only does it make the air mattress more comfortable, it also provides insulation that the air mattress doesn't provide. It rolls up easily and packs away in the included storage bag. You can combine the two sheets into one if you roll them up tight enough, which we did and use the other sheet to store the tent so it never sees the original packaging again.

High-quality sleeping padbought two of these mattresses to use when we camp in the backyard over the summer. This way I can swap out the air mattresses when my grandson and friends use sleeping bags for the night; we also use them when we use the RV. These mattresses are super easy to inflate: open the three valves to "wake up" the foam, close the two valves on the back, and then use the built-in foot pump to inflate to my desired firmness. The whole process takes only 3-5 minutes. The mattress is very comfortable; it's a little firmer than I expected, but not uncomfortable, and it's comfortable for sleeping on the ground. It has a built-in pillow, but I think it's too low for me, so I'll add another one. One thing that really impressed me about it is the foldability: I've always struggled with folding air mattresses before, but these deflated and rolled up completely in 3-4 minutes. I just followed the included instructions and was surprised at how well they rolled up. The mattress comes with two elastic bands to keep it in place after rolling it up, and a nice storage bag. My only (very) minor complaint is that the mattress is a little heavier than I expected, but I'm not a backpacker, so that's not a concern. I highly recommend this sleeping pad; it's perfect for keeping in a closet for guests, especially if sleeping space is limited, or if you have kids, for "camping" in the living room or backyard. It's a little pricey, but it's well made, durable (and easy to store), and I expect my grandchildren will still need it once they have their own families.

Replaced my camping air mattress with these!originally bought this to make my daughter's bunk bed more comfortable for summer camp. She's been sleeping on it for two weeks and is very happy with it. Her friends have also used it at sleepovers, and I've used it on the living room floor to watch movies and even take a nap. It's super comfortable and thick enough to sleep on my side without hip pain. The plush cover is great quality and soft. The whole bed rolls up easily into the included storage bag and tucks it under my bed. It's easier to set up and put away than an air mattress - no noisy pumps - just undo a couple of Velcro tabs and it's ready to use almost immediately! It's also much more durable than an air mattress because it won't blow up. I've had to replace several high-quality air mattresses over the years due to unexplained leaks. Unfortunately, one of these was on a camping trip. We had to drive to the nearest town to buy a new one after we set up camp. It's so disappointing to sleep on a full mattress only to wake up on the ground due to a leak. With this mattress, that never happens! I plan on buying at least one more before my first camping trip this summer – we’ll never have to use an air mattress again!

ExcellentVery impressed with this mattress. I bought it to put on the couch so I could sleep more comfortably when my mom came to visit and I gave her my bed. I was worried at first because when I unrolled it to lay flat for the first time it didn't seem too comfortable or have the feeling of memory foam at all, but it just takes some time to fully inflate. I'll leave it unrolled for a day or two. It's very comfortable to sleep and lay on - I even left it on the couch all day to watch TV with my mom (I was fresh out of surgery) and we were very happy with the comfort level. The cover came out very clean and I was able to roll it up and put it in the bag easily. I was worried if it would be one of those things that you have to roll it up really tight to put it in the bag, but the bag is nice and roomy.

Nice cushion, bulky but comfortable because it is softNice sleeping pad. I use it on my car mattress and also as a cushion on my porch cot. In both cases it adds comfort to an otherwise hard surface. I do get a little hot when sleeping on my side - but that may have to do with my large weight. It works well on my back or stomach. The length is good for someone six feet tall. It doesn't roll up very compactly, but that's because of the density of the foam, which is necessary for cushioning comfort, so that's just an observation rather than a criticism. The fabric side has a comfortable texture. The bottom is smooth with small rubber dimples to prevent sliding. There is a small, flat air panel on each corner that allows air to escape when compressed for storage. Comes with a nice storage bag that zips up on one end and has a basic shoulder bag-style lightweight web strap for easy carrying. I would buy it again, but don't expect to buy it again for some time, as it seems to have been durable after moderate use.

UltralightI was a little surprised when I received it because the packaging was heavier than the mattress itself. Now that I'm older, I can't use this mattress exclusively, but it should have been perfect when I was younger!

It is very long.Very comfortable! Extra long! Warm! Comes with a storage bag that is large enough to pack easily! The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars is that it doesn't squish when you pack it down! It's too big for hiking. Other than that, everything is great! It's not too heavy, especially considering its size. There's no odor or weird chemical smell. The price is also a good deal because it's really comfortable and supportive. I'm 185 lbs and 5'3" and I've never had any pain in my hips and it stays inflated all night long.

It’s huge, but perfect for camping with a dog!bought this mat to take my dog camping. I didn't want him to tear up the air mattress. However, this mat turned out better than I thought it would! It's not super long, but you don't need it when camping. It's pretty big, so take that into account when packing. You wouldn't take it on the Appalachian Trail. But for a campsite it's great and it's great for dogs. My brother slept on it when he visited recently and he said he slept great!

Super comfortable!I bought two of these pads in 2023 and have used them many times while supporting CAP cadets. I have slept on the first pad (the second one is for my daughter), on the floor, and on a cot - they are amazing! They are thick and supportive, and even on the floor they are comfortable. I am a bit on the heavier side and they still hold up well! The only downside is that the straps are not very well sewn. After our pads broke, we used the bungee cords when not in use - the storage bag keeps them in place very well. Honestly, they are worth every penny!

Useful in emergencies!recently tried this folding sleeping pad, and while it worked as advertised, it wasn't as comfortable as I expected. It's very simple to set up - just unfold it. However, it's a little less comfortable than an inflatable sleeping pad. It's a bit stiff and not cushioned enough to sleep on, especially if you're used to softer pads. Another issue is that it tends to slide around the bottom of the tent. I found myself having to adjust it several times during the night, which was a bit annoying. Also, the pad itself is on the small side. As a taller person, I didn't find it ideal. If you're larger or just need more room to stretch out, this pad might not be the right fit. All in all, it wasn't for me, but I think it's a great fit for someone who values an ultralight, compact pad that's easy to set up and take down. If comfort isn't your primary concern and you're looking for something simple and practical, this might be a good choice.

Buy with confidenceI have many styles, brands, and types of sleeping pads and inflatables. Each has its own specific use, depending on the specific needs. For ultralight backpacking, where space and weight are the most important considerations, this may not be the right choice for me. This is not a con, I am just saying that if this product meets your space and weight requirements, you will not be disappointed.

The product is very good, consistent with the descriptionLike most people, you read the reviews before you click the buy now button, and I did the same. For those who left a bad review saying that the mat was too thin when they received it, you should wait at least 12 hours after receiving it for the mat to fully recover. Remember that they are partially made of memory foam, and they are shipped vacuum sealed, so for shipping purposes they are squashed flat and have no air in them, and yes, like in my own case, my mat was very thin after receiving it and unpacking it. Considering the reviews, I feared the worst. But ordered it anyway. So I left the mat for a few days (mostly because I didn't want to mess with it during the workday). Slowly, it recovered the shape described in the product description. You just have to give it a little time to recover its shape after shipping packaging. As for the bad review about the carry bag being too small, I must say that they sent me the right size bag for the size I ordered. One of my photos shows my mat rolled up in the bag it came with, and it fit perfectly. But I also want to point out how thick the mat was a few days after receiving it. It is indeed 3 inches, as stated in the product description. There is no way you can get the mat back into pancake shape after you receive it. After I let the mat reshape itself, I rolled it up and put it in the bag it came with and there was still room to spare. Note that it still maintains the thickness listed in the product description. I have not slept on it yet but I can say it will work great. The mat feels firm and I like firm mats. I was not offered any promotion or compensation to write this review. Hope this helps.

Even though I’m 50 and “I can kick, stretch and kick”, I can’t sleep on the floor without this!My child's school organizes an annual field trip to an overnight stay at the aquarium. As a chaperone, I was so excited for the chance to experience an amazing adventure! Sleeping on the floor? Not so bad! I immediately started researching something that would protect my back and joints. This sheet was delivered quickly and was much better than I thought it would be. I bought the single size because I was traveling in a group and didn't want anything too big. It seemed to be big enough for an average adult. As soon as I took it out of the plastic bag and unfolded it, I noticed the super soft cover. The sleeping side is a super soft gray fabric, while the floor side is a sturdier black fabric that looks (I haven't tested it yet) waterproof. My pets were immediately curious and climbed on and settled in within seconds. I guess it does feel like a queen-sized pet bed. It's very comfortable and protects my back and joints. It's a little awkward to roll up, but the sewn straps are sturdy and make it much easier to use. The included storage carrier is spacious enough that I can even put my sleeping bag in it. It also comes with a strap for easy carrying like a backpack. The whole setup is a little bigger/clunkier than I was expecting... but it's basically a small mattress, so they made the whole process as easy as possible. I'm sure I'll be the envy of other parents on my trip when I roll out this cozy, comfortable sleeping pad!

Great for light filling, would buy again!Makes sense. They are perfect for those of us who are backcountry campers, but they may disappoint those who are expecting a Serta mattress. We used this mat for 2 weeks sleeping on sand/gravel, my husband and I each had one. We were backpacking, and they strapped to the outside of our packs nicely, and provided enough cushioning to keep us comfortable on the ground. They also kept us dry when the tent leaked in the rain. I will definitely bring these with me next time I camp :) Sure, they roughed up the outside of our packs a bit, but they survived several flights without breaking, and we will use them over and over again. We will buy this product again when they break.
