Lightweight Fitness Benchwould say this is a good bench for people 5'8" and under. You'll probably want to keep your weight under 175 lbs. I personally like using this bench for abdominal exercises and light exercise, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. If you have long legs, only the backrest is adjustable, which may not be ideal for hooking your feet under the padded bar to do crunches. It was easy to put together. I use it for a lot of different exercises, so I think it's very versatile and easy to move around. I don't lift a lot of weight on it because it's not really heavy, but you get what you pay for and I know what I'm getting. So considering the price, I think it's a good deal.

The perfect foldable bench pressI bought this for my husband for Father's Day. He loves it! It doesn't take up much space and is the perfect size for his daily weight training. It's very sturdy. My husband is 185 pounds and 5'7" tall and I had it set up in less than 10 minutes. I love that it folds up for storage.

Great value for moneyGreat bench, very stable. I really like how easy it is to adjust the angle. You don't even have to stand up to adjust it, you can adjust it while sitting on the bench... maybe that's why I need it. The only problem is that I'm 6'1" and I can't fit my head all the way on it. It doesn't actually fold up. If you take it all apart, it folds up, but it doesn't fold up for storage.

Reasonable functionshould have bought this a long time ago. It's adjustable and folds up which is nice. I'm not sure I'd want to bench press 250 pounds with it but it's good enough for me without having to use too much weight.

Good for childrenThis bench is not adequate for adults. I\'m 5\'9\" 255 lbs and I feel like I\'m going to break it. It would probably be great for children, but I don\'t know very many children that are in to exercising.

Good quality, works great, adjusts easily and nice speed ball and spring. Stores easily too.I was looking at new and improved benches when I found this one, a good design and a speedball, and I had to get one of these. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to assemble. I like how it only took one bolt and nut for the whole assembly. I also like how the instructions showed the parts\' breakdown, making it easy to assemble. Secondly, it works great. I like that it easily adjusts for different levels, and the speedball is good quality and has a nice spring, allowing for some solid punches and a consistent speed on the ball. I like how I can do set-ups and punch simultaneously, making this one of my favorite workouts ever. Lastly, it stows away nicely, too. I like how I can pull one pit, and it folds up, and I can stow it away when not in use. No cons, it worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

Heavy DutyThis bench was very easy to setup and put together. The instructions were clear and concise. This bench is well made and very sturdy. I am 6’ and 200 lbs.
