1. Campaign Schedule

• The campaign is held twice a month:
• Period 1: 1st to 15th of each month
• Period 2: 16th to the last day of the month
• Each period features 4 trial items to choose from.
• 10 participants will be selected each period.

2. Application Process

• Apply through the official campaign form during the active period.
• Required information:
• Valid phone number(optional)
• Link to an active Facebook profile
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

3. Selection Criteria

Participants will be selected based on:

• Purchase history (frequency and total spending)
• Social media influence (number of followers, engagement, and content quality)

Customers who have contributed to sales in the past and have active social profiles have a higher chance of being selected.

Selected participants will be:

• Showcased on the campaign page
• Notified by email during the following trial period

4. How the Free Trial Works

• Selected participants must purchase their chosen trial item upfront.
• To qualify for a 100% refund, participants must:
• Create one social media post featuring the product.
• Include original photos or videos
• Follow & Tag our official account: @Costway-AU
• Use the campaign hashtag: #Costwaytester
• Submit one written review on our website for the item(product page of this item).

5. Refund Process

• Once both the social post and review are verified:
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• If tasks are not completed as required:
• The participant will forfeit the refund

6. Posting Timeline

• All required content and reviews must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Late submissions will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Use of Submitted Content

By participating in the Free Trial Campaign, you agree that any social media posts, photos, videos, or written content you create as part of the trial may be used by Costway for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Display on the Free Trial campaign page
• Sharing on Costway's official social media accounts
• Use in marketing emails or advertisements

We may credit your name or social handle when sharing your content unless you request otherwise.

8. Additional Notes

• Trial items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged in shipping
• Costway reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time
• Customers who reside in remote areas may be required to cover delivery fees for trial items. If this applies, our customer service team will contact you with the delivery cost before shipping.
