Strong but not too intenseThe 5-gear 3D massage is powerful enough to work out knots, but you can adjust it so it’s not too harsh. The 6 cervical points are great for my stiff neck, and the double linear actuators let me adjust the back and footrest separately. It’s heavy (90kg), so you’ll need help moving it, but once it’s in place, it’s solid.
