Cute pastel-tone pink desk with lots of roomI got this desk and chair set for my 6 year-old daughter. Assembly took about 2 hours, but with the instruction manual and assembly video, I did not make any mistake on the way. After it was all put together, everything felt solid and well‑made. Rhe size was perfect for her space, and the pastel-tone pink color matches well with the white wall color or white bed in her room as my video is shown. The hutch and all the shelves gave her plenty of spots to put books, little toys, and all her drawing stuff, so her table didn’t get messy right away like before.;The cork board was a fun bonus. She pinned up her drawings and some notes from school, and it made the desk feel more like her own little area. The cable hole was helpful too since she charges her desk lamp and tablet there. The chair felt sturdy and the height worked well for her, and she sat pretty comfortably while doing homework.

Some improvements neededDesk is great for our 6 year old. She loves it. But we Would like a thicker cork board and some kid of cover over screws so they aren’t so obvious. Instructions could be much better especially for attaching the door.

Terrible InstructionsTerrible instructions. Was a lot harder to build than it should have been. Several steps called for wooden dowels but actually needed screw instead. The desk is cute and my kids love it but I’m curious to see how it holds up in the long run.

It comes with assembly toolsMy little girl loves her new desk and adjustable chair. I love that the chair adjusts as she grows. It was so easy to assemble and the workmanship is so good. I would definitely buy it again. It comes with stickers and a screwdriver. It's very sturdy and has a strong weight capacity. My little girl weighs 95 pounds.

Great little desk. Perfect for 6 and 8 year olds.A great compact desk that's very sturdy. After reading the instructions, watch the video in the photo section of this page. The instructions are hilarious, but thankfully there aren't many parts. The small self-tapping screws are for the drawers, and the large ones are for the chair.

Sturdy and sturdy, kids will love it!This beautiful little table is already assembled and waiting for Santa to deliver to my granddaughter. I wish I had something good to say, but other than I love the table and she will love it too, the instructions provided by this company completely ruined the experience. They were extremely misleading and the instructions were so small I needed a magnifying glass to see/read them, which I couldn't see clearly.

Good product, assembly takes timeSince the instructions only have pictures, assembling the table and chairs was a bit time-consuming. You'll need to figure it out yourself. While you might make some mistakes, it's easy to unscrew and install. Once assembled, it's very sturdy, durable, and easy to use. Besides the quick assembly time, we loved this product overall. :)

Great little table, easy to assembleI've been searching for a desk in my daughter's bedroom for crafts and homework that's durable enough to support two seven-year-olds. Very sturdy table!!!I gave this table to my granddaughter for her sixth birthday. My son-in-law put it together, but the only problem was a missing bolt, which he had to find. This table is amazing! It's very sturdy and just as great as the pictures online. I love how adjustable it is, and she'll be able to use it for years to come. She loves it!

Works for my tall 3.5 year oldI bought this for my 3.5-year-old daughter (she's 40 inches tall) to use as a dresser and desk when she grows up. The chair and desk weren't difficult to assemble, but I must say the instructions and the actual parts don't match 100%, for example, with some of the screws. I still have to figure out which screws to use for the legs. Overall, the product looks pretty good. The desk feels a little wobbly/flimsy, but it's not a big deal. I'm keeping it to see how it lasts. So far, it's been pretty good for an $80 desk (it was on sale when I bought it).

Affordable table and chair setsThe instructions were so-so, but the table was pretty easy to assemble, though you did need to be careful during assembly. I had to unscrew the two halves because I realized that when I put the "tray" drawer in, the main compartment slid out first, not the pen compartment (you should test which way the sliders slide out before installing the "tray" drawer). Then, I realized I had the tabletop oriented the wrong way when attaching it to the legs. The top folds out, so you have to make sure it's installed correctly so that when it's extended, it tilts forward in the same direction the drawers slide out. I'd have to look at a stock photo of the table to figure that out. Also, as others have mentioned, the rod that connects the legs can be hidden under the seat; they didn't include it in the box like the other parts. Overall, the table looks good.

A gift for my nephew!gave this as a gift to my nephew, and we put it together right away! My nephew handed me the necessary pieces while I built it. It was a fun activity for us. It was easy to put together, and everything came complete. The table and chairs are sturdy, and the storage space is great. I'd say it's perfect for children ages 5 and up, as suggested. It's easy to clean, but only time will tell what my nephew will draw on it. Overall, I love this table, and so does my nephew. However, I think it's a bit pricey, so it would be great to see it on sale.

Great for young childrenAbsolutely love it! It's perfect for my 4-year-old daughter. She loves it and feels more like a big kid. If she were just starting middle or high school, I think this table would be too small. My husband built it for our daughter in about two hours. He said the instructions were clear and easy to follow, but it was time-consuming. He especially liked that the screw heads were cut short in the wood so they fit flush during assembly. It also helps you know which side goes where.

Requires 2The table is exactly as described. It's very sturdy, and therefore heavy. It requires two people to assemble. The instructions can be a bit confusing at times. Sometimes a board appears to have two pieces, but it's actually just one because it needs to be flipped over before proceeding. Always observe carefully before assembly to make sure the holes on the board are facing the correct direction.

Stylish Desk with Tricky Assembly—Worth It with PatienceJust assembled today, so this is a fresh take. The desk looks fantastic—great size, weight, color, and finish. Assembly, however, was a bit finicky. Instructions had some gaps, especially around slide placement, which required some guesswork. If you’re handy, you’ll manage, but expect to slow down and troubleshoot. My unit had a flaw with the door: the peg holes were misaligned, so it wouldn’t open properly. I left it off, which was disappointing, though it seems to be an isolated issue. Overall, the desk is beautiful and functional once built. Just be prepared for a lot of pieces and consider using an electric screwdriver to make things easier.

Quality first!It comes together into a sturdy, durable desk and chair. The fit and build are excellent. We bought two for our 5-year-old and 8-year-old. I weigh over 250 pounds, and the chair feels great. Highly recommended! I bought a piece of plexiglass to protect the tabletop because it's so finely crafted that I don't want it to get damaged by the kids playing around. Ultimately, though, I hope the kids will use it more for homework and less for art.

Cute deskI can't praise the quality of this desk enough. The size is also perfect. My 5-year-old daughter can use it, and I, an adult, can easily sit in the chair. The material/wood is very durable and smooth. The furniture is beautiful. I recommend it to everyone. It's perfect for a child's room. And the price is great!

The right size and good quality! 2 months reviewbought this for my daughter as an Easter gift! She loves it. The chair is height-adjustable and very sturdy, without any wobbles. It's also the perfect size; my daughter just turned five and is now taller than most of her peers, and she has plenty of room in the chair's width and depth. The built-in light is bright, bends, and has many adjustment options, including three different warmth settings/colors. The tabletop is spacious, tilts, and secures well. My only complaint is that the drawer under the tabletop felt a little sluggish when pulled out and pushed in. I sprayed the tracks with oil, and now the drawer slides in and out smoothly. Everything is very sturdy and high-quality, and I'm very picky about these things, and as her dad, I wanted to make sure it would last a long time and not break down in front of her. :) Assembly is easy for anyone to do, and the process isn't complicated; it just takes a little time to put the chair and table together. However, the assembly process is straightforward, and the instructions make it intuitive. Overall: considering the price, quality, and features, I think this is a great choice, and I did a lot of research before purchasing. Sometimes, that can be a bit of a hassle, haha. The perfect kids art table!!!It's the perfect size for a 4-year-old (with room to grow). Assembly is quick and easy. It feels very sturdy, and the surface is easy to clean. It's a great value and looks great! The matching chair is included, which is a real bonus.

Great deskThis table is amazing! The instructions were easy to follow. My eight-year-old daughter helped assemble it. I rarely assemble tables like this before. It's durable, beautiful, and fully functional. The only downside is that it took two months to arrive. I ordered it in four weeks, but it took eight. I recommend this table, but not if you're in a rush. Our daughter loves it.

Perfect for my 6 year old.This is a children's desk—let's start with a little bit. It's for kids... from 5 (or maybe 4?) to preteens. We bought it for my 6-year-old daughter, who's shorter than her peers, for her first grade homework and art class. I chose it for its storage, and my daughter loves the color (blue is her favorite). The desk is heavy, so it's been sturdy so far, and I think it's a great value overall. It's no problem, but I'll put a desk mat (?) on the top to prevent scratches and stains (fingers crossed). We plan to let our youngest use it once our oldest is older... whenever that happens. The drawers don't open very smoothly, but that's okay. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and my daughter loves her first big-girl desk! I hope it lasts a long time.

Worth buyingIf you're tired of spending a fortune on junk, this thing will give you peace of mind. It's easy to assemble (it took me about an hour, but that was while distracted—you could do it in half the time if you're focused). It's incredibly sturdy; in fact, the bolts are so long and secure, I'm pretty sure it could withstand the pressure of a house falling over. It's a very attractive design. I didn't put up the bulletin board because we really don't need it, and I was worried it would get damaged (note, once you put it on, you can't remove it). Considering the quality and the beautiful chair, the price is great. If you saw a chair at this price in a furniture store, you'd snap it up, and it doesn't have that cheap, flat-pack feel. I can't agree on the other colors, but the pink is elegant and soft, neither bubblegum-y nor Barbie-y. It's perfect for my five-year-old, who still has plenty of room to grow. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Overall great - met our needsWe ordered this for our 14-year-old daughter. Yes, it's a children's desk, but it was difficult to find one that was the right size/age for her and met all her needs. I was very hesitant to order from here because I knew it was usually made of particleboard and not very high quality. I admit it worked better than expected, but I don't think it was worth the money. When we tried to put it together, we had a few issues with screws and bolts falling out, but we had extra parts to make it work. There are some missing parts, but they didn't affect assembly. I thought I had a photo of the completed desk, but I don't. Our daughter is petite, so this desk is perfect for her, giving her space to draw or do homework, and it's small enough to fit in her room without taking up too much space. Overall, I'm impressed, but I think it's too expensive.

Perfect table!!!This desk is made almost 100% of solid wood, is heavy, and feels just like it was before! We received it just in time for online classes!!! This desk is perfect. The drawer hardware is 100% metal and very sturdy. I had some concerns before, but they didn't warrant a poor rating. 1. The hardware (screws and nuts) appear to be made of cheap material. Be careful when tightening screws or nuts. I broke a locking nut because I wasn't sure how much force was needed to tighten it. 2. Two of the components were labeled incorrectly. Their size and the placement of the grooves and holes help identify their location. However, if this happens, there are multiple components that could be screwed onto the desk the wrong way. 3. Finally, it has a fresh paint smell, which is acceptable to me, but may be unpleasant to others. Cheers!
