Very suitable for 3 year oldslove this little easel; it's so cute and would fit right in with my son's space-themed bedroom. I love the theme I chose because it's simple enough that it can grow as long as he's as interested in Star Wars as his dad is. The storage box underneath is also perfect for markers or other craft supplies, as we've practically turned this into my craft center. It's also easy to clean, though we've obviously only used it to erase markers.

Overall it's very goodWe love it, and so do my kids! The chalkboard is great and easy to erase, and the whiteboard works just as well. So far, the included markers have worked well, but since this was only our first day using it, we'll have to see how durable they are. The easel is height-adjustable, making it perfect for young children. It was also easy to assemble. The only downside is that the base feels a little flimsy and doesn't hold down completely, but that's not a big deal with young children. One minor downside is the included paper; it's not as plentiful, but it's better quality. I ended up buying paper from IKEA, and it's perfect. I originally considered an IKEA stand, but it didn't have a tray for markers and chalk, so I opted for this one, and I'm glad I did. My advice: just get a roll of paper from IKEA.

Growing with childrenThis is a really great product. Assembly is simple. It folds up easily for a compact and attractive design when not in use. For shorter children, the legs can be left out, making it perfect for children of this age/height. Legs can be added as they grow taller. Both sides are magnetic.

Great product, just a minor flawThe quality is good and the size is right, but the paper holder could be improved. I have to remove a screw every time I change the paper holder, which is a bit annoying and I think it will wear out the screw.

High-quality easel suitable for ages 2+The easel is as shown! Nothing beats saving time on the kitchen table with this clever product! We recommend buying chalk/whiteboard markers in advance or having them handy. It's so well made, you won't need to change the paper very soon! Our 3-year-old loves it, and the older kids can't stop playing with it, too!

A great easel for preschoolers!We haven't put it together yet because we're giving it to our grandson for his birthday. But we opened the box and made sure everything was there, and it's absolutely gorgeous! The finish is beautiful, the wood is sturdy, there's plenty of room for movement, and it has a shiny magnetic chalkboard. I might have to buy another one for my other grandson!

Good value for moneyThe brand name is engraved on the frame; if you're bothered, it's not as easy to remove as a sticker. The whiteboard is magnetic, but the blackboard isn't. The blackboard isn't a slate, but rather a roughened board with a chalkboard-like finish. I like the height; it's perfect for young children. The design also makes it easy to use on a tabletop. Overall, it's a good value.

really cute kids easel perfect for a play area!just set up a play area for my little ones to keep them occupied while I homeschool my older kids. Of course, an easel is a must! My two- and three-year-old love it! The hard part is getting a two-year-old to put markers on the chalkboard instead of on the wood of the easel (or anything else for that matter), haha. But it has everything! In addition to the watercolors, it also comes with rolls of paper that you can easily tear off and attach to the sides of the easel with the included magnetic clips. It also comes with cups with lids! These are great for older toddlers who know how to avoid spilling things, but the lids come off easily, so if you have a toddler who's always carrying the cup around and dumping it out, they might not be ready to use them for drawing. I love the included magnetic alphabet blocks! They're also great for older toddlers who are learning the alphabet. Assembly was super easy! It only took me a minute or two. The easel is also adjustable in height to suit your child's needs. The tray feels a little flimsy, but that's just because it folds in half when the easel is folded up. It doesn't feel like it will break, just a little wobbly at the hinges. Other than that, the wood feels solid and made of high-quality materials. I think it's a good value for the money!

Will buy againgot this for my son for Christmas. He's been using it for about two years now. I put it up on Christmas Eve—it was easy enough, but since I only had two hands, it was a struggle. It's a great quality piece. It's been pushed around and messed with all sorts of things (you know, kids do), but it's still going strong!

Almost perfect! Almost perfect.bought this easel for my daughter's fourth birthday. She loves it, as does her five-year-old brother. I'm very happy with the quality and price. I'm not sure more expensive options would offer a better experience. Assembly was very simple. I forgot to assemble it before my daughter's party, so it took only a few minutes to set up right from the box. My only downside is that the wood is unpainted, and the whiteboard has left permanent marks on the wood around the whiteboard. If the wood were painted, the whiteboard marker marks could be wiped off and the easel's appearance would be preserved. Otherwise, as long as the children don't paint over the unpainted wood, they will enjoy the easel for a long time. I could paint, varnish, or sand off the marks, but I prefer not to. I only gave it four stars because it's unpainted and easily stained.

Good value for money!My daughter has used it quite a bit over the past year, so she already owns it. It also comes with letter and number tiles, so it's a great visual experience for me when I'm helping her learn! The quality and size of the blackboard and whiteboard are fantastic. It's easy to move and store, and it's a really fun product for kids.

Affordable price, amazing quality!was worried that this easel was so cheap ($27) and would be of poor quality. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability and excellent quality. It was also relatively easy to assemble myself. My three-year-old loved it, and I also loved the included alphabet magnets. I bought a few more, and they work great on my whiteboard.

Everything you need!This easel has everything a kid needs. It's so much fun, and my kids love it. My only complaints are that the wood on one of the legs is a little splintered, and the paper roll is a little thin, but I can buy thicker paper rolls, so that's not a problem. Other than that, I'm very happy with it. I do wish it came with a paintbrush so I could melt chalk and let the kids paint with it, but I can always buy paintbrushes. It's so easy to set up, and everyone who comes to see it is thrilled. A great product!

Suitable for all ages and skillsBought this for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. She loves drawing at the table, but this opened up a whole new way to create… drawing while standing! One roll of paper is enough for drawing or coloring. It also has all the accessories, from magnets (which she added herself) to a chalkboard. I haven't even used the dry erase feature yet. The easel is also great; it would be a great extra for her birthday party! It's a great product for home use. (It might not be sturdy enough for the classroom.) There is a small dent in the wood from rough handling during shipping. If I had the time, I would return it for a perfect one. The dent is less noticeable now, though. It's a great, memorable gift and a great value.

Suitable size for toddlersWe just bought this for our two-year-old's birthday. We haven't given it to her yet, so we don't know how durable it will be. I will say it's very sturdy, looks beautiful, and is the perfect size for ages 2-8, or even older if they're tall enough. So far, I'm very happy with it. It will look mature and stylish in our living room, but still have that playful green, red, and orange color. I'll update this review after we've used it for a while and see how it holds up to our two- and three-year-olds. I'm very happy with it; it looks very child-friendly and is a great value. So far, I'm very happy with this product!

Good drawing and learning toolA great board for learning and drawing. The chalk holder isn't very suitable for the chalk provided, but my kids love it. It's easy to organize and clean, and while the screws holding everything together aren't very durable, it's a good choice for the price.

Very suitable for overtimeMy child needs some extra help building core strength and tension when writing with crayons or pencils. I bought this easel because it's so fun and has so many different play areas. It has a paper pad for crayons, a dry-erase whiteboard, and a chalk board for chalk. My child loves this easel, and I've already seen a huge improvement in his strength. His vocational teacher even asked me what I did to see such significant improvement in such a short time. The easel is excellent quality—it has a rope and is very sturdy. I was worried it might fall and hit my child, but it's well-made and stands up well. It's not too tall, so my child doesn't have to reach up to use it—it's about 3 feet high, which is just the right height for a beginner. It's also easy to clean because the wood is coated, making it a breeze. I highly recommend this product!

Strong and cute!This easel is sturdy and well-made. I like the adjustable legs, which allow for growth as my child grows and can be easily removed if they prefer to use it on the floor. The whiteboard and chalkboard are the perfect size. The easel comes with two rolls of paper—a beginner's roll and a standard roll. Two green bars at the top and bottom of the whiteboard keep the paper secure. I'm not a fan of the holes in the tray for markers, and there's nothing to cover them when my child isn't using them. Most easels have holes/marker holes, so I'm planning to buy a shallower tray or make a cover to cover the bottom of the tray for easier access. The marker holes don't click in tightly enough, so if I use them to hold markers, they'll wiggle and come loose. Assembly is very simple (the instructions show an image with arrows). I hope this easel will satisfy my two young artists!

Large easelbought this easel six months ago when my children were 3.5 and 1.5 years old. It's durable, and I love its non-childish look. It would be perfect for their playroom, or in our living room, thanks to its beautiful wood finish. The "under-hoop padding" isn't sewn properly, and it tore when we were threading the crossbar through it. However, after contacting customer service, they quickly sent me a replacement free of charge. My children love playing with this easel, and I think the price is a good deal.
