Hens love themWhy choose this product over others? : Although the price is a bit high, the quality is great. We have tried different types of coop liners and our hens generally prefer this one. These liners are durable, they stay in good condition even after the hens scratch, fluff, and rearrange, and they are easy to remove and replace.

This screen is awesome.wish I had bought this automatic chicken door earlier. The solar panel is super easy to use and can store enough power even in the shade. The large, colorful letters are easy to read and I don't even need to wear glasses. I love the remote control that comes with it. My chicken coop is about 70 feet from my home and I can easily control this automatic chicken door from a chair at the door. Now, I use a timer to set the opening and closing times. Sometimes when I am in the sun in my yard, I will test it to see if it is working properly. The sturdy material ensures the safety of my chickens. I bet my chickens will love this solar automatic chicken door as much as I do. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends or anyone who is thinking of buying one.

Excellent design for automated chicken housesMan, it worked much better than I thought! This solar powered automatic chicken coop door has completely freed me from time-consuming chores. It is, without a doubt, a game changer. It is made of solid metal panels that can withstand all kinds of weather, unlike some doors on the market that are made of cheap materials. The solar function is super easy to use, and what about the timer and light sensor modes? They make this door super easy to use. I especially like its remote control and clear LCD display. You know what? When I saw the screen was in color, I was stunned! Don't hesitate, buy one of these doors now!

Must have powerIn short, this is a great fence that is easy to move. If you have small animals like chickens that don't tend to escape, you can keep them in without electricity, and it's easy to move from one location to another. But if you want to keep predators out, or keep animals that are more likely to escape in, you need electricity, and plenty of it. The instructions aren't very clear, but other similar products say 1/4 joule of electricity in the description. This isn't enough to keep the hyenas in the photo out. We charged our fence 2 joules of electricity and it worked great. Without 2 joules of electricity, the rabbits would really get chewed out. Be prepared, though, that the top of the fence may sag a little, and the poles will sag. The spikes that go into the ground will bend, and the poles will bend. It won't take much wear and tear, but it works well as a lightweight, easily adjustable and movable small animal electric fence.

Excellent resultsThis solar-powered automatic chicken coop door has revolutionized my flock! It opens and closes exactly with the sunrise and sunset, giving me peace of mind without having to manually check the coop every morning and evening to make sure the chickens are safe. Installation was easy and the included instructions were clear and concise. The solar panel charges efficiently, even on cloudy days, and the battery holds a good charge all night long. This door is durable, weatherproof, and built to withstand the elements, making it perfect for outdoor use. I especially like the built-in safety sensor that prevents the door from closing if a chicken is in the way. It's quiet, safe, and reliable. Whether you manage a small backyard flock or a large chicken coop, this door is a great investment for convenience and animal safety.

Will buy again!Great quality. Fits perfectly into my nest box and is clean and low maintenance. I used to add litter to the nest box at least once a week. I used to get eggs broken a lot. Now I have almost no broken eggs and have had it for over 3 months and never had to change nest boxes.

Simple Chicken Coop BeddingOne bag lasts a long time, so it's great for small-scale operations. I have three adult hens in my coop, and they have access to a large pen to play and eat. The pen is for the egg-laying boxes, and we frequently turn the coop. It works great with a coop shovel. It's easy to clean thoroughly and then add a new coop.

Great for brooding chicksI totally understand why this product is so popular. It's definitely one of the pricier ones out there, but it works amazingly and is easy to clean. The chicks have fun and so do the customers!

Easy to assembleSuper easy to put together for a woman. 15 minutes to read the instructions and remove the parts, 10 minutes to snap them together, and 1 hour to attach the wire without help and extra zip ties. It comes with a lot of stuff but I wanted it to fit perfectly. Make sure you follow the directions for the wire in the manual or it won't be enough. Put hardware cloth on the bottom and sides for at least more protection. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the latch. I used concrete blocks to make sure nothing can push/pull it open when I'm not there. It's sturdy, light, and can be moved by two people.

My birds love theseI've used several different brands and styles of these things and my hens always lay in them. Also, if the box gets dirty, you just take it out and throw it in the fire pit! Wish they were cheaper though.

I will continue to buy these! These mats are beautiful! They are so easy to use and replace. They smell clean and look beautiful when slightly fluffed up. Since the mats are square and the coop is rectangular, they are a little small for the chicken coop, but that is totally fine. My chickens love them too.

Really impressiveUsed as a chicken coop. Very easy to assemble. Instructions were detailed and simple. Good value for money. The only downside is that the opening for the door and surrounding structure might be a bit large.

So far still holding up.It's chicken wire so you know you'll need hard cloth too. This will keep the birds from flying off. I took a 4 foot sheet or hard cloth and added it to it afterwards. I folded it in half so that 2 feet were exposed on the sides and 2 feet exposed outside to prevent the birds from burrowing. So far so good. We have had raccoons, coyotes, and who knows what else come to investigate the birds but have not tried. The railing was easy to assemble and clicked into place. It's not the sturdiest thing in the world. A bear could probably crush it but it could probably do most things if it wanted to. The gate latches shut pretty well. As expected, chicken wire is difficult to operate. There are a lot of sharp edges after trimming for safety.

Great chicken coop! This large chicken coop is awesome! It was easy to assemble and all the parts came complete. The chicken bars lock with a button and the frame is very sturdy because it is only 1" high. I highly recommend this chicken coop. Delivered on time.

Perfect Chicken Run!So far so good!!! Let me start by saying I had no idea this existed. My husband stumbled upon this while looking for ideas for a chicken coop door since he has started raising chickens. This thing is a game changer. It was super easy to put together and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. My husband made the wire mesh himself. It is the perfect size to house a flock of chickens. We reinforced it with two extra layers of wire cloth because the chickens wear the one it comes with and it doesn't get in the way of anything, which we didn't think about when we bought it. But it makes for a great base layer to attach more wire to. They come with a bunch of zip ties and we use a lot of them but we are concerned about them getting old over time so we have also been using wire ties and wire to wrap around the extra wire. It looks like we haven't secured it to the ground yet and with all the extra wire we have added I guess it should be fine. It has been a great experience, I mean we haven't put chickens in it yet as far as we know but it has the skeleton and functionality we were looking for!!!

Solar chicken house automatic doorWe received our solar powered chicken coop automatic door. It arrived on time. The door and components were well packaged and safely placed inside the shipping box. The door itself appears to be made of quality materials and the system screen is large and easy to read. The door timer installation was simple. We had to make a frame for the door since the existing openings in the coop did not allow for the door to be mounted directly on the outside wall of the coop. Installing the solar panels and door was easy. Configuring the settings for opening and closing the door was very simple and intuitive. We like that the unit displays the amount of solar energy the solar panels are getting while the system is self-charging. We also like that the door opens horizontally instead of vertically. Make sure there is nothing behind the door that would prevent it from opening fully as there is a small edge on the bottom inside of the door. We received an error message that the door would not open fully. We realized that the door would touch a portion of our wood frame. Once we cut a small notch in the wood frame, the door worked fine and opened fully without any issues. There was nothing wrong with the door itself, just the wood frame. This door has been working fine for several days now and we really hope it stays that way!

The right sizeItem was exactly as described, took about 4 hours to set up. Mainly because of the cable ties. Make sure you have about 100 cable ties left because what they sent definitely wasn't enough. The fencing is pretty flimsy, not as good as some chicken wire, but I put hardware fencing around it anyway for more protection. I like the rounded canopy so water doesn't pool on it. Would definitely if it was a flat top. Make sure you cut the fencing to just the right size to cover it, nothing extra. They weren't very timely with shipping, I said it would ship in 10 days, but they only got it in 7 days. Then it was left out in the rain. Not a problem with the product, but a little annoying to unpack and move. The coop itself is a good size and can easily hold 8 chickens.

Great productGreat product, will be ordering more in the future! Very easy to assemble and everything was labeled. Lots of extra wire and zip ties left. Shipping was fast. It took a friend and I two hours to assemble. It scares away animals but if they really wanted to they could definitely get in, but I installed a self closing coop door to protect them at night. Great value for money!

Will buy againIt seems to work well and keeps the chickens warm and comfortable. Plus, the rope can be detached and easily passed through the side of the wire cage if needed.

Easy installation, perfect operation, great value for moneyThe door works exactly as advertised - it doesn't get caught in bits of litter in the coop due to the design of the hinges - and it automatically sweeps clean every time it's moved. This is a huge improvement over guillotine-style doors, which get litter in the tracks and don't close tightly. The timer works well and the door operates smoothly and quietly, even on cloudy days. The solar panel does a great job of keeping it charged, too. We've actually had about 5 days of rain and it's held up just fine. The chickens get pretty impatient pushing on it when it's first opened, and I'm not sure how long the gears inside will hold up, but so far it's been solid and the chickens have to wait until the door is about a third of the way open before they can get through. The installation process was very simple. It's the perfect size to match the door that already has in my coop, which is our prefab shed. I also feel like this door is a great value for money - it has all the features we need, and it doesn't cost that much. Very convenient. Did I mention the remote? It has a remote that operates from my house, which is about 150 feet away from the coop... and here's the cool part - the coop door faces away from our house - we can't see it from inside. But the remote still opens and closes that door. It comes in handy on stormy days, or when I notice a few of my chickens are staying out later than usual and need me to open the door.

Absorbent chicken coop flooring. Great value.I love these in my chicken coop. They smell so good! The cedar chips are not harsh on the coop floor. They are soft and absorbent. The packaging is very hard so they last for weeks, much more than you think.

Affordable price and good product!Product met our needs. Easy to assemble and the instructions were simple. If using as a chicken coop or putting the chicken cage inside, I would recommend a thicker wire mesh, like hardwire, to keep predators out. If it's just for daytime use, it should be perfect. Product was slightly larger than the marked size, which was a surprise! But if your site is the right size, it should be taller and longer. I recommend leaving 6 inches of wiggle room.

The chick agreed, but wanted to filter out the big stickThis is awesome! The snowflakes are really big and surprisingly dust-free. My only complaint is that there are some longer "sticks" in the bag that are uncomfortable for the chickens to run around on. The chickens seemed to like this better than our previous snowflakes and they fell asleep on the new mat pretty quickly.

Much better than heat lamps and worth the money! These are awesome! Super easy to use. Just screw on the holder, plug it in and go. It's that easy. They work much better than heat lamps. Although heat lamps are a little more expensive, I think they are worth the money. Super easy to use, this is the second one I've bought. This one is a bigger size. So far, it's warmed up a lot of chicks' butts with no issues.

Very easy to use!love this fence so much. Even when it's not turned on and not in use, it's been one of the best additions to our chicken and goose enclosure. It's great quality and comes with everything I needed to install it (and more!). It's very easy to move and install. Since it's easy to move, I can change the foraging areas for my chickens regularly. I also use it to fence off areas I don't want them to go to! The little holes in the bottom fit nicely so that my chicks can't get through. Sure, baby chicks can get through, but I wouldn't keep them near an electric fence anyway. At about 6 to 8 weeks old, this fence will keep out most standard sized breeds. The price has changed several times since I bought this fence, so I'm not sure it's worth the money now that you read this. However, I really like this fence and if anything ever went wrong with this one, I would buy another one and I wouldn't care about the price. It's that good.

Compact structure, easy to storeWe are getting chickens this year so we are looking for some supplies for our coop. A litter scooper seems to be a must! We are planning to use other bedding (cleaned coffee grounds are sold as bedding) and this scooper will help us scoop out the litter without having to replace all the bedding. The wires are close together but I can see how small pieces of bedding might get through. The handle is adjustable so it can be folded down for easy storage. Can't wait to get the chickens bigger and use it!

Good shit shovelerThe design is very sturdy. The angled tube helps prevent it from turning or sliding while working. The basket is very sturdy and does not bend easily. I like its telescoping function for easy access to items. I would buy it again and other workers always grab my shovel when I'm not paying attention, haha. So it is very popular on the job site.

Lightweight and portable temporary penordered two different fence sets to make a travel fence for my dogs. Neither fence set comes with a transformer to run the electricity to the dogs, but that is not necessary for my dogs. Their main advantage is that they can enclose a larger area with pieces that take up less space than the sheet metal octagonal fence. They are also taller so the neighborhood cats can't jump into the fence as easily as they can with the metal fence. This prevents the dogs from accidentally "getting a snack" when they are put into the fence. The main difference between the two fence sets I ordered is that the former has bright orange and yellow lines that are easier to see so that no one can bump into it even if it is electrified. The latter has a high gap at the top of the pole to connect the wire, while the latter has green fencing that extends to the top of the pole. I prefer the look of the latter because it almost blends in with the evergreens in the yard and doesn't look like a random fence put up in the yard. These may not go deep into the ground, but it's always a good idea to check with the "Call Before You Dig" hotline to be safe. There is an unmarked line not far into my yard that was cut during construction, so I would err on the side of caution. It’s also important to check local regulations, as some places may require a permit or even prohibit the installation of electric fences altogether.

Nice fence, but add a predator apron is recommendedVery sturdy, but if you live in an area with foxes, coyotes, etc., you should consider adding a predator apron. About two weeks after my coop was installed, a fox got into the bottom and killed all four of my chickens. The coop has been working great since adding the apron; the door is secure, the chickens can't get between the door and the frame (not sure about the chicks), and nothing can penetrate the "walls." I wish it was a little bigger because the coop feels cramped inside. The guy who helped me assemble the coop said that many people put fences like this on concrete blocks to raise them. I'm only 5'1" and still have to stoop to move around the coop, so I should have taken their advice. Still, I feel like my chickens are safe in the fence and it's a good deal.

Less mess, less stress!use these fresh ducks every year to feed my ducks and they work great! Ducks get super messy when they drink water and these soak up the water, making them super easy to clean. Tip: Use a shelf mat first so you can roll up the fresh duck like a burrito and throw it in the trash.

A great addition to my chicken and duck coop.I want to use this fence to expand the foraging area for my poultry without having to worry about predators like free range. I like that it is easy to install and can be moved to different areas. The wires were already installed so it was easy to install.
