Good customer service!The set is very solid and looks great! The customer service was also great! One of the chairs had two pieces for the left front leg and none for the right leg. I sent a few emails explaining the issue and the correct piece was sent to me!

Large High Top Dining Table SetWow, my husband and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. The quality of this furniture set definitely didn't disappoint. It's comfortable and well made. Very well done; instructions were very clear.don't write reviews, but will write a review for this product. All the parts came in one box in great condition. (One box is heavy, but I understand you wanting it shipped in one box instead of two.) The instructions and drawings are very clear. A small metric wrench and Allen wrench are included. The instructions state that the table can be assembled in 15 minutes; if you have assembled before and have an electric screwdriver with an Allen screwdriver, maybe you can. I didn't see a time frame for the chair assembly. I used an electric screwdriver with an Allen screwdriver. The four screws that attach the table legs (two per leg) and the four screws that attach the chair back from below (two per leg) have a recessed collet, and when I was screwing in the first screw, I accidentally screwed it in too far and had to modify it slightly. In short, the instructions say "don't overtighten". Always follow the instructions.

Very impressive!Assembly was easy, the first chair took about 1 hour following the instructions, the next three chairs took about 20 minutes each. As others have said, using an electric screwdriver would have been much quicker! The chair is sturdy, doesn't wobble, and is tall enough to see through the railing. All the parts came together and the holes lined up nicely. Highly recommend!

Good product, not difficult to assembleGood quality, nice appearance, and easy to assemble. I was a little confused when I first received it because I didn't know it came in two boxes. So when I went to assemble it on the first day, I realized that everything was not complete and I was worried that I would not receive the rest. As a result, it arrived the next day. So, if you order it, please be aware that there are two shipping boxes. The reason I was worried was that after the first box was delivered, the system showed that my package had been delivered, but I only received one box. So, if others also order it, don't worry, mine has arrived.

The best furniture I have ever purchased online or in a retail storeIt took a long time to assemble. There were a lot of screws, bolts, and washers, but everything was clearly labeled so the assembly process was easy, if a little time consuming. I got the blue model and it fits my balcony perfectly. A true medium blue color and looks durable. The chairs are very comfortable and easy to get in and out of even at $79! I contacted customer service and they were very gracious and supportive. We assembled it last week and have been enjoying coffee and dinner every morning on my beautiful table. The tabletop is large enough to fit two dinner plates and a few accessories. I am very proud of it! I highly recommend this product and this company. I am now off to see what other products they have.

Good product. Durability is worth the wait.bought a high table and four chairs. The box arrived in two days. It wasn't too hard to assemble. The instructions were clear and included the basic tools necessary. If you have a drill or electric screwdriver with a hex head, it will be much quicker to assemble. The assembled product looks nice and is surprisingly comfortable. It feels sturdy, but I'm not sure about its durability. I sat in one chair for a few hours and found that the back slats were slightly bent, but noticeable. I weigh about 185 pounds, which is pretty average by American standards. If it breaks after a year, at least it can be recycled. If it lasts a long time, it will be a good product.

Love this table set!Love this table set! The chair height is perfect for poolside entertaining, and the seats are large enough for anyone to sit comfortably. The assembly process was a little time consuming, but the instructions were clear and concise. Easy to clean, and it will withstand the weather outdoors.

Great value for moneyExcellent value for the money. It wasn't too hard to assemble and the construction is solid and heavy. There are holes in the floor to secure it to the ground, but it sits securely on my patio so I don't have to worry about it blowing over. Excellent value for the money, this is a very solid piece of patio furniture and it makes for a great addition to my outdoor gatherings.

Dissatisfied/Update: Great productAfter assembling it for a few weeks, WOW! It was so comfortable. But then the ball bearings on the swivel part of the chair started to fall out. We had to order new seat swivel parts because all the ball bearings fell out of the original chair. UPDATE: Shortly after we posted our initial review of this patio furniture set, the company's customer service contacted us. They apologized for the problems and replaced all the swivel parts of the chair free of charge. The chair now swivels just fine. So if you experience any issues, please report them and the company will do their best to resolve the issue - they did for us, so I'm giving it a 5-star review based on that. Thank you!

Sturdy and easy to assemble.The table and chairs came in two separate boxes and were very well packaged. It was very easy to assemble and all the bolt holes lined up as expected. There are even some small leveling feet to help with leveling the table. Good product.

My balcony bar!It was a very nice outdoor balcony set and the customer service was great and they answered my questions very quickly!! It was very easy to assemble. Nice brown plastic wicker. It was very sturdy and I love my mini bar and it fits perfectly on the balcony!

Good quality material, but has many scratchesThe set seems solid and wasn't hard to put together. However, there are multiple scratches on it that extend all the way down to the metal. So if you're worried about rust, this isn't the set for you... I've contacted the company to get them to fix this. It's been nearly impossible to get it back in the box, so sending it back is out of the question. Currently they're only offering me a $30 rebate... which is less than 10% of the purchase price. I was expecting better service... I'll update the review if they offer better compensation. The pictures only show part of the damage... UPDATE: They've sent me a replacement to fix this problem. I'm very happy with the set now!

Awesome set, great value!!I was worried about the reviews about the cheap materials and the holes not being aligned, but I love this set!!! For the price, it is well made, looks great, and will definitely come in handy. As for the holes not being aligned, Trucker recommends not tightening all the screws until everything is in place! If you tighten too quickly, there is no room for play and it can cause problems. But don't let those reviews scare you! This set is awesome!!!
