Costway, in conjunction with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, is voluntarily recalling 5-in-1 nursery center – portable cot that you purchased from us.

Product description:

Portable cot that can serve as a bassinet, bed sleeper, baby crib, activity center and with changing table attachment.

Hazard:

This product doesn’t comply with the mandatory standard for infant sleep products. Risk of serious injury or death from entrapment or suffocation. An incident has occurred.

What You Need to Do:

1. Stop using affected cots immediately and check the model number or SKU.

2. Contact Costway Wholesale directly or Amazon if purchased through them, to arrange for a replacement product free of charge.
