Well made, comfortable to wearIf you are taller than 5'5", the chairs deserve 5 stars. We bought one and then a set of 4 for our dining room. They are sturdy and comfortable and roll smoothly on the oak floors. I love the color of the chairs and it goes well with the interior. I had everyone try them on. Everyone taller than me loved them. My mother-in-law, my mother-in-law, and I all felt like our feet were hanging in the air. I remember reading another review saying the chairs were not height adjustable. When purchasing, always double check the height from the floor to the seat.

Nice looking and easy to assemble. The seat is a little hard but that's what I wanted.It was beautifully packaged and looks great! All the hardware was also very well packaged. Assembly was very simple. The instructions were clear and intuitive. It only took about 15 minutes per chair. Tip: tighten the bolts almost completely by hand so that only a few turns with the Allen key are needed for final tightening.

Get great deals for just a few bucksThese chairs were exactly what I needed to upgrade our previous IKEA table. We homeschool at this table a lot and we needed something bigger but still neat looking. I am very happy with these chairs, especially for the price. Arrived very quickly and assembly was easy.

The chairs look expensive but are notI ordered two sets based on the great reviews from others. My dining room needed a fresh look and these chairs were exactly what I needed! The blue color is a deep navy blue. Assembly was quick. The nail trim on all chairs is evenly spaced. The chairs look sturdy and are also very nice. As others have suggested, I coated them with a stain repellent before use to protect them from food spills. I am very happy with these chairs, although they look much more expensive than the originals!

Very beautiful chairWe love our chairs. They arrived four days early. My husband and I are both in our 70s and we had no trouble putting them together. We love the large, comfortable seats and they go well with our table. They are a little more expensive but we feel they are worth the money.

Wheel installation is very difficultThe chair was easy to assemble. The base fixing screws were already on the bottom of the chair and were easily removed and used to secure the chair base. However, installing the wheels was much more difficult. The wheels had to be inserted into pre-drilled holes, which resulted in the wheels being very tight and difficult to start. A lot of downward force was required to start the wheels, and a rubber mallet was also important so that the wheels could be hammered into place after starting without damaging the plastic wheels. Installing the wheels was the most time-consuming process for me.

Screw headI don't like the shape of the screw heads when assembling the chair, they should be replaced with a different type of screw head. (Square bolt heads so you can use a socket wrench instead of an Allen key.) It's too hard to get the screws in. That's basically my only complaint. Other than that, I love the chairs, they're comfortable and sturdy. I'm thinking of ordering the matching bench.

Value is what you get, price is what you pay. Make no mistakeEdit- It's been almost 3 years. They are all in mint condition. I bought 6 of them over a year ago to put on my kitchen table. 5 of them are in daily use (4 on the table and 1 on my desk) and last week I bought 8 more to put on our dining table that we made ourselves. Here's what you need to know-1 You are paying an average of $55 per chair. Don't expect this to be an heirloom piece of furniture2 They look nice but they stain easily. Either give them a waterproof protector or be prepared to shampoo with attachments3 Just tighten 9 screws. It's not complicated but it does take some patience. The easiest way to assemble is to assemble it diagonally like any type of construction. Screw in the back screws on one side first and then the front on the other side. Use your hands first when tightening the screws. If it doesn't tighten easily, you screwed it in the wrong way. Pull it out and start over. The spacer between the screw and washer helps prevent over tightening. If you over tighten, the wood will crack. Point 4: Be prepared to re-tighten it regularly during use. If it feels wobbly, check the tightness with an Allen wrench. It may look tight, but it really isn't. Do not use the chair without it being tightened. The wood isn't thick and needs to be tightened (but not too tight) or it will break. This should be common sense, but apparently it's not common anymore. I haven't had a problem with the first chair. They support my 215 lb husband with no problem at all. They are comfortable enough for daily use, even when I sit at my desk for 8 hours a day.
