Must have drillYou must have a drill and drill bit. A dozen necessary holes are not pre-drilled. It’s difficult to line up the cheap parts. Some of the rattan was damaged on arrival. It’s not as small as people are saying and looks nice for the price once you get through the very difficult assembly.

Cute but complicated to assembleAssembling this was traumatizing, to say the least. It’s definitely a two person job, and we gave up multiple times. It made assembling Ikea furniture look easy. Nonetheless, we did it and it looks cute. It was also a good size for our balcony.

Great customer service5/5 stars. Product initially came with two missing sides of the table but they quickly sent over a replacement, let me grab the missing pieces and had Amazon pick up the item all with in 2 days. Product is great and great customer service.

Cushions way too thinIt looks very nice and the chairs themselves are fine, but the cushions are useless; very thin and uncomfortable.
I\'ve been trying to find replacements, but the sizes are not compatible with anything I can find.

CUTE set.I like the set. My husband said it was fairly easy to put together. The only thing is it\'s built for average size people. My husband is 6 ft 2 and I am 54 it fits me better to sit in these chairs.

comfortable and economicalAt first my hubs didnt like these because the back was not high enough for him (5 ft 10 or so), but when he moved the back cusion he was fine. I am less than 5 feet tall and LOVE them.

Hard to put together but great patio setExtremely hard to put together due to some holes missing so I had to cut out a hole for the bolt to go through and some of the holes are covered so you have to cut some material to give clearance to put a bolt through. It’s poorly put together. Once you get over that major hurdle it does its job.

Good Buy For the PriceBefore I ordered this patio set I read many of the posted reviews. There were two reoccurring comments on many of the reviews. First, that the set was small. Yes the set is small but ideal for use in an area where you might not have a great deal of room. In my case, I wanted it for my back patio and it fit in perfectly. The second comment that often reappeared was that the holes did not line up. Despite the instructions telling you not to tighten the screws until all the screws were in. Sometimes it required a bit of maneuvering to align the holes with the screws but if you did not tighten the screws there was always enough play to get all the holes and screws aligned. My best advise assembling this set is NOT to use the Allen Wrench that comes with the set. Get yourself a hex bit that fits in a drill. It made the job so much easier. I was able to assemble this whole set in under an hour. Using the Allen Wrench that comes with the set is slow going and quite tedious. If you do as I just stated you will have no trouble assembling this set quickly and easily. The set is very nice and well worth the small price you will pay.

Love the lookEasy to assemble if you follow directions to the T. Comfortable and best thing is I can take them outside and put them around the pool when we have company and when we don’t I can bring them inside like in the picture.

Good quality but horrible if you try to assemble the furniture by yourself!A good product but not customer friendly. Assembling is a major task. It’s a faulty design that requires a lot of effort to keep proper alignment and fit pieces together smoothly. What a pity!

Nice affordable setLove this set. Putting together was a bit rough and the backs of the chairs have a mental tag that are upside down. Weird but I have them against the wall so u can’t see that. Also I agree with others the pads are pretty thin and not the most comfortable. Over all nice product for the cost

Looks great and comfortableI assembled it myself (49 year old female). It took 2 hours, I had no issues but I am mechanically inclined and physically fit to bend and move around quickly. I am very pleased with the turn out. I love the gray color it matches my house well. The cushions are comfortable, just as an FYI the cushion don't go all the way to the top of the back but still looks great. For the money certainly not beatable. I was going to buy a set at Costco which would have costed $600 and really not much different in quality or size just much more expensive. The delivery was much faster than expected. It arrived 3 days earlier via FedEx. You will enjoy it!

Putting it togetherBecause my patio is small I needed something to fit in that area. It fit fine it’s really nice and sturdy after you spend 2 hours putting it all together. Sometimes the screws are hard to get into the grooves.
