Is as shown! Easy to assemble. Great bed!Despite no words of instruction, the pictures allowed me (an old lady) assemble it easily. Nothing had to be redone. The only issue was it had no instructions on how to raise and lower the upper mattress. But I figured it out and it was easy. There’s no mechanism. Just push the back of the mattress forward with one hand to each stopping point until you find your preferred, then when finished using push to the last position and push a little further forward until the mattress releases and push it back down. All gentle moves. I just got it, haven’t used it but definitely keeping it. I like the firmness of the mattress and the sturdiness of the bed. It’s not cheaply made. I just wish the mattress itself was 30 inches wide instead of 27-1/2. But the spec’s didn’t claim it to be 30 in. The full width of the bed including wheels is 30 in. Mattress is 3 in high. Bed is 17” high, from height of arms to the floor. Doesn’t deserve a deduction. I bought the longer one. Glad I did. It’s perfect and doesn’t take up a lot of storage space. Excellent price.

Perfect for Firm LoversI was looking for a firm bed to sleep on, as my back (spine) needs to be in a straight position, this is perfect. If you are looking for soft this is not the product for you...unless you purchase a mattress topper. However, the firmness of this product does speak of its durability. Putting it together was a breeze took like 10 minutes top. Easy to move from one room to another. Also very easy to open and close for easy storage. I am very happy with my purchase.

Torn box with cut handle.Chair is great for short sitting and reading and quick naps if your back needs firmness temporarily only but no more than that. Handles I do not assemble because came cut from wearhouse damage but did not want to move around handles anyway so did not use the handles at all.

My bf likes itMy boyfriend bought it and he says he likes it. It isn’t the most comfortable if you’re trying to sleep on it like he does. So I recommend putting some cushion on it or something. Other than that it’s nice and study.

Use your hand to push the angle between the backrest and the bed board over 90 degrees, and release your hand to flatten it out.
