Missing parts/hardwareProduct is okay and will do the job but I did have to give a low review due to the product;Missing some important hardware. One of the drawer knobs missing, one piece was missing the area to screw in the anchor screws (I had to improvise and use hot glue to hole the anchors), and one anchor bracket missing. Added photos of all the issues/missing parts. It took us about 3 hours to build. It looks okay but strange with the spacing of the drawers.

Don\'t buyI have bought over the past few years, three of these chests from different companies. I can tell you this company is the worst. Yes, I realize these are all cheap in quality (not price). But this chest was so cheap,the materials were so thin and flimsy. The slides were totally junk. The instructions showed different ones then were in the box.Dent in one of the sides, scratches on a couple of the faces of the drawers. Also. It was the hardest of all three to put together. I will never buy anything again from this company again.

Customer Service is Poor and Slow, but Okay WardrobeHigh Lights:;- Customer Service is Poor.;- Instructions are Okay until the Last Step;- I was sent already used/damaged pieces.;- For the price, could be better.;Review:;- I received a piece that obviously was apart of a old/previous order because it had two poorly made symmetrical holes. And because it was going to be covered by another piece, they thought it was acceptable to put in a new order. This is poor quality especially for the price.;- additionally, some pieces do not have the pre-made holes. You will need a electric tool to do so. Once again. Poor quality.;- I contacted support, they have poor customer service skills. I sent a picture of a broken piece, and they just said, \"You can\'t put it together properly, can you? Here is a assembly video.\";- in my email, I specified i was frustrated because the last page of the instructions are vague and talked about extending a piece, but there is nothing to actaully extend. I wanted clarification on what the last step meant.;+ the last instructions should be, insert drawers and align correctly with otherside.;- I sent pictures of damaged and broken pieces and they did not acknowledge it. They will assume you\'re stupid, and will keep referring you to follow the steps and videos.;+ I needed a new piece for my damaged item. That was my issue. They still have not resolved this.

Not worth the price!It seems decently sturdy, but the drawers are awful! They do not open and shut very well some of them have a gap where they don’t close completely. For the price I expected better. Also the directions on the drawers are not very clear.

Drawers don\'t sit flushThe drawers don’t sit flush with the unit, and there’s a spot that wasn’t fully painted so the color looks off. The drawer size seems fine, but there’s a lot of extra space in the back. Is that normal? The drawers were hard to slide in at first, but once in they move okay, they just don’t sit flush. I also can’t tell if any parts are missing because the instructions show different drawer slides than what was actually installed, even though this setup mostly works.

Nice dresserDresser is time consuming to put together. But if you take your time and read the instructions you will be fine. The tracks were already on the dresser for the drawers when I purchased it. The only tip i have is to not screw in the bolts to the side pieces of the the drawers until you put the bottom of the drawer in #16 in then tighten the bolts because if I tightened the bolts 1st the bottom of the drawer would not lock into the slots. I also used wood glue in the holes for the wood pieces that go in the holes.

The cabinet is worth the price.It took me three hours to assemble. It’s not complicated, but since it’s quite tall, I recommend having two people work together. When installing the bottom part, it’s best to lay it flat before tightening the screws so it stays level — otherwise, it may lean slightly.

A perfect closet space saverGreat for the price! The wood seems high quality and the drawers close very smooth. I’m really bad at building things. It probably took me 2 and a half hours to build, but again I’m not a builder. Definitely recommend and I love it!

Good dresser!This took my husband and me a little over an hour to assemble. I put together the drawers and it was fairly easy. It is super cute! It doesn’t have super deep drawers, but it is perfect for what we were looking for. The pieces all lined up and the drawers are smooth. It is sturdy, functional, and good quality. It’s also a good height and size. We were not missing any parts either. Definitely worth the price!

Take your time and make sure you understand the assembly…I was a little worried about assembly based on the reviews but as long as you lay everything out, take ample time to lay the sliders out in proper groupings and don’t rush it, you should get the right results.;The I labels for the sliders can be a little misleading but this ought to help; each rail is marked CL (cabinet left), CR (cabinet right), DL (drawer left) and DR (drawer right). The wheels will be on the bottom of the rail facing the front edge of the dresser for the correct cabinet rail. When you are holding the drawer as in the instuctions (upside down with the finished edge towards you), DR goes on the left with the wheel on the far end along that side edge and DL will be on the right. Do not screw in the rails unless you are certain because you run the risk of weakening or stripping out the hole. If you do need to remove them, I would use glue and be CERTAIN on the second one.;Other than that, I didn’t find any issues with the instructions at the date I received it. There may have been edits because I didn’t see the problems others seemed to be confused by; the manufacturer either corrected the instructions or someone was rushing past important steps. I was a little worried by the drawer sides bowing like I’ve seen in some pictures but there is a sturdy bracket that goes straight along the middle around the halfway point in the front which if absent or incorrectly installed could make wet MDF bow like that. Just make sure all pieces are properly installed and all cam locks are tightened. I saw the suggestion of using wood glue but I didn’t find that necessary; I won’t be moving it at all and I did wobble checks along the way and found it sturdy each time.;I managed to ding the outside a few times and thought I’d end up with scratches needing painting but no, the finish survived those too.;Overall, I’m very happy. Once I got the drawers in and tested, I was relieved it was all in order. It’s perfect in the smaller space I needed when I upgraded from a full mattress to a queen. Nice and tall and the drawers are a good size. It fit all of my socks and underwear, two drawers of thin pants and two drawers of thick/fleece pants. I’m pretty satisfied with it all around.

Super Cute DresserI was a bit worried when ordering because it seemed to be on the smaller side. I took a chance anyway and I’m very happy with it! It’s taller than I expected and the drawers are a little shallow but nothing crazy. It only took me about an hour and a half to put together and was very easy to follow the instructions. It feels very sturdy and the look is very modern and beautiful. I will be ordering the matching nightstands and the chest of drawers to complete my room setup.

Final touch to the nursery.Definitely worth what I paid for it so mostly press board, but truly fits the bill for a nursery as there was only a small amount of space to fit it in and it fits perfectly. Also matches the crib that someone else purchased. Should hold up for a long time as long as you don\'t cram drawers too full. I would definitely anchor to a wall if small children are around.

Nice piece of furnitureThis is a nice piece of furniture and totally suited my needs. It was rather easy to put together, all the drawers fit in nicely. The close ups in the instructions could be better. I would say it is fairly sturdy. The only thing I don't like about it is that the drawers could have been deeper. They stop short of the back of the cabinet by about 4 inches.

A decent MDF product. Real wood cost much more. Hasn't fell apart and I use it everyday.Needed a place for socks, t-shirts, pajamas etc. Perfect size for my small room.

Perfect for a Lingerie DresserI had been looking 2 months for a lingerie dresser when I found this item on Amazon. Because it was the width I needed I thought I would give it a try. We took our time over two days to put it together but if you did it all at once I would allow about 4 hours. The instruction booklet was great but the link on the booklet for the 3 minute video was a lot of help and made it much easier. This dresser was very study and a great buy for the money. The grey color is a beautiful shade of grey and not too dark or with a brown tone which I wanted to avoid. This item would be great for a baby room or for a lingerie dresser. Very pleased with our purchase!

Stinky Smell that’s long to AssembleI order this because I had Love the height, however, it took my son and daughter in law 4 hours to put together and it took a month and a half to get the smell they had inside the drawers after it was assembled. I had to place the drawers outside in the sun for several days.I still have not put my clothes inside the drawers, but it’s does the room look nice.

Good quality at a decent price. Nice unit.I got this for my daughter and she loves it. Only thing I want to mention is that you have to be very careful how you put the glides on the drawer sides. Since these drawers are made of a composite board (good quality), you should make sure the screws go in straight the first time. It’s heavier than expected - a pleasant surprise. It’s so nice in a small room having a footprint far smaller than a normal dresser. It’s a good buy.
