Built to lastThis umbrella base is just what we needed for our patio umbrella. It is heavy and keeps the umbrella stationary. We didn’t have one before and the umbrella would swerve to one side all the time so it is definitely necessary even if the table is holding up the umbrella. The design is pretty and it is sturdy. It is good quality so far and is decently prized so you do get what you paid for. It’s not too big in size like the other umbrella base that I’ve seen but does its job just fine.

Nice but should have purchased a heavier baseIt is good, was not cracked. But did fall over in strong winds so if you are looking for a really sturdy base, get a heavier one

Seems okay.Should have a drain hole. If rain gets into the base there is no way for it to drain. Will eventually fill with water and rust.

Good Value Garden Umberella StandThis product is a little plain compared to some of the fancier ones, but much the same weight, so functionality is every bit as good. It's all about weight. This stand keeps a 9' umbrella (I have two) open and stable, in all but heavy winds. 20 kts and more. I have one umbrella in a round table, with a similar stand at the bottom. That arrangement is rock solid. You might buy heavier and prettier but it will cost you considerably more. I'm a happy customer and I'll probably buy one more.
