More dangerous than no cane at all....Another item I bought for older parents w/mobility issues & episodes of shortness of breath, changes in heart rhythm suddenly, orthostatic hypotension & drops in glucose levels, all of which causing dizziness, vision blurring & falls. Very worried, so thoughts of helping them by utilizing this cane. The three legs w/cane folded are uneven, so even lightweight this is one more impediment. If mom or dad are trying to pull themselves up this is not stable enough to do so, seat is tiny & even when sitting on like a Hobby Horse not a chair, it creates a feeling of falling, even unable to use/access the light in the handle...waste of $$$$

Good qualityAppears to be what I was looking for. Quality appears good. Will know more after my upcoming trip but works good so far. ... This cane saved my trip! I did over 10,000 steps per day with this cane. When we stopped to listen to our tour guide it was very easy to fold out the seat. I tried walking without the cane a few times and realized it hurt like heck after a few steps, with the cane no pain, so I really did need it.

Saves your legsI took it to a concert that has no seating. I would not have made it through without being able to use this little seat. You do have to sit still, it’s only a tripod so it’s not real stable. It worked wonderfully for me

My New Friend, cane chair.I will use my cane chair on vacation when lots of walking is required. I am 85, and I like having this new friend with me in case I need it. It’s easy to carry, but I will just use it as a cane to stroll as I currently don’t need a cane.

WorthyI really like how firm and study this cane chair is. I use it while water my very large yard of plants. I have a very bad back so it allows me to walk and sit as I need too. Great idea.

Wanted more...Sadly, I didn't really look at the reviews, but this seat is for someone who is about 5'6 or shorter.. I am 5'8 and this seat was too short for me to even use as the center of gravity is too low for me. My bad, I need to get a seat / cane for someone taller.

NIce and SturdyThis folding cane is well built and comfortable. It goes together with very little if any play in the joints. There are only two issues I found with it that kept it from a 5-star rating. First, the finish is just sprayed paint and it scratches off easily. It would have been so much nicer if it were powder coated or had a more durable finish. The second issue is something that is lacking in all folding canes like this. They need a simple snap-in holder to keep all the pieces in line and not beat each other up while folded. I made a quick and easy holder with my 3D printer that does an amazing job at holding all the tubes in a row. There is no reason something like this could not be included with the cane for just a few pennies more.

SupportI have a bad back and weak legs. I should walk more. I bought this product for a trip to
Colonial Willings burg. There are not a lot of benches to sit and rest. During a parade on the green. I made room for some old ladies to sit on some benches. After they sat down, there was no room for me. I took my walking stick and used the built in seat. For the next half hour I was at rest.
When the seat is folded, the stick helps me walk. There are three legs. The first leg points straight down ( I use the stick on my right ) when my right leg moves out, Then the middle leg points straight down. When my left leg moves out the last leg points to the rear and helps me move forward.
Buy this stick. I weigh about 240. I could have sold many of these while on vacation.Posted on

Good unit, functional and well made.My wife recently suffered a stroke and when walking very far she needs to stop and rest. She is not a small woman and I was skeptical about this working for her. It has been a real help getting her out and about with a way to sit when the fatigue overcomes.

My wife just loves it!I bought this for my wife we were going to Clearwater and she cannot stand for very long, it was a lifesaver. she could walk as long as she can and when she could not walk any longer she unfolded it sit down got her strength back and off we go again. she just loves it. highly Recommends

It worksI got this to take to neighborhood home tours. Lots of waiting for trollys or lines to get into homes as well as some homes not having seating for you to put on surgical booties to protect floors. I came in really handy and wasn't a hassle to carry.

Very stable and light weightBought these for the when we went to the fairs this year. Lots of walking around and lots of people. The problems was when you get tired while walking for 4+ hours and finding a place to sit in the shade to rest or have a bite to eat. The wife and I are over 65 and these cane seats made the fair more enjoyable as we could set up in the shade where others were sitting on the grass. Very solid seat. While neither of us normally uses a cane it does allow additinal support and is handy item to have around where you might have to stand for long periods of time.

Works as advertised.Works as advertised. I have leg weakness while standing, and so having this chair is very convenient. I do wish the velour seat cover would stay on better. Also, since I don’t really need it as a cane when walking, I wish it came with a shoulder strap so I could carry it between sittings.

Very sturdyNot only is it easy to set up, and very sturdy, but it also comes with a stretchy, wine colored seat cover. I don't really need a cane, but sometimes my back hurts when I am walking and I just need to sit down for a minute.

Sturdy and comfortableThis cane really did as I hoped. It was sturdy to sit on and lean on as needed. The flashlight handle was comfortable but the light stopped working the first day I used it. I didn't buy it for the light so overall it is just what I needed, light weight and sturdy.
