This umbrella stand does the job.This umbrella stand does the job. I have tried many stands over the years but this is the first one that doesn't move when the wind blows. On the top of my hill the west wind can be fierce. With the umbrella furled one would hope that it would stay in place but my experience has been that it goes traveling

EASY AND SUFFICIENTI purchased this to hold an umbrella in my patio table and thats what it does. You put the umbrella in it tighten down the set screw the umbrella and table have been rock solid.Pros Durable, Easy to Use, Sturdy, Looks Great

HeavyI used this base as a replacement for my older one that broke, and it’s a lot better. It’s a lot more sturdy, and it doesn’t seem to be in any danger of breaking even after I’ve had it for a while. It’s also quite heavy, so it’s nice support for the umbrella.

Beautiful style Sun umbrella baseThis base is very strong. I put it in the garden at the back of my house. I have a matching umbrella at home, but it is often blown away by the wind. With this base, you don't have to worry, it looks good. I like the iron art, and I just found what I need, instead of going to the store to choose one by one, which is a waste of my time.

Nice looking and sturdythis umbrella stand is very attractive and sturdy. At about 25-30 lbs it is heavy enough to stand up to severe weather and yet can be moved around intentionally if need be. A variety of sizes of poles can be used with it. I was very pleased with it.

sturdybecause the bottom is square does not roll but if you are using it to set under a table to support an umbrella I think it is great. the post needs to be screwed into the base. Just make sure the plastic ring is between the base and the support for umbrella, screw in and you are good to go.
