Great -- if used correctly!I got a new job (still working remote) and it seemed like right time to (finally) update my home office. This time? MORE MOVEMENT!
This was a great choice. I\'ve used it for a few weeks now, and I\'m SO happy with it.
Pro:
-- VERY easy to assemble. Five interested cats didn\'t even make it challenging. Very simple.
-- Surprisingly sturdy. I\'m not a lightweight, and while it creaks a tiny bit, it feels completely stable and solid.
-- Quite comfortable. Yes, it could have just a little more padding, but personally I think it\'s better that it doesn\'t. (Keep reading.)
Cons:
-- It\'s not self-explanatory for everyone. If you\'re looking for a chair to sit in for long hours, completely still, most kneeling chairs just aren\'t for you. They\'re not made to be comfortable for marathon statue-sits -- because people aren\'t, either.
I knew that when I bought this. This is made to sit differently, shift position (sometimes with feet on the floor, sometimes kneeling with one foot, sometimes both, sometimes rocking, sometimes not). Maybe even alternate with another chair.
The biggest this I can say is: GIVE IT A CHANCE. It may take time to get accustomed to it, you may have to alternate chairs.
It was a great value for my money! I\'m moving more while I work, my posture has improved, and I feel better -- no neck pain, less knee pain. The increased movement and shifting has helped MY knees -- your mileage may vary.Posted on

Pretty sturdyI’m a large woman and it holds me. The problem is the space between seat and knee pad is to close. It fits fine but I end up with circulation issues sitting like that for very long. Probably more of a me problem but sharing for others perspective that may be on the larger side.

Perfect office chair for long daysMy office days are very long. This chair strengthened my core and eliminated my back pain. The cushion is super thick, comfortable and withstood puppy nibbles! It is lightweight so it is easy to move around on the carpeted floor. My coworker is ordering one also because he rocks when he works!

Magic chairI\'ve had a lot of back pains sitting on a regular chair working in front of the computer. And friend recommended this chair. The rack is very sturdy and mat is comfortable to sit on. I thought I would have issues remain seated on it but it turned out very comfy! You need to focus your cores to support so it\'s kind of some workout as well!
