It worked for me!bought this chair in November 2022 - I use it every day! I weigh 250 pounds and sit 4-6 hours a day! No problems at all! I feel like the real key to this chair is to take the screw covers off after assembly, use it for a week or two, and then tighten all the screws back up. I'll admit this chair doesn't feel the sturdiest, but for the price, it's hard to beat for me!

The chair is so comfortable! Buy this chair!Great office chair!! I work from home and this chair is very supportive and can recline slightly so I can stretch out. Very comfortable! Was a little worried because the online weight limit says 300 lbs but the description says up to 250 lbs... so far, stability is good! The instructions were easy to follow and I assembled the chair myself in minutes. The material and color exceeded my expectations. And I love the swivel feature! Very happy with this purchase!!

The perfect chair for long hours sitting at a desk!I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The chair was easy to assemble and immediately made my work more comfortable. The lumbar support is excellent and the mesh back keeps me cool all day. I also love the flip-up armrests - it makes it easy to slide the chair under my desk. For the price, this chair feels great and provides great ergonomic support. Highly recommend to anyone working from home!

The order was a bit chaotic, but the chairs themselves were surprisingly good and the price was rightGetting the chair was a hassle. First, the order got lost in transit with COSTWAY, so they had to send me a new chair. When I received the replacement chair, I discovered that the holes for attaching the seat cushion to the armrests didn't line up. I contacted the seller and they sent me a brand new chair - which took 4-5 days. I wish they had only sent me the defective part to avoid more landfill, but alas, oh well. I received both replacement chairs, but without the instructions. I saved the instructions from the old chair and had a rough idea of how to put the chair together. Assembly was pretty easy - took about 30 minutes. All that said, the chair is very comfortable and a great value for the money. The height is easily adjustable, and I love that the armrests fold down. I haven't fiddled with the rocking part yet. I also like the faux leather seat, as I hate cloth seats that can't be washed. I'm petite, so I didn't expect to feel like I was swimming in this chair, but that means it's suitable for larger people (MB isn't very heavy). While the quality assurance could probably be improved, and COSTWAY's lost deliveries are annoying, I would still recommend this chair. It's a great chair for my days of working from home.

You won't regret purchasing this chair!have been using this chair for over 2 years now (purchased in Feb 2023). It is honestly the best chair I have ever owned. I am 5'5" and I am very comfortable sitting in it. My son is 6'3" and he loves this chair as well. I work from home and sit in this chair for 8 hours a day and have to endure MF. What I love about this chair is that not only is it comfortable, but the mesh allows for air circulation and keeps your body from overheating. My sister just broke her chair so she called and asked me to send a link. She just bought one too! I did replace the wheels with roller skate wheels but I already had them. My office is carpeted so the wheels are a necessity. Two years later and never had a problem with this chair again!

Great chair, well worth the purchase!Great chair for the price. The chair took about 15 minutes to assemble (in the office). I don't understand the reviews that say it took an hour to assemble. I'm a 38 year old female and fairly handy. The instructions were clear. The chair doesn't have any odor (other reviews complained about a strong smoke smell - I assume it was from smokers who returned the chair and the person who returned it received it second hand). The chair is solid and comfortable! All in all, a great purchase!

WinnerThis is my third chair and the best! The cushions are very comfortable to sit on all day. The removable armrests were the main reason I chose this chair and are the best part! I can adjust the angle of the armrests which is not available on other chairs. The wheels work great and I keep the chair cushions on the carpet. The headphones are great and really help with migraines.

Father's Day GiftsAfter purchasing this chair, I was skeptical that my husband would like it. COSTWAY would not allow me to cancel the order. I am glad that it was not cancelled. My husband loves this chair. He has praised it several times in the past three days. He especially likes that the lumbar support is adjustable.

Good chair for the moneyI've been very impressed with this chair so far. I was using a regular home office chair before - one of those mesh ones with lumbar and head support - but I still needed a small pillow for back support and a gel seat cushion to stay comfortable during long work hours. This new chair is a huge improvement. It's very comfortable and provides solid back support on its own. I really like the inflatable ball feature that allows me to adjust the firmness of the lumbar support to my liking. Assembly was quick and easy - it took about 20-25 minutes and I wasn't in a rush. This chair is a great choice if you don't want to spend $500 or more on a chair that might be more comfortable and also more expensive.

Best chair I have ever owned!I work from home and also play games in my free time. This chair is the best computer chair I have ever owned because I sit cross-legged a lot. My feet/legs don't get numb as easily as they used to. It was easy to assemble and everything I needed was included. It took less than 15 minutes to completely unpack and assemble the chair. The box is heavy, about 35 pounds. The base is heavy and the chair doesn't feel like it tilts when I lean back. If you sit cross-legged or prefer the feel of a sofa/love seat, this chair is a great value.

The wheels and handrails need improvement.Easy to assemble, but the base required quite a few screws. The seat is very comfortable, and the armrests fold up so I can tuck the chair under my desk. This is important since I have limited space. I deducted one star because the wheels don't roll very smoothly. I ended up using the wheels from my old chair because they are polyurethane wheels that glide quietly across the floor. An upgrade that worked well. Wish I wasn't as sore from sitting in this chair. My old chair was a gaming chair with a deflated seat cushion, so my butt was really sore. I wish this chair could recline and have a footrest. The armrests need to be height adjustable, or have the arms tilt up and lock in an angled position for better ergonomics.

An excellent, sturdy office chair!I sit at my desk about 16 hours a day, seven days a week, so my office chair is pretty much my most important piece of furniture. My living room is now filled with chairs that are a few months old and wobbly (they drive me crazy), so I wanted to wait a while before writing a review. I've had it for almost a year now, and there's no sign of wobbling at all. Functionally, I feel like it's almost "like new." It'll be an easy decision when I eventually need to replace it. I love this chair so much!

Programmer/Gamer, 5'8", male.## TLDR - All day comfort, great for lounging and working, - Easy to clean, - Good value for the money (best choice in my opinion) # Fit ***As a 5'8" 160 lbs male...*** - Seat height: Set it to lowest height and my legs feel great, - Lower back: Pump lumbar support works great. Turn it up higher when I'm lounging and looking at things. - Mid/upper back: Perfect fit, feel lots of support where I want it. - Neck: Can rest my neck on it, great for lounging - Armrests: Great height for typing - Very comfortable, I was surprised by this, I think I'll just fold them up. # Quality - More comfortable than some other more expensive chairs, easier to clean (Secret Lab) - In my experience, $100 chairs aren't that comfortable.

Great chair - if you don't use it as a lounge chairAs a result, this chair has a rating of about 4 stars on COSTWAY, which honestly seems fair—especially when you realize it costs less than a tank of gas in California. Let’s keep expectations in check for a minute: You can’t get executive-level build quality for less than $40. Many of the negative reviews say their chair broke, and—surprise!—it’s probably because someone leaned back like in a movie theater recliner. This chair isn’t for lounging; it’s for sitting at a desk and pretending to work. People also complain about assembly: “the bolts don’t match up,” “they’re stripped,” and there’s even a video showing that. But the instructions clearly say not to overtighten the bolts. If you torque them like you’re building a battleship, of course you’ll strip the bolts. Most of these issues sound like user error. People didn’t bother to read the instructions, broke their chair, and then put the blame on the product. Follow the instructions, use it as intended, and this affordable chair does its job well indeed.

worthIt's definitely wide enough for larger people. I'm about 200 lbs and there's plenty of room. I bought it hoping it would have stronger pistons and a firmer seat, and I wasn't disappointed. It's not an Aeron or anything like that, but it's not uncomfortable to sit on for hours. Great value for the money.

Excellent qualityFar exceeded expectations - excellent ergonomics, with high-quality leather for durability. The lumbar adjustment and tilt-up armrests are nice touches. We bought two. However, assembly was difficult, even for a handyman like me. The first chair took me two and a half hours, and the second took two hours. Also, the back tension adjustment knob is not accessible while sitting in the chair; you need to tilt the chair back quite far to reach the knob. But these difficulties did not affect my five-star rating. Once assembled and adjusted, it should last for many years. Excellent product, highly recommended.

Pretty good, a little difficultPretty good, pretty comfortable, easy assembly, feels pretty stable/not wobbly, and a good price. Despite having a cat, I went with the beige color and immediately put the cover on to prevent scratches and stains, so the pattern doesn't match the ad photos. The chair looks like the ad (and much better!) without the cover, but it's better with a cover than with stains. You know, there are wins and losses? My problem is that the seat is too firm for me. This isn't a big deal, as there are coccyx and lumbar support pads available separately. I updated my review after realizing I missed something: In order to activate the recline function, you have to pull the height adjustment lever outward. Remember that it reclines the entire seat, not just the backrest, and in order for it to recline easily, your hips have to be pretty far back in the chair - if you're too far forward, your center of gravity is off and it's very difficult to recline.

Although it doesn't have wheels, the chair is great.Update 2: Almost 3 months later, the company was still short on wheels, so they sent me a new chair. I'm grateful that they didn't let me down and fixed the issue. I feel like they are a great company and I really like the chair. However, I feel like it would have been much cheaper if they had just sent the wheels. Update: Purchased this chair 2 months and 3 days ago and still don't have wheels. I think I will love this chair, but I can't use it without the wheels or I'll ruin the floor. It's so frustrating! I love this chair and it's very comfortable, but it was delivered without wheels. I've been waiting 6 weeks and still haven't received the wheels. If the wheels don't roll, it's not the original chair. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but I feel like they lack quality control. Will update when I get the wheels.

No wheels, no armrests, widthDUMOS Cross Legs Large Comfort Desk Chair, No Wheels No Arms, Review. I ordered this for a 90 year old and her son agreed. When it arrived, he said, "She won't like this." We need a chair with arms for her. Why didn't I think of that? I stared at the box for nearly an hour, hesitating. Finally decided that if this chair wasn't right for her, I'd use it. I'd been looking for a chair like this for a few years. I always sat cross-legged in my then oversized chair, but sadly, it broke from constant use. What a shame. So, I decided to keep this one and took it out of the box. Installation was a breeze. All the parts were complete, the instructions were clear, and I had the best Allen key I've ever used (and I still have it!), the holes lined up nicely, and although it was a little tricky to attach the backrest to the backrest, it became much easier once I tightened the mechanism to the backrest. It was fast, but I enjoyed the process and it was done in 30 minutes, with a stop for a coffee in between. They even sent a couple extra screws, maybe just in case the designated screws break? I didn't need them but I'll keep them anyway. I'm writing this post in this great looking chair and it's very comfortable. Without the wheels, I prefer to "set it and forget it" and the current position of the chair has me about a foot away from my keyboard (aka laptop). The seat is firm enough and great for keeping my back straight but also feels comfortable on my butt. 10/10. I adjusted it so that I can swivel 180 degrees without hitting anything. I still have almost half a foot of room to put my laptop closer if I need to. If this chair had wheels and was more flexible, I could cram it closer, so I might consider improving the feet. I do wish the backrest was closer so it would be easier to adjust up and down instead of tilting it. With my sitting position, I have to lean against the backrest to use it. I could remove the backrest and it wouldn't ruin the aesthetics of the chair but would make it more like a stool. So, I could have bought a stool. Yeah. Looks like I'll have to buy grandma another chair and maybe a few pillows. Overall, I'm very happy with this chair, although I wouldn't recommend it for someone in their 90s. PS: She said it was "too big" after sitting in it. I'm not exactly "wide", but to be honest, I'm long past my size 8 days. This chair definitely fits me, and yes, it's a bit wide. Retired female / 5'4" / about 180cm tall.
