Nice concept, a few cheap/irregular piecesThe latch is cheap quality, but replaceable if you need. One piece was not templated correctly with the placement of the screw holes. I am handy so was able to get it figured out and setup the unit.

Better hardware would have made it a 5The cabinet overall is good. But the hardware is absolute cheap junk! My suggestion is buy new hardware then put it together! As you can tell in the pictures I had to order a new latch (see pics for the one included) Fairly simple to put together ( I did it by myself and I’m not mechanically inclined

Very cheap materialsI wanted to like this so badly, but it’s just so sad. Every single piece of “metal” bends so easily that most of it was already bent out of the box. Screws strip pretty much instantly and the anchors are laughable. I ended up double securing it to the wall with additional l brackets underneath, and stronger anchors in the wall itself. I know I will end up upgrading the hardware soon, so save the extra hassle and money and try a different company

Great deskGreat desk perfect size for a cramped room hardly takes up any room. A bit hard to mount the easiest way to mount is put it together first and then have someone else hold it up in place the bottom piece open. Otherwise it’s a great desk ! Looks very modern

Read all the reviewsI love it. I also read all the reviews and took my time putting this together. It took a bit of time to install and I did replace and had to tweak some of the hardware but I am happy with this table. Not for rough and tough use, but exactly what I was looking for and the price can’t be beat !

It was easyI am not the handiest person. But this was easy to assemble. The instructions is simular to Ikea which to me is easy. I wanted to add my own touch so I applied contact paper to the background and table surface. It took a while though to put this together since I am doing this all by myself. Got this so I can use this in my small salon studio room that save space. I haven't hunged it up yet. I plan on putting a mouth underneath it though to secure it. Also I painted the silver hardware black to make it look more seamless. I used nail polish and top coat. Works great.

Such a space saver!I just love it! My studio is much more spacious, as is my table space! I'm a Hairstylist and Nail Tech so when I'm not doing nails it just feels like a hair studio. And my clients missed my chalkboard drawings. My only little issue is the hook is made out of flimsy metal so I'll probably replace it before it breaks. Everything else is so great!

I have a small space that needed to be fully functionalI had not heard about a “Murphy Desk” until I started looking for a fold down shelf desk. This was the option that fit my space best. My artist partner will be adding pastel chalk to the chalk board.

Pleasantly SurprisedFollowing the instructional sketches closely and the predrilled holes makes the assembly very straight forward. The clearly marked panels and sealed hardware are easy to work with. Attached to wall after holding it against the wall and making sure the fold out leg was nice and flat on the floor then drilled for the anchor locations.

Worth the price!I am considered a not so handy woman, yet, this was fairly simple to assemble. In all it took me about 35 - 40 minutes to put together. Instructions were simple with an exception for a few pictures that were needed to be clarified a little better. Overall, this was a really good purchase and worth it! Great for small spaces, yet large enough for a purpose. I plan to use this to do clients nails and it is the perfect size!

Nice and spaciousThe table is perfect for what we were looking for. It will serve as a dinning table and work station since most of us now work from home. It was easy to assemble. We added an additional 2 screws with anchors for extra security. The item came with a minor scratch. However, once it was built and mounted, I did not notice it.

Perfect small space deskThe instructions for the hinge installation were very minimal i had to redo them several times before I got it right - the rest of the steps were easy. I also had a stool the exact height I needed to mount it so I was easy to mount I did it myself. For the hinge it posted pictures to help understand how the hinge goes on- the flat part connects to the inside on the desk

Don’t save it in your cart !Buy it !Best decision I could have ever made me and my younger brother put the cabinet together and my uncle hi it up with the drill. I was so excited when I came home and seen it set, I do my makeup allot and I also have allot of school work so this was PERFECT!

Multipurpose.I never thought that a table could be hidden like this. When it was needed, it would become a table in a second. If you do n’t want to use it, you can turn it into a wall cabinet, put things in it, and make a blackboard. A product can have three uses without taking up space. The board is very heavy and you can safely use it.

Nice addition to my RVBought for small RV. Unit is okay assembled but not for road travel. Took apart and used strong wood glue, especially on thin back. Very solid now. Mounted to plywood then wall to aid in travel. Hooks added to keep shut, original is flimsy. Added wine glass holder, three bottles of wine fit. Rest is excellent storage for all small items. Great for space saving
