This thing is NICEI love it! It was easy to assemble (i am 5ft, 120lbs) and the packaging was so nice meaning everything from the box it arrived in, to the internal package was neat, organized and well put together.,.you could tell that is was packaged with love! It's sturdy, it is lovely to look at ( I love the pop of blue) and it's comfortable to lay on. I just finished doing 10 sit-ups! I am super excited i bought this, and if you are looking for an ab bench you cannot go wrong with this one! I will say if you are very tall (over 6ft) it may run a little short for you. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase!

It’s not a premium product, but worth the moneySo, for basic ab work I’d say it’s great. But for a hyperextentionraise it’s very poor. The padding on which your shins get placed isn’t soft enough to provide comfort in doing the exercise. Too painful and awkward. BUT for push up and sit ups it’s perfect. The lying leg exercises would be better if the bench actually laid flat, which it doesn’t, it has a slight arch no matter what. So it’s a little more difficult to do the lying leg exercise but hey, that means you’ll build muscle so it’s ok!

Work greatI found this fairly cheaper than the others and decided to get this one. I like the blue but red is a couple bucks cheaper so I went ahead to get that. I found it pretty good. It’s adjustable yet stable as well. Definitely quality material parts because it doesn’t feel like it would break under weight. I also love how multifunctional it is. Love it!

Useful and creative product.The Goplus Sit Up Bench is a very nice product. My family use it to lose weight, and exercise. Sometime when one of us doesn’t want to lay on the bed, we lay on the bench when we don’t use it. The bench is easy to install and it is sturdy enough for heavy weighted people to exercise. The product helps a lot for people who try to be fit.

Recommend benchBought a set of work out machines and parts (including this one) because I needed to save money in the long run from the gym and gas. So far I’m loving this bench. It gets the job done. The best part is I can access it any time from the convenience of my home. It’s proved me right as it holds me well as I do sit ups. The slant makes it more challenging which I need from the regular ones on the ground. Super happy with this.
