Nice little crateVery nice little cage but was VERY difficult to put together! My chihuahua never cared for it tho, I think because it was so dark inside. Not much light gets thru it. It is super cute tho!

-The instructions for construction were excellent better than Ikea it's like the people who manufactured this item actually cared about the customer's experience, they even provided a good quality screwdriver.

Great optionIt’s such an adorable kennel end table combo. I’m knocking it down one star for two reasons. The first reason is I don’t like that it doesn’t have bars, it uses a metal mesh. With a very determined little dog pushing and pawing at it I believe the adhesive will dislodge and the dog will get out, bars are better. The second reason is that it came in a ton of tiny pieces and you have to kind of guess on some parts. I had to take it apart and reconfigure it during the process, not a fan. Otherwise it’s a beautiful little kennel, my 4lb yorkie is very comfortable in there and it doesn’t look out of place in the home

Basically perfectI’ve had these for quite a while now (I bought 2 as a pair about a year ago) and have absolutely no complaints. Assembly was tedious, but went smoothly. The drawers are spacious and open/close very smooth. The latch swings freely, and there’s no uneven lines, or holes that don’t match up anywhere. Materials aren’t top of the line, of course, but they’re solid and have held up to multiple moves, unintended uses, slight handyman incompetence, and all the life messes very nicely.
Pretty much anytime someone sees them I get a compliment. They look like intentional furniture and are very versatile to use around the home (currently using as bedside tables, but also used as TV console, entry table and a tall bench/catch-all area). The drawers are awesome and hold all doggy items perfectly (one holds dog bags, grooming supplies, vitamins, etc. the other holds harnesses, puppy coats, leashes and booties). The black mesh sides are very airy, don’t look overly unappealing, and haven’t chipped at all, even with occasional dog scratching.
Honestly, these are one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. They even come in handy as protective boxes when I move and have delicate items. The only thing I don’t care for are the little outlet things. I thought about tearing them out because they just dangle from not being used. I also noticed when my sisters (much more boisterous) dog was in there for a few hours, the door on that particular crate doesn’t close as smoothly as it did before, so if you have a more… determined, dog, I would go with something sturdier.
For relatively mild manners babes, they’ve been everything I could have hoped for. Also random note, but they’re easy to slide and don’t scratch your floors. That’s been one of my favorite things. My old wire crate style kennels always scratched my floors. They also seem to chip, rust, creak, and stick a lot. I haven’t had any kind of issues like that at all with these wood style ones. They seem lighter too, and hold their shape, so it’s easier to move, but wouldn’t fit in small cars, just fyi.
I don’t remember the price I paid for these, something like $200 to $300 for both. Whatever I was cringing about at the time was unfounded. They’re worth what I paid.Posted on

Perfect for our small dogThis piece is well made and easy to assemble. There are a lot of pieces, but the holes line up well and the overall quality of the parts is very good. It also looks great when you get it finished.

Great product, poor instructionsVary familiar and adept at putting furniture together, and these instructions were BAD. Took 1.5 hours, when we finally decided to stop using them and just go with our instinct. The product was great when finally together. Nice addition to living room.

Fits our two Dachshunds wellI built two of these by myself and honestly it was easy. My only complaint is that the chord for the charing ports on top, only go one way, so if I want to turn it for my wife\'s side of the bed, its exposed in the crate. Otherwise, my dogs really like it and there is plenty of space for them. 13 and 20 pound Dachshund

No way to replace charging cordI like that the crate has the kind of wire sides and front that is tightly woven rather than the bars that smaller animals can slip thru. However, my cat chewed the cord to the charging station which is hard wired to the inside of the device so there is no way to replace that.

Looks expensiveLooks expensive and very modern, perfect shade of light wood not too yellowy/orange either. Really easy to put together and feels heavy and stable. Bigger than I expected, more than enough room for my 13lb dog. This isn\'t a good crate if you have a puppy that tries to chew the bars though! Crate train your pet before you put them in here. Make sure feed them in crate and throw treats in to get them to associate it as their happy place.

Amazing buy!!This was such a great purchase and a lifesaver for my puppy still in training. It’s super modern and looks great with the rest of the furniture. It’s pretty spacious for a small breed, easy to put together, smooth drawer, sturdy lock and door, and includes the pad insert which was a great surprise! It has a wireless charging pad with 2 extra ports making this even more convenient. Our puppy even prefers this over the bed at night which was my main concern, her comfort. Overall highly recommend!

Nice crate for mellow dogsThis actually is an attractive indoor crate: nice-looking "wood," clean lines, simple metal mesh sides, useful (tho not heavy-duty) drawer. We wanted something simple & unobtrusive to sit right in our living area, & this fits the bill. Some of you might get some use out of the charger that comes with it, but we didn't install it & wish the hole (in the top of the crate) wasn't there. We took the door off & added a decent pad / pillow. We & I our pup are happy with it.
Two negatives: The cushion that comes with this crate is pretty much a joke. It's cheap & it looks & feels the part. We donated it & got something actually padded & comfy. Also... I wouldn't recommend this crate for someone with a dog who's a strong chewer or is rough on his stuff. I can see how the mesh could get bent & the "wood" chewed. Otherwise.... we like this crate for our needs.Posted on

Great productThis was a little hard to put together but once together it’s sturdy, nice quality, and I could get rid of two ugly dog kennels sitting in the living room and replaced them with these and I am so glad I did, the charging station on top is a plus and the drawers makes them even better for storage.
