Children's playhouse! Cute, durable and easy to assemble!The size is awesome! I have three kids under 5 and they love this toy house! They all play with it! It also comes with some accessories for the kitchen and the picnic table is just the right size for two of my three kids haha. It was super easy to assemble. I did it myself in about two hours. Made of durable materials. The only downside is that the hole in the bottom of the mailbox is bigger than the sticks that hold it in place so it doesn't stay in place. Maybe a little wood glue would help it stick. I love this toy house for the kids!

Super cute theaterOnly giving it 4 stars because the wood feels thin, I was a little concerned about how well it would hold up in bad weather, and the instructions were a little confusing in a few places. It was pretty easy to put together though, and it's super cute! We added a floor, and it was easy to go crazy with the decor. The kids squealed when they saw it.

More than four years later, Playhouse is still going strongbought this thing 4 years ago during the pandemic. It's still in great shape. Even the doorbell works. The only thing that hasn't worn out is the cute wall stickers. Forget stickers. Any outdoor playhouse for kids that lasts this long deserves 5 stars in my opinion. I built the house on a platform from the tree house. It's amazing and way easier than building a custom house. It's also more durable than a regular wooden playhouse (we get a lot of rain here) because it won't rot. It took all day to assemble and I only had to help put the roof together. The manufacturer's video was pretty easy to follow. I didn't use the small play sink that came with it. I built my own mud kitchen with a working mini sink and drain. I used a hole saw to cut a hole in the side wall for the drain to come out. Piece of cake.

Love itTook about 4 hours, very easy, looks great, kids loved it, couldn't ask for more, the curved part of the roof had a small crack from the unrolling but it was easily fixed and repaired with silicone

Long time no see, let's get into the pit together. Need 2 people!Looks good. It takes time to assemble. You need two people and be proficient at following the instructions. The wood is cheap and it cracks easily when you drill and screw. If you are not handy, don't buy this! Still a good deal considering the price though.

So cute and the perfect size for our kids!We bought this for my little one for Christmas. He fell asleep on Christmas Eve and we put it together in about an hour. It's super sturdy and the colors are super cute! It was also pretty easy to put together and one person could do it.

The price is rightArrived 5 days earlier than expected and in great condition. Assembly took about 15 minutes. Yes, the plastic walls are thin, but once assembled it is very sturdy. My 80 lb Labrador jumped on it and it bounced right off. My 2 year old loved it. I'm a contractor and I definitely wouldn't be able to build this without spending a lot more money. You can't find anything better at this price point. 5/5

The kids must have had a lot of fun!It was fairly easy to put together and has held up well on very windy days. We did compact it down. My two year old loves his own little house! It has not been through hot summers or harsh winters yet. We bought a cover for it which we hope will help it from rotting quickly during the harsh months.

Super fun!I run a small home daycare and this is awesome! I was on the fence about wood vs. plastic and I'm so glad I chose this! My 19 year old son and I put it together in about an hour and a half with a power drill. It was quick and easy to put together and it's very easy to operate. The kids love playing in it. It has stood up to the Colorado weather and even the high winds. Highly recommended!

Five hours to assemble, all kids love itwas a little concerned by everyone saying it takes 8 hours to assemble this thing, but I was able to assemble it myself in about 5 hours, including unboxing. I used a drill, so I wonder if anyone has tried this without one? The quality of the wood is obviously not the best, but it's about what I expected. We'll have to see how long it lasts, but my family and every kid who's come over loves it.

The perfect gift for a granddaughter!This house is just adorable. It took about 8 hours to assemble and 5 hours to paint and decorate. Since it was only primed, I recommend using exterior paint. Two coats of each color took a half gallon of paint, but I think I would add a third coat just to be safe (since this house is outside). I scoffed at the 8 hours estimated in the instructions for assembly, considering myself to be quite handy, but the instructions were really accurate. Just counting and laying out all the pieces took an hour. If you have the patience, take your time and follow the instructions carefully - think of it as a two-day project rather than trying to do it all at once. It was worth it.

Crafted with care and inspires creativity!Believe it or not, I used it as a horse stable for three years and I'm giving it to my niece, who has two young daughters. It's always been outdoors and kept clean. It's a bare-bones picture, but I told my nieces that they could set up a "camp" with pillows and rugs, bring their computers and use it as an "office," cover it with sheets and make it a spooky house, put up lights for the holidays, and even use it as a giant play box to store all their toys. (Of course, I also suggested that it would be a great "stable" for a rocking horse.) I would have loved this as a kid, but it's a shame that there wasn't such a thing in the 50s!

The house is beautiful.The house is nice, but I don't think it's worth the price. The stickers wouldn't stick to the house. I bought some glue and it seems to be able to stick the stickers. The house is nice, just not worth over $900.

My niece loves itMy niece is two years old this year, and a few friends and I showed her this toy house for her birthday. Because it is plastic, we feel it should be able to withstand all kinds of weather, even if a toddler does something to it. It was relatively easy to assemble. It took a friend and I about an hour to put it together (even with a two-year-old "helper"). Because someone needs to press hard on the parts to align when tightening the screws, it takes two people to do it. And it doesn't have pilot holes for the screws, so although it can theoretically be done with a manual screwdriver, my suggestion is to drill pilot holes with a drill first, or at least use an electric screwdriver to drive the screws in, and then tighten them with a manual screwdriver. Note that the screws must be installed inside the house. Fortunately, I am shorter and can sit in the house to screw the screws, but even I need to bend over and twist my body to make all kinds of awkward movements. All the parts assembled perfectly and look great. The doorbell works, but you need to bring your own batteries. The house comes with a set of stickers, you can put the "fire" in the fireplace, the clock, a picture, and the house address on it. The "front" door is half-open and has several shutters that can be opened and closed. The floor has built-in gutters for easy drainage which is a nice touch. My niece absolutely loves this house. She loves sitting in it and making calls on the toy phone that comes with the house. She will pretend to cook and loves going in and out and climbing through all the windows. I'm guessing she will have years of fun playing in this house and it's sturdy enough to pass on to other children when she's older.

Affordable price and good qualityThe kit is well made and durable and all the parts are complete. My husband has built many of the kits and even built an airplane. Although the instructions say it takes 4-5 hours for two people to complete, I recommend giving yourself at least a full day or more to build it. As others have said, it is best to add a foundation to build the house. We made a wooden foundation, drilled drainage holes in it, and laid cavernous interlocking tiles on the foundation. This was a birthday gift for our 6 year old granddaughter. The house is much better than expected and our granddaughter loves it!

Very solid, well designed, and a lot of fun!Bought this for the grandkids and I put it together myself and had help with the roof. I chose to put it together on a flat concrete patio. Will move it to the yard later. I think it was a great decision. This little house is very well designed. It is very sturdy and I feel like it would survive a hurricane. No kidding. The two grandkids, son and daughter, both 4, loved this thing. I had to build a large part of it with them. It is certainly very safe. Looks like real redwood roof shingles. The wood is great quality and the holes are pre-drilled where needed. The instructions are great. It is hard to get perfect instructions but this one is close and is written by a native English speaker. Read through it first and then follow the steps. It will take shape quickly. I think it will last at least 10 years. It will probably last longer. Very good choice!

Screws fall offThe box was broken when we received the product, but all the parts were there and no damage was found. After opening the box, the walls of the house were pre-assembled and secured with rather flimsy plastic clips. Be very careful when opening the walls and removing them from the box. I broke two of the plastic clips on one wall, which caused some problems during assembly. Luckily, there were a few extra screws on the end that I could use to add some strength. **** Do yourself a favor and prepare some toothpicks!!! The wood is soft and screws can easily slip out if you are not careful, especially when using a drill or driver. Several screws on the pre-assembled panels slipped out. I removed these screws, inserted a toothpick into the screw hole, and reinserted the screws to ensure that the screws were firmly fixed. The screws in our set are square-head screwdrivers, and the company includes a square-head screwdriver bit. Please prepare another one for your helper. It will definitely take two people to assemble this playhouse. The instructions estimate that it will take 3-5 hours to assemble. I set aside 5 hours for assembly. You must read the instructions in full. All parts are marked with part numbers, but it's easy to use the wrong size screws, or put a part in reverse if you're not careful. Also look carefully at the pictures.

Excellent qualityAwesome dollhouse! The quality of the workmanship and materials are great. Pros: The kids love it. It's a really beautiful little house. It's sturdy and it fits together perfectly. The parts and screws are clearly labeled to avoid any confusion - never doubted that I used the wrong part or screw. Cons: There are about 240 million screws. Be prepared. I don't know exactly how many there are, but there are a lot of them. Some parts of the instructions take a little time to understand, but once you do, it should be self-explanatory. It can be assembled by one person, but it's much easier with two people. I would also say that it's a little expensive compared to a lot of other dollhouses on the market... but I think it's worth it. All in all, this is a great dollhouse that I'm sure my kids won't regret for as long as they play with it.
