Garden potsI rarely take the time to write reviews. I decided to write a review for this item this time because some of the bad reviews almost put me off buying it. I'm glad I gave it a chance! I think it's well made and beautiful. Although I usually have a hard time putting things together, this was not a hassle at all. Highly recommended!

Affordable price and great raised planters.Why did you choose this product over others?: I don't understand why you can only give 4 stars for this price. I bought the X2 in silver for $29.99. It comes in 10 pieces so you can paint first if you like, assembly was effortless, the metal screws and wing nuts made it easy, all the holes lined up, the thickness is just right, and there are no sharp edges or corners. Comes with 1 extra wing nut and screw in case it gets lost or stripped. Assembly time was 26 minutes including using a Phillips screwdriver to tighten all the screws. I would probably run chicken wire across the bottom to keep rabbits and gophers out but allow roots to grow downwards. Pot Size: For the same price, choose the larger size of the flower bed, 5/3/1, over the other sizes of 4/3/1.

Neat and compact movableWhy choose this product over others? : Easy to assemble, moderate depth, easy to adjust position according to weather conditions. The lower shelf grid is slightly curved, but it does not affect the use. Time will tell how it performs in the first planting season.

Excellent material, easy assembly, beautiful appearance!We are redoing our front yard and need some raised planters. I was undecided whether to get metal or wood. We are very happy with our purchase and now have four. They are easy to assemble, lightweight, and seem durable. The only problem is that the rubber on the top doesn't seem to stick so we plan to glue it on. I still give it 5 stars as we will be buying two more.

Great product, great customer service!was blown away by the excellent customer service on this product. When we started putting it together, we discovered that one of the parts was missing a hole that was needed to mount the wheel. I called COSTWAY and they said we could just pack it up and send it back for a replacement. It was great, except that the parts were scattered all over the dining room floor, the box was a bit deformed, and it was bulky and heavy. I really don't want to do that again. I just needed a simple "A-part" leg. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly, saying that customer satisfaction was their top priority and that I didn't need to return the product for a replacement. This company has given me renewed confidence in great customer service. Also, the product itself was easy to assemble, fully functional, and well made. I've been thinking about having a raised garden for several years and I'm glad I found this product.

Great value for moneyParts broke apart during assembly. Assembly was simple, except the parts didn't line up perfectly, and the product could be more robust to withstand the shock during assembly. Other than that, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Garden BedsGreat value and easy to assemble. This thing is super cheap so I didn't expect much. It was a breeze to assemble which was great. It feels a little flimsy to be honest but it works fine. Can’t wait to harvest my new veggie beds!It works perfectly to keep my veggies out of the dogs reach! The hay ring keeps them out and the higher edge means they can't help me "water" them! Now it's dog proof, weed eater proof, and lawn mower proof! Even the grandkids are safe!!! It wasn't hard to assemble, but I wish I'd considered how big it was before I started! For future convenience, it's best to assemble it close to where you're going to use it, as it's too much to move by yourself. It would be nice if I had an extra pair of hands to help, as it's not heavy, just a little awkward to move.

It works great in my space.I'm new to gardening and my husband bought me this for Mother's Day and it fits perfectly next to my greenhouse. My son put it together easily and it's very sturdy. You need about 4 bags of soil per compartment. I've already ordered one so I can transplant the remaining seedlings that aren't showing. I still have a lot to learn but I'm very happy with these boxes for the price and how they function in the space I have. The fabric on the bottom is a nice touch too.

Solid pots...and even better customer support.First of all, this is the second one of these I've bought. The first was a week ago. They say it takes 45 minutes for one person to assemble... my experience is that it actually takes 20-30 minutes longer than that... I was careful though. Both times the boxes were slightly damaged, but the planter itself was not damaged... so it was well packaged. The assembly instructions were clear as well. There are a lot of small parts inside... dozens of wing nuts, bolts, and washers. The first planter I bought was perfect... the right number of wing nuts and bolts, and a couple of extra washers. The second time I bought it, there was one wing nut missing. I was very careful to open the parts and immediately put each one into a small bowl, so I knew I wasn't missing any. I contacted the seller through the chat feature on their help site, and within a minute, I was switched from the AI to a human customer service who quickly and efficiently provided me with the help I needed, and the next day the planter was fixed, only needing a replacement wing nut. The customer service was so efficient that I decided to give them a 5-star rating, despite the missing wing nut. Now I have two of these spacers on the side of the road, and they stay together. They look great... filled with compost and topsoil and are very sturdy. They work fine and I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy from this supplier again with confidence due to the reliable product, reasonable price and excellent customer service.

High-quality materialswas surprised at how light both units are. Both 8'x4' machines come in a box that weighs 33 lbs. The lightweight aluminum panels make it easy to carry and assemble. The assembly process was very simple. The panels are 2' long and have 4 holes pre-drilled on each end. The holes are precise and smooth, and the edges of the panels are equally smooth. Although I wore light gloves, there was little chance of cuts or punctures. The kit includes hardware, nuts, bolts, and connectors for the center support rod. Thankfully, the nuts and 1/2" bolts are zinc plated, which should extend their life. The only complaint I would have is that they didn't do a very good job of packaging the hardware. There are twice as many connectors, too many bolts, and not enough nuts. It's not a big deal, they just wasted their money. The quality of the nuts and bolts looks good. Only one of the 100+ bolts was defective, and all the nuts tightened easily and the zinc coating was even. I bought two sets (4 raised beds) with the intention of stacking them to make 2 foot high raised beds because my 77 year old back hurts when I bend over and bend over. It worked out pretty well. I ended up buying 10 more 3/4" bolts because the matching 1/2" bolts were too short on some of the 4 thick curved panels I was splicing together. The longer bolts saved my life! If you want to follow my lead and stack them, don't build both units first and then try to connect them together like I did with the first set. That's very difficult. For the second set, I built the bottom half first and then attached the two straight edge boards on either side and attached the support rods. After that, I started adding the curved end pieces one by one. Due to the slightly increased diameter of the curved section, some of the holes didn't match up where the two sections joined and I had to re-drill them, but only two or three holes needed to be re-drilled. It took me about 2.5 hours to fully assemble the second 4' x 8' x 2' raised bed. The tools needed are simple: an 11mm open-end wrench, a Phillips screwdriver, an electric screwdriver (which was very useful since there were so many bolts), and a 1/4" drill bit if you stack them like I did. By the way, the photo shows a complete unit sitting on a 24' x 4' x 2' raised bed I built from treated lumber. It would have cost over $1000 three years ago, and these beds are only $270 now. PS: How long they will hold up once they are filled with dirt remains to be seen.

If you read this review, give it 5 starsIf you read this review I would give it five stars. We bought two of these beds and they look beautiful but were a little troublesome to assemble. I think if the instructions had a little more detail no one would have the problems we had. The first thing that happened was we opened the box and found out that 80 washers were missing. We decided to buy another bed, got the 80 washers and called the company to get the missing ones back. In the other box we had a different set of instructions that did not mention washers and there were no washers in the box either, looking at the first box I saw that the washers were not for that product so I got the instructions for a different product. Problem solved so we put the first bed together. Note that the four corner brackets have holes in the bottom that must be put in the bottom to insert the stakes. We put two corners together correctly and had to take it apart and put it in correctly. It would be so easy if the instructions reminded you to do this. There was also a film on one of the already finished sides that was used to mark the outside of the flower box and we didn't notice it at first so had to redo the other side. Once we figured out the mistake the flower bed was easy to put together and although it took a little longer the second one went three times faster than the previous one. We left the screws a little loose thinking it would make assembly easier so I just tightened them all as I went along. Well that's my story, hopefully it helps someone. The flower bed is really pretty and looks great, I would buy it again!
