Very happyAfter looking at so many kitchens and trying to pick the best affordable kitchen for my 2 year old. I am very happy with my choice. It you use an impact driver instead of a screw driver where you have to do it manually. You will save a lot of time as you have to build it from scratch. Also, if you organise and separate everything as the manual suggests it's so much easier. All the parts came and I even have extra screws. Of course my LO loved it :)

Sturdy and stableWe bought this as a Christmas gift and I couldn’t be more happy. Took awhile to set up but my kids love it. She spends hours in her little kitchen cooking up food. Not the bestWe purchased this for our great granddaughters birthday. As noted by many it is kind of flimsy and the instructions leave a lot to be desired. But we did get it together and took it to her house. She really seemed to like it.
However one of the white knobs was defective. It was cut too short so the hole for the screw went all the way through. The knob was flat on both ends. The other knob was ok.
I put the defective one on the door so she could pull it open. The screw was showing on the front but it was back far enough not to cause any problems for her. I wrote the customer service and that was a joke. I sent them pictures (the ones I posted here) to show the knob was bad. I simply wanted another knob. I got a major run around.
They said it looked like I just attached the knob on the door backwards. That I put the round end against the door and the flat end toward the front. I explained that both ends were flat and the hole was exposed all the way through. They said I would have to send them pictures to prove that I did not put it on incorrectly.
Any reasonable person knows I could not have put a screw into the wrong end without drilling a hole first or the knob would crack. So I guess they think I got a drill, drilled a hole in the round end opposite the flat end that already had a hole, then attached it backwards. I guess I was just lucky that I got the other knob on correctly.
When I explained that the set was no longer at my house they said I could send the email to my daughter and have her take the pictures. I finally gave up and told them I would go to Home Depot and try to find a couple knobs that were similar. I told them this would be noted in my review of their product on Amazon.
That was all for a $1 knob. I would hate to see what they would do if it was a major problem.Posted on
