Great doll house!Awesome dollhouse! It took my granddaughter's dad three hours to put it together but she is already hooked on how fun it is. She is five and a little small so she can't reach the top floor without a little footstool. That hasn't stopped her though!

Worth building!Awesome, modern dollhouse! I bought it for the children's activity center I run and the kids love it. It looks like the houses in the city where we live. To be honest, it took me almost four hours to put this dollhouse together. There are too many parts and the instructions were not very clear about some of the parts. In fact, after I put the top together, I had to remove the bottom to readjust it. Some of the screws were also misaligned or slipped off. But I still give it a full score. I will buy another one.

The perfect Barbie houseThis is the perfect Barbie house for little Barbie lovers. My baby is absolutely obsessed with it. She plays with it every day since she has it. She got it for Christmas and she didn't even want to open it, she just wanted to play with her new Barbie house. She is 3.5 years old and this is the perfect size and not too tall. Perfect for several kids to play with. She can't do the lift herself but she doesn't try too hard but she asks when she wants it moved. Highly recommended. Great value for money. There are tons of little parts and everything you could possibly need. It doesn't take long to assemble but you need to put on some stickers and there are a lot of parts. It's lightweight and easy to move around. It does take up a lot of space but we didn't mind that.

Highly recommended, better than other dollhousesOur daughter outgrew this dollhouse at 6 months. She was 2.5 when we bought it. Now she is 3 and is more interested in Barbie dolls. However, I love this dollhouse. It is a perfect size for a 2-3 year old and there are not many parts. I was planning to add furniture to it when she grows up. I love that the rooms in this dollhouse are customizable because each room has a different background, which is different from other dollhouses. We have built several small family figures with this dollhouse and they fit perfectly. We have a baby room, parents bedroom, children's bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is also very sturdy. I highly recommend this dollhouse, it is more durable than other dollhouses.

It took some blood, sweat and tears but it looks great!Looks beautiful and my kids will definitely love it. Got a tiny land brand kitchen for Christmas (they love it) and it wasn't a pain to put together. I thought this wouldn't be that bad either...but was wrong. This one was definitely more challenging - took about 3 hours to put it together - it recommends using a regular old screwdriver so I used that (would have been nice to have a tool) - I got blisters on my hands that bled. It was a little difficult getting the screws into the right places. You can certainly use an electric screwdriver but have to be very careful as some of the boards are very thin. I have boys so might swap out some of the girly pink furniture but this is one of the most "neutral" dollhouses I've ever seen.

The most beautiful doll house I have ever seen!This dollhouse is incredibly beautiful. I honestly can't put into words how stunning it is in person. The only downside was that it took my husband and I over three hours to put together because some of the pieces had tiny holes in them - which was a little frustrating. But other than that, everything went very smoothly. The parts are of superb quality, they all look beautiful and are very well made! I bought the toilet separately because my daughter is in the process of potty training and I thought it would be a great accessory. After putting it together, I would give this dollhouse a 10 out of 10 rating. I'm giving this to my daughter for her 2nd birthday and she will love it!!! It's perfect!!!

so cute!It did take quite some time to put together, but the video link shows how to put it together, which is much easier than the pictures. My 3 year old loved this dollhouse and the details that came with it (like the chandelier, the pictures on the wall), and the size was just right, not too big or too small. I will say, be careful when drilling the screws, as it's easy to crack the wood.

Amazing!Very good quality. Assembly was time consuming but the instructions and pieces fit perfectly. I have never assembled something like this. Usually things do not match or instructions are unclear, but the dollhouse was excellent and everything fit perfectly.;It took me over an hour to assemble and having a second person might help. I have an electric screwdriver so that made it much easier.;The furniture is excellent.;If you are looking for a good quality dollhouse, this is it!

It works with LOL dolls too!My toddler started collecting LOL dolls and we built them a makeshift home out of magnets, but they kept getting knocked over. After searching various doll houses, I chose this one because of the room size, layout, and included furniture. This doll house is such a hit! Not only is it great quality, but it was also effortless to put together. I even used some leftover peel and stick paper from a previous project to tape down the walls of the room, even though I'm not a fan of wallpaper. I wasn't sure if it would work with LOL dolls since it didn't specifically say it was compatible, but it did. We're even going to use one of the bedrooms for her two LOL Tween dolls. Post photos of the finished product without furniture, with furniture, and with dolls.

Most of the quality is goodThis house was so easy to put together. My daughter loved all the features of the house, especially the rooftop terrace. I love that it can be folded up to save space when not in use, since our house is small. If there was one feature I could add, it would be the removable rails - the only real noticeable difference between it and the larger dreamhouses that don't fold up. Sadly, both orange chairs were bent out of shape and completely unusable. And a few stickers fell off. Mattel customer service was quick to help us fix these issues, though, so still giving it a 5-star rating! She's had several play sessions with this house! I also love that this house is much cheaper than the larger Barbie Dreamhouses. Definitely a great buy.

It's so worth it!!! Buy it!!!Love the townhouse but the only problem is the bed, can't move it? It's glued to the floor, it would be nice to have another type of bed, or just be able to move it, as an adult doll collector I love the freedom to renovate some homes, transform them a bit, and add more space, but I think Mattel needs to let Barbie update her furniture a little, we're not in the 70s, 80s, or 90s, maybe the new Barbie home is more realistic? And don't use orange chairs that don't match anything, maybe white dining chairs for the kitchen? As a homeowner I love originality, I'm slowly updating my home, and my Barbie townhouse, she loves it, new flooring, haha, hers, not mine, haha. All in all I really love it, it wasn't bad to put together, just take all the parts apart and everything works great, you can do it!!! I love this home so much, and I feel like there will be another home soon so Barbie can have neighbors, you're never too old for Barbie. Perfect DollhouseMy five year old daughter wanted a Barbie doll house for Christmas, but I wanted something sturdier than the average plastic dream house. I settled on this one, and I'm glad I did. I put it together myself in a few hours on Christmas Eve. The instructions aren't the best, but they were pretty easy to follow. Don't overtighten the tiny screws, as I overtightened in one spot and caused a small crack in the railing. No structural issues though. The size is just right for what we need. It's taller than the average height of my five year old daughter and her four year old sister, and wide enough for them to play side by side. It feels pretty sturdy, but I would keep it away from liquids so the pressed wood doesn't swell. The only downsides I found were: 1) The lift was initially hard to move. I put some WD 40 lubricant in the rails and moved it up and down a few times, and it loosened up and my daughter was able to move it, albeit with a bit of effort. I'm going to try wax to see if that helps. She didn't mind though, so I'm OK with that. 2) The rooms in the house can be a little dim. However, I'm installing a few sets of colored lights on the back of each ceiling to make it a little brighter. It's not necessary but I think it would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a great shopping experience. It was on sale when I bought it and it was much cheaper than a traditional dream house, and the quality is much better!

My daughter loves it! It's much cheaper than the $200+ dream house.My daughter has been dreaming of having a Barbie house all year. Her birthday was earlier this month and I had almost accepted that I would have to spend over $200 to buy this huge, expensive Barbie Dreamhouse in order to not let her dreams and childhood be ruined. I was casually browsing My Little Pony birthday decorations on COSTWAY when I stumbled upon this life-changing, money-saving, trauma-preventing gem that I had no idea existed! First of all, this house is just as good as the Dreamhouse - elevator, accessories, rooftop seating, and a pool/tub! Did I mention accessories?! There are so many!!! My personal favorite thing about this house over the Dreamhouse is its size and portability - I have a very limited space home and don't have a lot of extra room for large toys/ball pools/mini bowling alleys/whatever, and I was pleasantly surprised at how space-efficient this house is. It folds up to about 1 foot wide and 2 feet high so it doesn't take up the entire room or get in the way. Anyway, my daughter couldn't tell the difference between this and the dream house so she absolutely loved it and played with it non-stop. If that's not enough to convince a person, just do the math - this house actually costs a fraction of the dream house and you're not sacrificing anything in terms of quality or substance - the only real difference I can think of is the size, and for us the smaller house was a better choice anyway, so there you go. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. One thing I will say though is that it comes in a huge, very discreet box and it's easy to see what's inside, so if this is a gift, be sure to plan accordingly.

Military wives, single moms, etc… this is a review for you!As it always seems to be, my husband was sent to help with my daughter's 3rd birthday celebration. Now, I really want to call myself an "expert" in assembling children's toys and furniture. So, I am writing this review in detail for all you military wives, single moms, wives whose husbands are away on business, and ladies who just want to do it yourself! What I love about COSTWAY - They almost always offer the best prices! They offer free super saver shipping on many items. They ship very quickly and all packages come with tracking! What I love about KidKraft - Almost all of the big items we buy for our daughter are from Kidkraft (kitchen sets, various kitchen accessories, tables and chairs, bookshelves, toy boxes, train sets and tables, wall shelves, and now a dollhouse!) The hardware is very nicely packaged and the parts are easy to find. Everything is very sturdy. Much more environmentally friendly than those big plastic items from other companies. The items you receive are of great quality and the prices are very reasonable. Their customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered. They even have a special section on their website where you can order missing or broken parts directly without having to call. (I've only used the parts once out of all ours! They ship fast, even around Christmas.) I recommend ordering ahead if you can, just in case you're missing a part or it's broken. That way you won't be disappointed! Remember... Mistakes happen, we're all human! What I love about this dollhouse - It's really huge! The kids in the show photos are not scaled down. Some people may not like this, but I do! We have two toddler daughters and needed something big enough for both of them to play with so they don't have tantrums in the future. For this price, you can get twice the size of other models of dollhouses and only a little less. It will accommodate Barbie once my daughters start playing with them instead of other dolls. This is something we will have for a long time, I'm sure my daughters will grow into it and love it, and this build will last! Ladies, here are some tips for doing it yourself! - 1. You will need a large (+) screwdriver and a small (+) screwdriver. You may also need a (-) screwdriver to secure some of the parts at some points. Kidkraft provides the Allen wrenches. If you need a glass of wine, I recommend white wine to prevent spills ;) 2. You will need a large space to build this because there are times when the house will need to be on its side. 3. Unpack all the parts. Read through all the instructions before you start and check and count all the parts. I will personally put the needed parts together step by step. 4. Make sure you have time to complete all the steps. It will only get frustrating when the kids are awake or you set a time limit to complete all the tasks! I did this during nap time and when my daughters went to bed. Overall, I think it took me about 2.5 hours to complete, but this is coming from a woman who can do these things with her eyes closed. 5. Take your time and look carefully at the pictures in the instructions. Picture everything in your mind first, then do it. 6. If the color of the screw does not match its position...it's in the wrong place. 7. If it needs to be tightened, it's probably in the wrong place or you need a new part. Kidkraft products usually fit together perfectly. This is another reason why I'm such a big fan of theirs. 8. The wall is a great "partner". If you need to prop something up, lean it against the wall. 9. Take your time and don't get frustrated. You'll be so proud when you're done! Just a little fun fact - I'm 5'1" and this house is almost as tall as me. If you're shorter, buy a footstool to screw the roof on! The box weighed 70 pounds when it shipped. If you can, ask the delivery person to help you position the house where you want it...especially if you're pregnant! I hope these tips are helpful! Overall, I will be recommending this dollhouse to all of my friends and family. My daughter hasn't played with it yet, but I know she will be playing with it every day from the moment she wakes up on her birthday for many years to come!
