2 of the 4 red eye bolts snapped and 2 screws are the wrong size. The unit it self is okay but just use your own hardware.

Q: Is the temperature of the foot shower changeable. Do you have the leave the water supply in all the time or just to fill it up

A: 1.The hose need to be connected all the time and turned on, even if the product is full of water. Because once you disconnect the hose, there will be no pressure. 2.The product should be fully exposed to the sunlight. The sunlight is strong, the heating is faster. Because the heating principle is to heat the tube by absorbing the heat of sunlight.
Q: I purchased this a few moths ago and the connector between the shower and the hose has already snapped. Do you have replacement parts? Nothing from the hardware store fits. It would still be under warrenty. order #AU000032624
