Door LatchesBoth Latches do not snap on the opening are not tight. Too expensive with a Very poor quality. I am getting weary about buying stuff from Amazon most of their sellers are selling junk online as much as we pay for these items we don’t get the quality and durability for our money. Amazon need to be choosy on their sellers on quality over quantity or sell them at the dollar tree ($1.25 each)

Biggest InconvenienceI use it to keep garnishes cold which seems to work fine I use ice packs to keep items cool for a few hours The biggest inconvenience/problem with this cooler is the latch though it closes tightly just to grab the level to close it is a hassle specially if your constantly opening & closing door

Prefect warmerI purchase 2 of these as I used them before and loves how well they keep food hot. My food went from the oven to the hot box and hours later it was if it was straight out of the oven. Kept food hot!I purchased this for my wife for her catering company, she was very surprised and excited to use this.
