Affordable price, good fitness benchThis is a nice exercise bench that’s reasonably priced, durable, made of quality materials, and when you’re done using it, you can also store it somewhere so it doesn’t get in the way.

DecentGood product, the box was well packed, no damage, and the size is right, but I returned it because I didn't use it much. Don't fold it when you don't use it, keep it as a spare, because it's troublesome to insert the pin when you don't use it. For me, it's pretty sturdy.

The price is very affordable, no complaintsEasy to reposition and fold. Great value for the money. The foam pads on the footrests are nice, but I change them every time I work out.

Lightweight Fitness BenchI would say this is a good bench for people 5'8" and under. You'll probably want to keep your weight under 175 lbs. I personally like using this bench for abdominal exercises and light exercise, and it doesn't take up a lot of space. If you have long legs, only the backrest is adjustable, which may not be ideal for hooking your feet under the padded bar to do crunches. It was easy to put together. I use it for a lot of different exercises, so I think it's very versatile and easy to move around. I don't lift a lot of weight on it because it's not really heavy, but you get what you pay for and I know what I'm getting. So considering the price, I think it's a good deal.

Working fineIt works great. It was easy to assemble. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the foam cover wasn't very secure.

Great for back discomfortI'm short and this bench is the perfect size. I use a pillow to support my head and it's very comfortable to do exercises. It doesn't hurt my back.

Love this bench!love this bench so much. I bought one for myself and my husband loved it so much that we bought a second one. It is very sturdy and easy to use. It also folds up easily. Highly recommend this product.

Instructions includedIt's so easy to assemble, I don't even need to read the instructions, haha. My belly is not for sale, haha. I don't know how to edit the video. It's durable and small in New York style.

A must have!No fancy frills, but we didn't need any - the bench was sturdy, easy to assemble, and did exactly what we needed. The price was great too!

Nice bench, good sizeNice bench. I wanted one that wasn't too big. I'm 6' tall and weigh 275 lbs and it supports me and is fine. It's a little wobbly at times because the base isn't too wide, but that's ok. The material and padding of the seat and back are ok (I wonder if it's real leather). It's not the best on the market, but the price is right. Easy to assemble and adjust. I'm very happy with this bench. It's hard to find a better one at this price.

A portable/storable gym is a great solution no matter the time or place.Well made and easy to set up/take down. Plenty of padding. The bench is pretty stable too. Felt safe and comfortable in all positions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wanted people to trust this review (I'm always a little skeptical of 5 star reviews). Great for those who are looking for a home gym that can be easily stored outside.

Sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for home exerciseI've been using this weight bench for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy and durable, and it doesn't wobble even when lifting heavier weights. The assembly process was very simple and took less than 30 minutes with the included tools. The cushions are comfortable but not too squishy, and the material is easy to wipe clean after a workout. I've used it for a variety of workouts, from bench presses and dumbbell rows to abdominal exercises and step-ups. It's easily adjustable and feels very stable in any position. For the price, this weight bench is a great value. I highly recommend this if you're building a home gym, or just looking for a reliable weight bench to supplement your fitness routine. It's well-made, space-saving, and it performs great!

Good benchThis bench works great for me. (6' tall and over 250 lbs) I don't use more than 50 lbs per side so no issues with stability. Took me 10 minutes to figure out I named the front and back sections the exact opposite of what the instructions said they were, but it was just a cinch to set up. Folds up easily but doesn't fold flat, or at least I haven't figured out how to get it to fold flat. I would definitely buy this again.

Highly recommended!Awesome gym chair! Super easy to assemble, 10 minutes max! Only 2 bolts and 2 pins, much easier than I expected. It's very sturdy and very safe to use. Completely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

So far it seems goodEasy to assemble, it comes mostly assembled with only a few parts to put together. The only tool needed is an Allen key (included). It's the exact same height as my previous flat bench, so it's a perfect fit for me. The build quality seems pretty good and the price is right. Hopefully the cover will last as the "leather" is pretty thin. It's easy to adjust and feels pretty solid.

Reasonable functionI should have bought this a long time ago. It's adjustable and folds up which is nice. I'm not sure I'd want to bench press 250 pounds with it but it's good enough for me without having to use too much weight.

Lightweight and easy to moveI love this bench. It's not professional grade but it's more than adequate for our home. I love that it has all the features and places you need and it's easy to move out of the way when not in use.

Nice solid wood bench, feels very suitable for home use. (Not a gym grade solid wood bench)I'm not a gym rat, I'm just starting out. I weigh 165 lbs. It's sturdy and durable. I plan to use it for shoulder/chest presses and maybe incline pushups. It doesn't feel like it's going to slide around when I do incline pushups. Do I expect something as sturdy as gym equipment for this price? No, it's designed for home use and easy portability. It's lightweight and easy to move around. Sturdy enough for your daily needs. If you're a larger person and need a larger chair than usual when you're out and about, it might be a little narrow for you.

Perfect equipmentWhat a great product! This piece of equipment can do so much. It's a great option when I can't get to the gym or prefer to work out at home.

Better than my gold gym bench! The bench press is surprisingly good! I bought it to do the incline bench press, regular bench press, and leg extensions, thinking the leg curls and preacher curls were just for show and not needed. Turns out, while the leg curls aren't great... the preacher curls are actually pretty good, and the bench press is much better quality than I expected. 10/10 for the price, I would buy it again.

Very simpleam 61 and built this machine myself. First I made sure I had all the parts and then laid them out. It was very easy! It is much more robust than I thought it would be. And it is much cheaper than a gym membership.

Convenient and space-saving!have to say that the quality of this bench is great so far, it is perfect for bench presses, incline presses and most importantly, it can also do sit-ups when doing negative incline presses. The size is also great and the manufacturer also provides an extra headrest to increase the height if needed. I have to say that the padding is a little hard for our taste, but I would say that must be because it is still new and we use it a lot so it has not been broken in yet. Finally, the main reason I bought it is that it is space-saving, you can just fold it up and put it in the corner, or if you are handy like me, you can install the fixings to hang it up to save space.

The price is right and it’s a good entry-level workbench (stable and versatile). This is a solid armature bench for home use at a great price. I use the 0 (straight) and 35 degree angles regularly, and I also use the 65 and 90 degree angles occasionally. It switches angles easily, and the locks in very well. The fabric looks good quality too. I like the flat feet it has now (from old photos, they used to be round). There is also a micro-adjustment option for the feet, which further improves stability. I am 5'9" tall, and this seat height is perfect for me. My only minor complaint is that the foot locks are a little tight (it would be better if they were an inch wider). But overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

HardSolid construction. I'm 6' tall, 230 lbs, and so far I've had no issues with any exercise with it. It's stable side to side whether I'm lying at 90 degrees, lying flat, or reclining. I did get it to tilt longitudinally when I sat on the leg rest and leaned forward... but is that physics? It was easy to assemble, and it came with instructions (yes, my wife read it to me) and all the parts, and even some spares. The dimensions are exactly as shown in the pictures. The backrest is below head height at 90 degrees, but I don't need to support my head when sitting upright. The more I lie flat, the higher the stool is above my head, and there's 8-10 inches of spare surface when lying flat. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that at my height, I would have preferred to have the leg rest extended further out when reclining so that my butt would actually be on the seat cushion instead of the backrest. Also, when the stool is lying flat, there is a 2 to 3 inch gap between the seat and the backrest. A small pillow can fill this gap, so it's not a big deal, just a quality of life improvement. Other than those two points, it's easy to move around, easy to access, simple to adjust the angle, and I have no issues with the construction or quality of the parts.

The bench press is great except for certain exercisesI've had it for a few months now and the quality is great, but it's only good for bench presses and the like. The workouts I've done recently include spider curls and similar lifts, and the balance work doesn't quite work well with it on an inclined bed with your chest facing down. It tips over easily, so I need to use dumbbells to hold my feet in place. Other than that, I haven't had any issues, I just wish it was a little sturdier for spider curls.

The perfect addition to my home gymI started with the dips and then added dumbbells so I decided to get a dumbbell bench so I could get the most out of the dumbbells. Space is limited so it folds up when not in use which is perfect. Assembly was a breeze and took about 20-25 minutes. I would buy this again.

Best bench I have ever owned!I love this bench...it's very sturdy and it doesn't move. I like benches that have some weight to them. I like the degree markings on the bench and that it has a lock feature and is very safe to use. You don't have to worry about safety with this bench. Very happy with this purchase. It was very easy to assemble and no instructions were needed.

Pretty goodI like that this bench is adjustable and foldable. It makes it more flexible in terms of how you exercise and how you store it. It is well padded. However, it would be better if the seat was adjustable as well. Overall, it is better for other angles; but there is about a 0.5 to 1 inch gap between the bench and the seat because there are two metal connecting rods there, which causes a lot of pain and discomfort when using the bench at an angle. I would put a towel there to solve this problem.

Excellent customer serviceEDIT: The seller's customer service contacted me and I was very impressed with their response. Below is an old review. **************************************** The quality of workmanship does not match the price. The bench frame seems to be slightly bent, which prevents it from lying flat before weighing. The powder coating is missing in some places, and some nails used for decoration have fallen off, causing the fabric to come loose. I will not be buying again.

The table angle is not lockedUsed it for about 10 months, 3-4 times a week. It's durable enough for my weightlifting routine, a 170lb guy doing 50 dumbbell lifts per arm. One star deducted because the adjustment does not lock, and upward force on the bench (such as holding it close to the head during leg raises) can cause the mechanism to disengage and slide off. Also, I had a horrible incident with it not fully engaging (it was a bit bent since delivery), causing it to slide off during bench presses. They could have added a cheap "lock" to fix the angle of the bench. All in all, definitely worth the money, and I would probably buy it again unless I could find a similar bench for $10-15 more than the locking one.

Sturdy, comfortable, and folds up quickly - perfect for home workouts! The FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench is a great addition to my home gym space. It's sturdy, well-made, and very easy to set up and adjust. I use it for everything from bench presses to core work, and it feels stable and comfortable with every move. The adjustability and folding feature are great - I love how quickly it folds and how little space it takes up when stored. The padding is sturdy and supportive, making long workouts more comfortable. One thing to note: when the bench is adjusted to certain angles, there is a gap between the seat and backrest. This isn't a big deal at all, but I do end up placing a folded towel in the gap for added comfort when doing certain exercises like bench presses or flyes. This quick fix works really well. All in all, this is a great, affordable bench, and the space-saving design makes it a great choice for home use. I would definitely buy again and recommend it to others!

This bench is very well designed and made!Arrived on time, but the top of the box was ripped open, revealing the contents. After taking a few photos, I completely opened the box and found no damage or missing parts. I was very happy with the fit and finish, and was about 95% done. In five minutes I had it assembled and tested. I tossed my old "not very functional" bench to the curb after my first workout this morning. This new bench is well designed and well made, and can easily handle a variety of workouts. The instructions are available in 5 languages, but are very concise and mainly focus on assembly or ordering parts if needed. It has a Google email address for questions or service.

Great home gym bench! After going to the gym and lifting weights for a few months, I decided to build a home gym and work out primarily at home. After some research, I decided to order this bench and I couldn't be happier with the results. It worked right out of the box and is very sturdy and comfortable. It's also easy to adjust if you want to raise the back or seat height. The fabric is well made and I don't think it will get damaged easily. I'm very happy with this bench and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for an affordable home gym bench.

AffordableThe bench is very sturdy, the wheels roll smoothly, and the angle adjustment is very flexible. I weigh about 180 pounds and have benched up to 275 pounds with no problems at all. There is no wiggle at all. I also use it for decline crunches and various other exercises. This is a very good bench for the mid-priced price. I will not trust a cheaper bench again.

Overall, great product with a mysterious functionOverall, I'm very happy with this purchase. The back extension feature alone is worth the money and is hard to find on other benches. The build quality is good overall and it's sturdier than I expected. The only downside after using it for about a week is that I wish the front pads were more adjustable so that I could position my arms wider when doing curls. They could do that easily. More incline options would be helpful. Lastly, there is a kickstand under the seat that looks like it would have some use, but it's not discussed in the manual and looks like a leftover from a previous design. If anyone knows what it's used for, please let me know and I might raise my rating to five stars as it might do some exciting things I'm not aware of.

Considering the market, it's worth it.Having used a few different weight benches in the past, I wanted to share my thoughts on this purchase. I would recommend this bench to any beginner to intermediate level bodybuilder who wants a good value for money. It's also worth noting that all benches have their range of motion marked. What I like about this bench is that the backrest can be fully upright at 90°. Additionally, the 120° incline gives me a secure hold while using dumbbells. This is a significant improvement for me as other benches felt like they put too much pressure on my knees.

Great valueThis bench is a great value for the money. I love the 20 degree negative incline which is great for core work. Overall it is very lightweight and easy to move around. I can easily move it around my one bedroom apartment and it doesn't take up too much space. This bench is very well made and super sturdy. The only problem is that when I peeled off the clear film on the logo, I also ripped off the paint on the logo. Ok, that's just a cosmetic issue. I would definitely buy it again, but I really shouldn't have bought it because it's so useful.

Great products for everyonepurchased this after seeing several good reviews on YouTube. I was not disappointed, and it was very simple to assemble. To speed things up, I recommend using your own tools. You will need a set of appropriate socket wrenches and a set of long Allen wrenches. The box is not too heavy for me (I am a 240 lb weightlifter), but smaller people may need help to carry the box to their workout area. We use the garage for moving, so I have plenty of room to open and unpack everything. The bolts, nuts, and washers are clearly labeled and neatly laid out. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble it by myself, from opening the box to cleaning up. With a second person, the time could easily be reduced by 20-30 minutes. This bench feels sturdy to me. If the floor is level, it should not wobble. I will not bench press 400 pounds with it, but few people can do that, so don't worry. My wife will use it more than I will, but I will use it for decline dumbbell presses, abdominal exercises, and high blood pressure.

Meets expectationsASSEMBLY - The instruction manual is as good as any I've seen. It has clear pictures, each part is clearly labeled, and it has written instructions, and the English in the instructions is correct. - The parts are packaged thoughtfully. The parts needed during assembly are placed at the top, and then you work your way down the box to assemble. Everything is neatly stored in the box until it's needed. - Everything fits together without any issues, sizes not fitting or holes not aligning, etc. - They sent two extra smaller washers, but only sent 14 larger washers instead of the 15 indicated in the packaging, and the instructions were requested. This seems to be a fairly common problem that a lot of companies seem to have...luckily it wasn't one of those curved washers that can't be easily replaced from storage on a garage workbench. USAGE - So far, no issues with the first workout. The unit seems sturdy and stable. Whether it's the seated press, various incline presses, decline crunches, bent-over single-arm rows, or extensions/back presses, it doesn't feel like it's going to topple over, nor does it wobble, etc. - Adjustments for incline/decline, pad height, etc. are quick and easy. - The padding is comfortable enough. It definitely doesn't feel like professional gym equipment, and I expect it to wear out faster, but that's to be expected given the price. - The various product images show the dumbbells sitting on the two lower bars. There's no mention in the instructions if this is done for added stability/safety or just for easier storage, but the unit seems stable enough without adding any weight. - I wish the head/back were raised an inch or so more. It's just a little short when fully vertical. I'm 6'1". A 6'5" guy might need a bigger bench if head support is important when benching vertically. - Likewise, the preacher pads are a little narrow for me - wish they were a few inches wider. For example, they're too narrow for preacher curls with a barbell. This is a minor issue for me because I use dumbbells 100% of the time, so only exercising one arm at a time is enough. It's a minor issue, but one that can be easily fixed. The position of the pads is adjustable - they would just have to lengthen the support bars a bit and make two holes instead of one. - On the other hand, the unit is fairly compact. The foot-to-foot footprint is exactly 5 feet.
