Good product!I love this product. It helps me do my crunches correctly and I get a much better workout with this tool. I don’t seem to need the second pair of handles. They are awkwardly positioned. Headrest is very comfortable.

Simple, effective equipment for ab crunchesSimple, effective way to do ab crunches. Supports my head so my neck doesn’t hurt when doing sit-ups. The smaller curved arms are essentially useless so I’m not sure why they’re even on it. Overall though, this thing does exactly what it’s made to do. And yes you can do side crunches with this just fine.
