Saved us in summerOur house has no central AC, and this portable AC has been a LIFE SAVER!!! We have it in our primary bedroom that’s fairly large and it keeps it perfectly cool to the point that I sleep with two blanket’s. The only reason this is not getting a 5 star is because the “portable” part is not very functional. It’s not realistic for you to move it every day to a different room and re-do the window installation part. It is a little loud but I love white noise so if anything, I’m sleeping better! If you’re on the fence, go for it!

Works great!The box was pretty damaged. Bottom was torn out and banding gone but the ac was fine. Anyway the until was easy to set up. And works great!

Does the JobBought this for our upstairs master bedroom. We have an HVAC for the house, but this bedroom is always hot even with the AC running full blast for ours. This unit is great - it really cools down the room quickly. It’s a heavy unit so not sure about the portability - I guess if you are just moving it from room to room on the same floor it’s pretty portable. Installation was quick.

it still works.it's almost the end of my third summer with this and it still works as well as the first time i turned it on. my bedroom has south and west facing windows. i originally bought it to supplement my central air at night so i could set the thermostat higher and hopefully save on electricity. my 25 year old central air unit finally gave out yesterday and i'm not planning on replacing it. i'll keep an eye out for a sale and get one of these for my living room.

Life SaverMy central air system died at the tail end of the summer . The repair would have been quite expensive because my system was older. I purchased the portable unit to get me through the last few hot weeks and it worked perfectly. The unit really gets as cold as the central system and the installation was fairly simple . It is a bit louder than what I’m used to but beyond that it’s the perfect solution.

Great purchase!So far so good! I bought this portable AC for my bedroom (11 x 11) and did a lot of research for noise, price, look, etc. I’m VERY happy with this choice - works exactly how I need it to. Noise level is pretty average, not annoying and I can still hear my TV without making it much louder. Would deff recommend!
