Terrific walker at a terrific price!Costway is a wonderful company that cares about its customers, and this is a great reasonably-priced walker.
One of the wheels wobbled when we first assembled it and a screw on the back bar had sheared off. We called the company, got a very courteous and nice helper immediately, and within a couple days the replacement parts arrived at the front door. Everything works perfectly now. This walker has adjustable handle bars, a handy cloth compartment underneath for storage, and a fairly comfortable seat which I use a lot. The walker is very maneuverable. It folds easily into a car, is light weight.
It's made a big difference in my mobility.

Great value!Shopped for a while to find a walker that was sturdy enough for my size, but affordable and decent quality. This definitely is the one! I was able to put it together myself. It holds me comfortable and it’s relatively easy to adjust. I can tell it will be awkward to fold and get through doorways or store in vehicles because it is bulky. But for its main use of getting me safely around…yes!!

The upright walker in it self is a nice productProduct arrived ahead of time, assembly was straight forward. the walker is working well.Definitely worth the money. Very durable, and good quality. My grandma said she no longer has a sore back and it feels so naturally comfortable to walk with it.

needs better wheelsI think it could use some better wheels. The ones that come with it are a bit stiff and don't roll as smoothly as I'd like. The rotating handles are a nice touch, but the overall weight of the walker makes it difficult to carry up and down stairs. It gets the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Great walking assistance for my father.My father is of retirement age and he can no longer walk long distances due to his bad knees and legs. That is why this walker is perfect for him because he can use this as a chair when he gets tired. The pads on the seat and handles are comfortable. Setup and assembly is quick and easy. I like that this was quick and easy to fold up as well. The seat is a little narrow so I wouldn't suggest this product for overweight people or anyone 6 feet and above.

Easier For Us To Push Grandmaw AroundMy grandmother fell several months ago, broke her femur, and had surgery. She is doing better, but still needs a walker and sometimes a wheelchair...both which we got her. Because she is petite, we got her a walker and wheelchair for petite and shorter people. For her to use on her own, this works well, but when she would sit on her walker and we would push her, this became an issue. We decided as a family to buy this. She can sit when she needs to and no matter who is helping, we can comfortably push her. We aren't slouched over constantly. When she uses it by herself she simply grips at the normal height of the walker (not the extended arms. There are hand grips there as well. It folds up, so it's easy to take anywhere and can fit in whatever vehicle she is traveling in. Even though her wheelchair is for petite people, it doesn't fit in everyone's car. So having a walker with a seat and that we can push her around on is a must. Since when we do push her we are doing it backwards, it did take a little time for us to get used to it. We have it down pat now. The storage bag is really handy and I like that it is removable. She can keep her stuff with her if she has to be separated from the walker. The wheels rotate 360 degrees like they should and are smooth. No complaints and it has made our life easier.

Handlebars are lowIt is lightweight and easy to fold, which is a plus. However, I found that the handlebars were a bit low for my liking. It made me feel like I was hunching over while using it, which isn't great for my posture. The rotating handles are a nice feature, but I wish the height of the handlebars could be adjusted for better comfort.
